AN ENHANCED TECHNOLOGY

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention in general relates to a composition for inhibiting fast progression of cancer cells and deviation of metabolism in patients suffering from Cancer and in particular to a composition derived from natural and commonly available products, said composition being effective in treatment of various types of Cancer.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Cancer is one of the most dreaded diseases of the 21st Century with no particular cure. In the United States, the cause of about 25% of all deaths of living beings presently is cancer. The reason of these diseases is considered the result of an adversary of modernization and advanced pattern of socio-culture life style. Multidisciplinary scientific investigations are making best efforts to combat this disease, but the sure-shot, the perfect cure is yet to be deciphered.

Cancer develops in different organs of human and animal body and is given different terminology like cancer of prostate, testis, pancreas, liver and gall bladder, osteogenic sarcoma, acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Chemical entities of various categories have been developed to treat different types of cancer. Alkylating agents likecyclophosphamide, Ifosfamide, Melphalan, Hexamethylmel - amine Thiotepa are used in treatment of ovarian cancer.

Antimetabolites like Methotrexate, 5-fluorouracil, Floxuridine, Gemcitabine are used in treatment of head and neck cancer, urinary bladder cancer and ovarian cancer.

Natural products like Paclitaxel, Docetaxel, Topotecan, Bleomycin, Mitomycine,
Interferon-alfa are used in the treatment of ovarian cancer.

Cisplatin, Carboplatin are used in the treatment of ovarian, head, neck and bladder cancer.

However, most of these categories have a narrow therapeutic index and a greater potential for causing harmful side effects. Most of the alkylating agents produce an acute myelosuppression, suppress both celluler and humoral immunity. They produce high toxicity to dividing mucosal cells, leading to oral mucosal ulceration and intestinal denudation, pulmonary fibrosis etc. Antimetabolies produce spontaneous hemorrhage, life threatening infection, alopecia, nephrotoxicity, myelosuppression. These conventional chemical entities have been the cause of immense public dissatisfaction due to severe side effects and involvement of high cost.

Recently, a greater emphasis has been given towards the researches on complementary and alternative therapies that deal with cancer management. Several studies have been conducted on herbs for their anticancer property. Ayurveda, a traditional Indian tool for treatment has been successful from very early times in using these natural products and in preventing or suppressing various tumors using various lines of treatment.

In brief, various plants/natural products have been reported through scientific research to possess anticancer activity. However, obtaining a synergistic composition from natural and commonly available products for treatment of various types of Cancer in sacrosanct manner is yet to be achieved. The prior art compositions have some disadvantages or the other particularly in respect of substantial curing of the disease.

Accordingly, there is a long felt need to obtain a synergistic composition comprising optimum proportions of ingredients derived from natural and commonly available products which can be effectively applied for treatment of various types of Cancer in a sacrosanct manner.

The present invention meets the aforesaid long felt need.

All through out the specification including the claims, the words "ayurvedic", "natural products", "extract", "powder", "Cancer", are to be interpreted in the broadest sense of the respective terms and includes all similar items in the field known by other terms, as may be clear to persons skilled in the art. Restriction/limitation, if any, referred to in the specification, is solely by way of example and understanding the present invention.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION

It is the principal object of the present invention to provide a synergistic composition derived from natural and commonly available products, for treatment of various types of cancer in a sacrosanct manner.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a synergistic composition, that attacks the cancer cells to stop their progression and heals the cancer wound completely so as to eliminate the pain.

It is a further object of the present invention to provide a synergistic composition that rejuvenates the cell formation to produce fresh cells and also increases the fresh blood circulation in patients suffering from Cancer.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a synergistic composition for effective correction of metabolism in patients suffering from Cancer.

It is yet another object of the present invention to provide a synergistic composition for treatment of various types of Cancer in patients, which on application, does not reveal any side effect.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a synergistic composition that increases the appetite of patients suffering from Cancer and solves the associated intestinal problems.

It is a further object of the present invention to provide a synergistic composition, which is available at reasonable cost, in acceptable dosage forms.

It is a further object of the present invention to provide proper treatment to patients suffering from Cancer for effective inhibition of progression of cancer cells within their body by applying an optimum combination comprising natural and commonly available products, said combination being adapted to be delivered in acceptable dosage forms.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the present invention provides a composition for treatment of cancer including optimally effective proportions of suitable ingredients, said ingredients including:

a) Alahgiumdecapetalum
b) Hydrargyrum
c) Curcuma longa
d) Plumbago Indica

In accordance with preferred embodiments of the composition of the present invention:

-said ingredients further include:

a) Common Alum
b) Honey
c) Hydragyrisupchloridum

-said Curcuma longa and Alahgiumdecapetalum serve as extracting media and said honey acts as a sweetening agent;

-said ingredients are applied in dry powder and/or extract form;

-the proportions by weight in which said ingredients are applied are as follows:

a) Alahgiumdecapetalum- 0.95%
b) Hydragyrum- 0.191%
c) Curcuma longa- 0.95%
d) Plumbago Indica- 0.95%
e) Common Alum- 0.766%
f) Honey- 95.78%
g) Hydragyrisupchloridum- 0.383%

-said cancer includes cancer occurring on any organ in the Human body, skin cancer, blood cancer, bone marrow cancer, cell cancer.

