FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention in general relates to an energizer for rejuvenation of the nervous system and in particular to an energizer derived from natural and commonly available products, said product being effective in energizing the whole body for reducing the fatigueness, by activating the brain cells.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Modernization is a concept in the sphere of social sciences that refers to process in which society goes through industrialization, urbanization and other social changes that completely transforms the life of individuals. This fast paced and modern lifestyle often results in enormous amount of mental and physical stress and tension in common people, leading to substantial fatigueness.

Several energizer, health tonics/food supplements are available in market, which increases physical and mental energy, address the root causes of energy problems by supporting the function of the kidneys and so on. These are known to provide powerful antioxidant, essential fatty acids, vitamin and minerals, essential for carrying oxygen in our body. Metatone (rich in thiamine or vitamin B1), Spatone Iron sachets (naturally rich in iron), Seven Seas Minadex tonic (rich in Vitamin A) are some of the very popular examples of this category. However, long term use of these drugs lead to unpleasant side effects such as excessive dosages of fat soluble vitamins like Vitamin A, D and Calcium can create kidney dysfunction leading to formation of renal stone.

In brief, the in vogue energizing applications are known to have severe side effects apart from being exorbitantly costly, thereby leading to immense pubic dissatisfaction.

Recently, a greater emphasis has been given towards the researches on complementary and alternative therapies that deal with body energizing. Several studies have been conducted on herbs for their therapeutic properties. Ayurveda, a traditional Indian treatment has been successfully used from very early times for preventing or suppressing various diseases and to give energy boost and reduce fatigueness.

In brief, various natural products or the very commonly available products have been reported through scientific research to possess some energizing effects. However, obtaining a synergistic composition from natural and commonly available products for providing an energizing effect in a sacrosanct manner is yet to be achieved. The prior art energizer/food supplements are known to have some deficiency or the other, particularly in respect of substantially energizing the whole body.

Accordingly, there is a long felt need to obtain an energizer comprising optimum proportions of ingredients derived from natural and commonly available products, which can, be effectively applied for substantially energizing the whole body, in a sacrosanct manner.

The present invention meets the aforesaid long felt need.

All through out the specification including the claims, the words "ayurvedic", "natural products", "extract", "tablets", "powder", "tonic", "energizer" are to be interpreted in the broadest sense of the respective terms and includes all similar items in the field known by other terms, as may be clear to persons skilled in the art. Restriction/limitation, if any, referred to in the specification, is solely by way of example and understanding the present invention.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION

It is the principal object of the present invention to provide an energizer derived from natural and commonly available products, for energizing the whole body to reduce fatigue in a sacrosanct manner.

It is another object of the present invention to provide an energizer that rejuvenates the nerves and brain activity in human beings and animals.

It is another object of the present invention to provide an energizer that maintains proper blood temperature in human beings and animals.

It is a further object of the present invention to provide an energizer that activates the brain cells.

It is yet another object of the present invention to provide an energizer for energizing the whole body in human beings and animals, which on application, does not reveal any side effect.

It is a further object of the present invention to provide an energizer, which is available at reasonable cost, in acceptable dosage forms.

It is a further object of the present invention for energizing the whole body and rejuvenating the brain activity within the body, by applying an optimum combination comprising natural and commonly available products with or without suitable excipients, said combination being adapted to be delivered in appropriate forms.

How the foregoing objects are achieved and the other aspects of the present invention will be clear from the following description, which is purely by way of understanding and not by way of any sort of limitation.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the present invention provides an energizer comprising optimally effective proportions of suitable ingredients with or without effective proportions of suitable excipient(s) such as herein described, said ingredients including:

In accordance with preferred embodiments of the energizer according to the present invention:

-said ingredients are applied in dry powder and /or extract form;

-said energizer is applied as a tonic and/or tablet for easy oral administration; -said energizer is applied in combination with hot water or milk or tea or coffee;

-the proportions by weight in which said ingredients are applied are as follows:

i) Piper Nigrum- 5%
ii) Zingiber Officinale- 10%
iii) Piper Longom- 5%
iv) Anacycluspyrethrum- 1%

-said energizer is effective for activating the brain cells for rejuvenating the nerves and maintaining blood temperature;

The present invention also provides a method for preparation of an energizer, including optimally effective proportions of suitable ingredients, said ingredients including:

wherein said method includes frying of all ingredients for a suitable duration in a pan and grinding the same, filtering through a cloth and keeping the mixture so obtained in a bottle for its application.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The following describes some preferred embodiments and examples of the present invention, which are purely for the sake of understanding the performance of the invention, and not by way of any sort of limitation.

