It is often experiences that the electrical appliances or electronic devices fail to work normally due to improper connection or installation of the conductors. In order to prevent the possible hazard arising there from such as an overload or even a short circuit, a prompt response must be taken to clear above-mentioned improper connection or installation of the conductors, which usually calls for extra cost, time, and manpower.
The electrical system used everywhere like in premises, house, office, streets, malls, public place etc. electrical wiring are needed everywhere for use of electrical system. For electric wiring system numbers of wires are used in number of different colour and it is required to number of joints and connections to provide electricity at the utilization place.
In our electrical system the electrical power houses or any other non-conventional sources like solar power or wind power houses provide a power connection wire at consumer utilization place. After that in consumer place it distributed in several parts to optimize use of power. Due to that many joint and connection are required in all wiring system and distribution box. There are many types of wires are use like phase, neutral and earthing in single phase electrical system. In the three phase electrical system there are three phase is available, which describes in colour like Red(R), Yellow (Y), Blue (B) and other wires like neutral and earthing. All this type of wires are needed to joint to any other wires in wiring system in any premises.
In conventionally, the two wires or more than two wires are connected in different ways in which the one of such way is to twist those wire to each other using hand or pliers and after that the insulating tape is wound on the electrical conductive part to prevention from electric shock.
In the above method, there are many limitations in which when the wires are twisted by the hand it is possibility of injuries due to sharp pointed wires. Further this type of connection may be disconnected due to the vibration and also the wiring are not well structure installation so that the appearance is bad and it creates confusion in the wiring wires for human while supervision the wiring.