The present invention also provides a method for preparation of a composition for inhibiting fast progression of Cancer cells, said composition including optimally effective proportions of suitable ingredients, said ingredients including:

1. Alahgiumdecapetalum
2. Hydrargyrum
3. Curcuma longa
4. Plumbago Indica
5. Common Alum
6. Hydragyrisupchloridum

wherein said method includes grinding of Hydrargyrum, Common Alum, Plumbago Indica and Hydragyrisupchloridum in Curcuma longa extract for suitable duration, followed by grinding in Alahgiumdecapetalum extract for a suitable duration, drying the same, putting the mixture so obtained in a small container, said container being kept in a big container, half filled with sand and heating said mixture for a suitable duration, so as to form a powder for its application.

In accordance with preferred embodiments of the method for preparation of the composition:

-said powder so obtained is mixed with good proportion of honey;

-pure ghee and/or butter are added as medium;

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The following describes some preferred embodiments and examples of the present invention, which are purely for the sake of understanding the performance of the invention, and not by way of any sort of limitation.

As stated under the heading "BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION" the conventional drugs for treatment of various types of cancer have been the cause of immense public dissatisfaction, due to the severe side effects and involvement of high cost.

Furthermore, although, various chemical entities have been reported through scientific research for treatment of Cancer, a synergistic composition comprising of optimum proportions of ingredients derived from various natural and commonly available products, to provide sacrosanct treatment of various types of Cancer in patients, was very much lacking. The composition according to the present invention is immaculately effective in treatment of Cancer, is reasonably cheap and has no side effects. This is exactly what the present invention provides.

The present invention is based on the results deciphered through extensive research and the conclusion therefrom, that fast progression of Cancer cells can be inhibited substantially by applying a synergistic composition derived from various natural and commonly available products, in acceptable dosage form.

In the above context it is hereby clarified, that simply by way of example and for understanding the present invention and not by way of any limitation, the composition, in accordance with the present invention, has been referred to as being administered to patients in powdered dosage form. It should be understood to persons skilled in the art, that the present invention is equally administrable in all other dosage forms and will be equally effective on administration in such dosage forms, in achieving the objects of the present invention.

The present invention provides a composition for treatment of patients suffering from various types of cancer, derived from effective proportions of suitable ingredients, said ingredients including:

1. Alahgiumdecapetalum
2. Hydrargyrum
3. Curcuma longa
4. Plumbago Indica
5. Common Alum
6. Honey
7. Hydragyrisupchloridum

Here Alahgiumdecapetalum and Curcuma longa act as an extracting agent and large quantity of honey is mixed to give a sweet taste. Pure ghee or butter can also be used as medium. The ingredients are applied in powdered and/or extract form.

The exemplary proportions by weight in which the ingredients are applied are as follows:

1. Alahgiumdecapetalum- 0.95%
2. Hydrargyrum- 0.191%
3. Curcuma longa- 0.95%
4. Plumbago Indica- 0.95%
5. Common Alum- 0.766%
6. Honey- 95.78%
7. Hydragyrisupchloridum- 0.383%

The manufacturing method includes grinding the ingredients Hydrargyrum, Common Alum, Plumbago Indica and Hydragyrisupchloridum in Curcuma longa extract for 6 hours, followed by grinding in Alahgiumdecapetalum extract for 9 hours. The mixture so obtained is dried in sunlight. Thereafter, the steps include putting the mixture so obtained in a small mud pot, the said mud pot being kept in a big mud pot containing half sand and heating it for 24 hours so as to form a nice powder for its application. This powder is mixed in large quantity of honey and administered in to Patients with various types of Cancer as prescribed. The powder is divided into required number of dosage. Optionally, the actives so extracted are further applied in the method in extract form.

The ingredients of the synergistic composition in accordance with the present invention have been arrived at through a rigorous course of experimentation and analysis. The quality of the individual ingredients incorporated in the composition in accordance with the present invention is also based on extensive research work.

It has been surprisingly deciphered by such experimentation and research that the combination of the ingredients as described herein, with or without the suitable excipients show the remarkable capacity of inhibiting fast progression of Cancer cells effectively in patients, suffering from various types of cancer. Thus, effective treatment of Cancer is achieved in a technically effective and cost effective manner without exhibition of any severe side effect. This technical advancement and economic significance was hitherto not known or conceived by persons skilled in the art.

