Abstract: This invention relates to an improved gas-air mixer for dual fuel vehicles comprising of a body inserted with a pipe integrated in one piece constituting single injection moulded part as shown in fig. 1.
FIELD OF INVENTION
This invention relates to an improved gas-air mixer for dual fuel vehicles.
PRIOR ART
The conventional gas-air mixer uses an aluminium-cast and machined body in which a pipe/tubing is inserted. This requires high precision of machining for maintaining the consistent requirement of gas-air mixture for improving the fuel efficiency of the dual fuel vehicles. Further, it also adds to the weight of the vehicle as the overall assembly is bulky.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The primary object of the present invention is to provide an improved gas-air mixer for dual fuel vehicles which overcomes disadvantages associated with the prior art.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an improved gas-air mixer for dual fuel vehicles which is simple in construction.
Further object of the present invention is to provide an improved gas-air mixer for dual fuel vehicles which is efficient.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide an improved gas-air mixer for dual fuel vehicles which is light in weight.
STATEMENT OF INVENTION
According to this invention, there is provided an improved gas-air mixer for dual fuel vehicles comprising of a body inserted with a pipe integrated in one piece constituting single injection moulded part as shown in fig. 1.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWING
Further objects and advantages of this invention will be more apparent from the ensuing description when read in conjunction with the accompanying drawing and wherein:
Fig. 1 shows: the present invention.
DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION WITH REFERENCE TO THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWING;
The present invention discloses an improved gas-air mixer (as shown in fig. 1) for dual fuel vehicles comprising of a body inserted with a pipe integrated in one piece constituting single injection moulded part.
The salient features of the invention over prior art
1. High precision is not required in machining operation.
2. Number of processing steps for manufacturing of the gas-mixer in conventional design are more as compared to the present invention.
3. Significant reduction in the weight of the gas-mixer leading to enhanced fuel efficiency.
It is to be noted that the present invention is susceptible to modifications, adaptations and changes by those skilled in the art. Such variant embodiments employing the concepts and features of this invention are intended to be within the scope of the present invention, which is further set forth under the following claims:-
WE CLAIM:
1. An improved gas-air mixer for dual fuel vehicles comprising of a
body inserted with a pipe integrated in one piece constituting
single injection moulded part as shown in fig. 1.
2. An improved gas-air mixer for dual fuel vehicles substantially as herein described with reference to the accompanying drawing.