As stated under the heading "BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION" the conventional health tonics/energizer for energizing the body has been the cause of immense public dissatisfaction due to the severe side effects and involvement of high cost. The energizer according to the present invention is immaculately effective in energizing the body, is reasonably cheap and has no side effects.

The present invention is based on the results deciphered through extensive research and the conclusion therefrom, that by applying an energizer derived from various natural and commonly available products, in combination with other excipients in acceptable dosage form, whole body can be energized particularly by activating the brain cells in a sacrosanct manner.

In the above context it is hereby clarified, that simply by way of example and for understanding the present invention and not by way of any limitation, the energizer, in accordance with the present invention, has been referred to as being administered to patients in powdered dosage and/or tonic/liquid form. It should be understood to persons skilled in the art, that the present invention is equally administrable in all other forms such as but not limited to tablets and capsules and will be equally effective on administration in such forms, in achieving the objects of the present invention.

The present invention provides an energizer, derived from effective proportions of suitable ingredients with or without effective proportions of suitable excipients(s), said ingredients including:

The ingredients are applied in powdered and/or extract/ or tonic/liquid form. It may also be applied in tablet and capsule form. The non-limiting examples of excipients/carriers which may be applied in combination with the above ingredients are hot water, milk, tea, coffee.

The exemplary proportions by weight in which ingredients are applied are as follows:

i) Piper Nigrum- 5%

The manufacturing method includes frying all the ingredients deeply in a pan for three hours and grinding it. The mixture so obtained is filtered through a cloth and the filtered contents are kept in a bottle for its application.

The ingredients of the energizer in accordance with the present invention have been arrived at through a rigorous course of experimentation and analysis. The quality of the individual ingredients incorporated in the energizer in accordance with the present invention is also based on extensive research work.

It has been surprisingly deciphered by such experimentation and research that the combination of the ingredients as described herein, when applied in combination with or without the suitable excipients, show the remarkable capacity of energizing the whole body by rejuvenating the brain cells effectively in humans and animals. Thus, nourished and healthy body is achieved in a technically effective and cost effective manner without exhibition of any severe side effect. This technical advancement and economic significance was hitherto not known or conceived by persons skilled in the art.

The different ingredients combined in effective proportions with or without other effective excipients yield the following combined effects on administration: i) rejuvenates the nerves, ii) maintains the blood temperature, iii) activates the brain cells, iv) energizes the whole body system, v) removes fatigue substantially.

The effectiveness and uniqueness of the present invention have been exemplified in the following example, which is by way of understanding only and not by way of any sort of limitation. Further, the experiment has been undertaken by way of trial only.

Example: The composition was administered to more than hundred people. After taking the medicine, in accordance with the present invention as an experimental trial, for at least thirty days, one time a day, surprising results were achieved without any hazardous side effects. Those who had taken this medicine became more energetic and fresh, gaining more energy. Continuous use of the medicine provided better results.

The example, the test results and the description in general as hereinbefore all unequivocally establish the surprising effect, achieved on application of the composition of the present invention.

The present invention has been described with reference to an example and preferred embodiments, purely for the sake of understanding and not by way of any limitation and the present invention includes all legitimate developments within the scope of what has been described hereinbefore and claimed in the appended claims.

1. An enengizer comprising optimally effective proportions of suitable ingredients with or without effective proportions of suitable excipient(s) such as herein described, said ingredients including:

2. The energizer as claimed in claim l wherein said ingredients are applied in dry powder and /or extract form.

3. The energizer as claimed in claim 1 wherein said energizer is applied as a tonic and/or tablet for easy oral administration.

4. The energizer as claimed in any preceding claim wherein said energizer is applied in combination with hot water or milk or tea or coffee.

5. The energizer as claimed in claims 1 to 3, wherein the proportions by weight in which said ingredients are applied are as follows:

6. The energizer as claimed in any preceding claim, wherein said energizer is effective for activating the brain cells for rejuvenating the nerves and maintaining blood temperature.

7. The energizer as claimed in claim 1 wherein source of said ingredients comprise naturally available products from earth in the form of roots, stem, plants, seeds and so on.

8. A method for preparation of an energizer, including optimally effective proportions of suitable ingredients, said ingredients including:

wherein said method includes frying of all ingredients for a suitable duration in a pan and grinding the same, filtering through a cloth and keeping the mixture so obtained in a bottle for its application.

9. The method as claimed in claim 8 wherein all the ingredients are deeply fried.

10. The method as claimed in claim 8 wherein all the ingredients are deeply fried for three hours and grinded well.