The different ingredients with or without effective proportions of other effective excipients yield the following combined effects on administering to patients suffering from cancer:

i) attacks cancer cells and stops its progression, ii) heals Cancer wound to eliminate the pain completely, iii) rejuvenates the cell formation, iv) increases fresh blood circulation, v) increases appetite, vi) solves other intestinal problems, vii) in general increases the life expectancy of patients suffering from Cancer and gives them a good life.

The effectiveness and uniqueness of the present invention have been exemplified in the following examples, which are by way of understanding only and not by way of any sort of limitation. Further, the following details are those of experimental trial of the composition of the present invention:

Example 1: A Female (age 40) residing in Chennai was suffering from breast cancer. She had cancerous tumor, size of 2.8 mm on her left breast. After taking the medicine, in accordance with the present invention as an experimental trial, in proper dose for three months, the tumor was completely cured.

Example 2: A female (age 37) was suffering from breast cancer at the right side. After taking the medicine in accordance with the present invention in proper dose as an experimental trial, this cancer was cured completely in 3 months without any hazardous side effects. It was found that the medicine also inhibited the spreading of cancer to other organs also.

Example 3: A male (age 50), was suffering from throat cancer. After taking the medicine in accordance with the present invention in proper dose as an experimental trial, the cancer was cured completely in 3 months without any hazardous side effects. It was also found that the medicine also inhibited the spreading of cancer to other organs also.

Example 4: A male (aged 52), residing in Tamil Nadu was diagnosed a malignant tumor which is carcinogenic and lately converted to acute abdominal Cancer. After taking the medicine, in accordance with the present invention as an experimental trial, in proper dose, his condition improved. Some symptoms related to Cancer such as excessive vomiting, fever decreased and fast progression of Cancer cells in abdomen also got checked considerably. The size of spleen, liver, gall bladder became normal.

Example 5: A female (aged 48), was suffering from Cancer with Ca gall bladder with metastasis/biliary metallic insitu. After taking the medicine, in accordance with the present invention as an experimental trial, in proper dose, her condition had improved considerably. Her blood reports had become normal, bilirubin level in blood also came to normal and abdominal pain had diminished. The recurrence of frequent fever also subsided.

The examples, the test results and the description in general as hereinbefore all unequivocally establish the surprising effect on application of the composition according to the present invention, as contemplated hereinbefore.

The composition according to the present invention is applicable for cancers on any organ in the human body and is equally effective in treatment of skin cancer, blood cancer, bone marrow cancer, cell cancer and eighty different types of cancer.

The present invention has been described with reference to some examples and preferred embodiments, purely for the sake of understanding and not by way of any limitation and the present invention includes all legitimate developments within the scope of what has been described hereinbefore and claimed in the appended claims.

WE CLAIM:

1. A composition for treatment of cancer including optimally effective proportions of suitable ingredients, said ingredients including:

a) Alahgiumdecapetalum
b) Hydrargyrum
c) Curcuma longa
d) Plumbago Indica

2. The composition for treatment of cancer, as claimed in claim 1, wherein said ingredients further include:

a) Common Alum
b) Honey
c) Hydragyrisupchloridum

3. The composition as claimed in claims 1 and 2 wherein said Curcuma longa and Alahgiumdecapetalum serve as extracting media and said honey acts as a sweetening agent.

4. The composition as claimed in any preceding claim wherein said ingredients are applied in dry powder and/or extract form.

5. The composition as claimed in claims 1 to 4, wherein the proportions by weight in which said ingredients are applied are as follows:

a) Alahgiumdecapetalum- 0.95%
b) Hydragyrum- 0.191%
c) Curcuma longa- 0.95%
d) Plumbago Indica- 0.95%
e) Common Alum- 0.766%
f) Honey- 95.78%
g) Hydragyrisupchloridum- 0.383%

6. The composition for treatment of Cancer, as claimed in any preceding claim, wherein said cancer includes cancer occurring on any organ in the Human body, skin cancer, blood cancer, bone marrow cancer, cell cancer.

7. A method for preparation of a composition for inhibiting fast progression of Cancer cells, said composition including optimally effective proportions of suitable ingredients, said ingredients including:

a) Alahgiumdecapetalum
b) Hydrargyrum
c) Curcuma longa
d) Plumbago Indica
e) Common Alum
f) Hydragyrisupchloridum

wherein said method includes grinding of Hydrargyrum, Common Alum, Plumbago Indica and Hydragyrisupchloridum in Curcuma longa extract for suitable duration, followed by grinding in Alahgiumdecapetalum extract for a suitable duration, drying the same, putting the mixture so obtained in a small container, said container being kept in a big container, half filled with sand and heating said mixture for a suitable duration, so as to form a powder for its application.

8. The method as claimed in claim 7 wherein said powder so obtained is mixed with good proportion of honey.

9. The method as claimed in claim 7 wherein pure ghee and/or butter are added as medium.

10. A composition for treatment of Cancer, substantially as herein described particularly with reference to the foregoing examples.
