The following specification
The following specification particularly describes the
describes the invention. invention and the manner in
which it is to be performed.

Field of Invention
The present invention pertains to the field of automobile industry and more particularly it relates to an equalizing combi brake system with dual combi mechanism for two-wheelers which functions on wheel braking mechanism depending on driving conditions and a braking operation of the motorcycle whereby maximum efficiency in brake operation is obtained and the rapid and safe deceleration of the vehicle effected and provides an economical and efficient solution for enhancing braking system.
Background of Invention
A brake is a mechanical device or apparatus in automobile vehicles, which inhibits motion by absorbing energy from the moving wheels of vehicle to decelerate the vehicle's momentum for stopping of moving vehicle. A braking system plays a crucial role in improving efficiency of the vehicles and providing auto safety in terms of prevention of road accidents, particularly for high-speed vehicles.
Since the earliest automobiles, a gradual development has been carried out to provide an improved braking systems and methods for automotive vehicles. Since ancient time, various kinds of brakes i.e. wooden block brakes, mechanical brakes, expanding internal shoe-brakes, mechanical brakes, hydraulic brakes, disc brakes, anti-lock brakes etc. have been gradually developed to meet the requirements of braking mechanism of vehicles in automobile industry.

In last few decades, a gradual evolution in automobile industry is being carrying out to provide an efficient braking system than that of the existing one. In conventional mechanical drum-brake, the brake shoes are actuated by a cam, which is attached to the brake linkage and lever. The conventional mechanical drum-brake is defined to mean a braking system in which, when the brake lever is pressed, the cam turns that causes the brake shoes to expand outwards and rub against the drum. Friction between the brake linings and the drum causes the drum to stop rotating; thereby stopping the wheels. When the brake lever released, the retracting springs bring the brake shoes back to their original position. Thus, said mechanical drum brake provides a braking force by causing friction between the brake shoe with linings and drum by using a cable linked with the brake lever.
In prior art vehicle without hydraulic combi brake, when the rear brake lever (on left handlebar in a scooter) or the brake pedal (foot-operated in a motorcycle) is operated, brake will be applied only on the rear wheel. If the force applied by the rider is high, the rear wheel would lock (because of reduction in rear wheel reaction due to weight transfer to the front during deceleration), leading to an accident.
In the prior art braking" system slippery road conditions, gradual and light braking should be done only using combi brake. Severe braking using both brakes or only the front brake in such situations can cause locking of front wheel, and result in loss of control of the vehicle.

The conventional hydraulic combined braking system, without delay mechanism, includes more number of moving elements which induces frictional force which results in reduced life of the components. Further, the conventional combined braking system is very complex in design and expensive.
Although, the conventional combined braking systems have been proved to be an advantageous, there is still scope to improve the functionality and performance of the braking system for inducing a customized variable braking force to both of the wheels, i.e. front brake wheel and rear brake wheel simultaneously, by using a single brake-actuating medium i.e. a hand brake lever or a brake lever. Hence, a need yet exists to switch the combined braking system having with an enhanced functionality and performance.
Therefore, it is desperately needed to develop an equalizing combi brake system with dual combi mechanism for two-wheelers which overcomes the aforesaid drawbacks and limitations of the prior art braking systems.
