The said device comprises a tank (1) with pressure plate (4) heated by heater coil (10) to store sealer with desired viscosity in the process. A pressure cylinder for operating the said pressure plate (4) to enable sealer to travel from tank to sealer pump (2) for pushing sealer towards gun (12) connected to the said pump by pipe line. A Pneumatic control (6) provided to control the movement of the said pressure cylinder by the compressed air from pressurized air source passing through a proportionate valve(8) and regulator (9). A temperature and pressure controller unit (7) communicating with the tank heat sensor, ambient temperature sensor(13) and proportionate valve for controlling the sealer pump (2) and the said heater(10) to control the viscosity of sealer in the said tank.
FIELD OF THE INVENTION:-
The present invention relates to an automobile body shell manufacturing process. A process called Sealer application regulated through tank temperature and sealer pressure control with respect to ambient temperature.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:-

Referring to figure 1 generally sealer application device comprises of Tank (1), Sealers pump (2), Pipe line (3) for sealer, Cylinder (4) for pressure plate, Sealer (5), Pneumatic control (6), Regulator (9), Sealer dispensing gun (12) Where Tank (1) is filled with Sealer (5) and air pressurized cylinder piston presses the sealer (5) to run through pipe (3) toward gun (12) to use in application over automobile body shell.
Sealer a viscous material (5) is filled in tank (1). Which need to apply on the automotive body shell parts to fill up the gap and seal the water leakages inside the parts and automotive body customer compartment area, (2) Sealers pump push the sealer towards Sealer dispensing gun (12) with the help of pressure created by pneumatic cylinder (4) provided to press surface plate on the tank top (1) situated right above the sealer (5) top surface. Pressure regulation for the pneumatic cylinder is done by regulator situated in the compressed air line which is preset at the constant pressure though out the process.
Drawbacks of the existing prior art -
As the pressure is constant and viscosity of the sealer changes with respect to the temperature with ambient changes. As temperature goes up the viscosity will be lower that is sealer(5) will get thinner and came out from the gun (12) more than required and if temperature goes down viscosity will be higher that is sealer (5) will be thicker and discharge from Gun (12) will be lesser than desire will hamper process as actual dispensed sealer quantity will be less or more than desired so lead to defective product manufacturing resulting in water accumulation in automotive body shell pockets and passenger compartment of the automotive and will result in
corrosion and damage to the product that is automotive as a whole and also automotive body shell which is a very important part of the vehicle.
Accordingly, there exists a need to provide a sealant application device for automotive body shell manufacturing process that overcomes the problem in the prior art.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION:-
The foregoing objects of the invention are accomplished and the problems and shortcomings associated with the prior art techniques and approaches are overcome by the present invention as described below in the preferred embodiment.
The present invention provides a sealer dispensing device with pressure and temperature control over the sealer and the quantity and the bead of the sealer on the automotive body shell parte while assembly in process of automotive body building or manufacturing.
The device is. configured with the various controllers and actuators for temperature and pressure in the system and quantity of the sealer to be dispensed on body shell parts while assembly and fitment.
This present invention is illustrated with reference to the accompanying drawings, throughout which reference numbers indicate corresponding parts in the various figures. These reference numbers are shown in bracket in the following description.
Referring now to figure 2, there is a block diagram shown for machine of the sealer dispensing and consists of the following parts in the system.
Tank which used to store sealer in the process (1), Sealers pump which pushes sealer towards gun (2),Pipe line for sealer to travel from pump to the application area (3),Cylinder for pressure plate to enable sealer to travel from tank to sealer pump (4), Sealer a medium which need to be transferred from tank to the application area which is not shown in fig as is present in side tank, pipe (5), Pneumatic control (6) to control the movement of the pressure cylinder, Temperature and pressure controller which talks with the tank and air pressure line and give controls the sealer pump, heater coil and air cylinder (7), Proportionate valve to control the air pressure (8) , Regulator to control the air pressure from pressurized air source (9),Heater to control
the viscosity of sealer (10), Heat sensor provided for feedback as per ambient temperature (11), Sealer dispensing gun for sealer application on the body shell parts (12), Ambient temperature sensor (13).
Detailed working principle and method of the present invention -
Process or operation of the invention starts with the compressed air from the air source. This compressed air then routed through proportionate valve (8) then to regulator (9), regulator regulates air pressure to the defined limit that it will not allow pressure to raise above set limit, then to the control (6) unit which works on the feedback from sealer dispensing gun knob (12). This control unit controls the movement of air cylinder pressure on the top plate on the tank to exert pressure on sealer to deliver it to the sealer dispensing gun (12). Proportionate valve (8) regulates the air flow and pressure by sensing heat sensor (11) input from the tank and regulates the tank (1) temperature by allowing heater (10) to change its state on or off, resulting in changing viscosity of the sealer to flow through pipe (3).
Temperature and pressure control (7) is the brain of the system which controls the system operation and allows the sealer to flow in defined properties and in conditions.
Temperature and pressure control (7) senses the ambient temperature (13), the sealer (5) temperature in the tank (1) and the air pressure in the system at proportionate valve (8) calculate the forecasted condition of sealer (5) coming out of the sealer dispensing gun (12) and make necessary changes to control the sealer viscosity and flow rate from the gun as desired by user that is pre set value. If the Ambient temperature (13) is above desire level and heat sensor (11) give signal for more heat at tank (1) then Temperature and pressure control (7) will shut off the heater (10) and check for the air pressure in the system at proportionate valve and decrease or increase as required and in reference with the sealer viscosity derived by the calculations of temperature and air pressure by the control and in reverse condition -
If the Ambient temperature (13) is below desire level and heat sensor (11) give signal for less heat at tank (1) then Temperature and pressure control (7) will on the heater (10) and check for the air pressure in the system at proportionate valve and decrease or increase as required and in reference with the sealer viscosity derived by the calculations of temperature and air pressure by the controlby which the sealer (5) flow will be regularize uninterrupted and continuous required for the application.
ADVANTAGES OF THE PRESENT INVENTION:-
1. The sealer dispensing system is self controlled, so regulates the process in defined manner and give desired result.
2. Power saving in terms of Compressed air saving and electrical energy saving as system works in closed loop feedback so energy usage is not continuous, it is as and when required.
3. System eliminates human intervention in process control.
4. System is in automatic mode resulting in zero start up loss.
5. As system is temperature and pressure controlled so potential sealer pipe (5) bursting or damage is eliminated.
6. No chances of OOZ out that is extra sealer (5) came out from Sealer dispensing gun (12) while start up.
The foregoing objects of the invention are accomplished and the problems and shortcomings associated with prior art techniques and approaches are overcome by the present invention described in the present embodiment.
