FIELD OF INVETION
This invention relates to an improved handle in automotive door of vehicle to open back door from inside.
BACKGROUND/PRIOR ART OF THE INVENTION
Presently, vehicle is having provision of a handle to open its automotive door from outside. However, there is no provision to open the door from inside. Reference may be made to figure 1 and 2 indicating connectivity among outside handle, rod and latch.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
An object of the present invention is to provide an improved handle in automotive door of vehicle to integrate the outside handle and inside handle.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an integrated handle in automotive door of vehicle for opening the door from inside/outside.
Further object of the present invention is to provide an integrated handle in automotive door of vehicle, which is simple in construction and efficient.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an integrated handle in automotive door of vehicle, which overcomes disadvantage(s) associates with the prior art.
STATEMENT OF INVENTION
According to this invention, there is provided an improved handle in automotive door of vehicle to open back door from inside comprising of inside handle integrated with outside handle wherein said inside handle comprising of a push button along with lever.

DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION WITH REFERENCE TO THE ACCOMPANYING DRWAINGS.
The present invention discloses an improved handle in automotive door of vehicle to open back door from inside. Reference may be made to figure 3 and 4. In figure 3, it can be seen that, inside handle is integrated with the outside handle. Said inside handle comprising of push button and lever.
Further, figure 4 reflecting operation of the present invention, wherein it can be observed that inside handle is pressed to unlatch and rod movement takes place by the same mechanism as operated by the outside handle. This is followed by disengagement of the latch with striker to open back door.

Further, reference may be made to figure 5, in which the latch rod (2) is attached through the outside handle (3) and inside lever (1). On pressing the inside lever (1), the force is transferred to the Latch Rod (2) and the Latch is disengaged from the striker to open the Door. The opening mechanism is same as that when the outside handle (3) is activated.
Common Link Rod mechanism used for operating Latching system from both integrated (Outside and Inside) Handle.
This results in the following-
• Space saving
• Reduced complexity due to less no. of parts
• Cost effectiveness.
Referring to figure 6 indicating integrated handle which is an assembly of push button with lever and outside handle.
Using a Push button inside lever attached to the Outer handle, it can be operated from inside thus opening the Back door. Earlier the Back door could only be opened from the Outside but with addition of this feature it can be operated from inside also.
Endurance test was performed for use of the Handle for atleast 10,000 cycles and functioning was found OK.
It is to be noted that the present invention is susceptible to modifications, adaptations and changes by those skilled in the art. Such variant embodiments employing the concepts and features of this invention are intended to be within the scope of the present invention, which is further set forth under the following claims-

WE CLAIM
1. An improved handle in automotive door of vehicle to open back door from inside comprising of inside handle integrated with outside handle wherein said inside handle comprising of a push button along with lever.
2. An improved handle in automotive door of vehicle as claimed in claim 1 wherein latch rod is attached through outside handle and inside lever.
3. An improved handle in automotive door of vehicle as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the improved handle is an assembly of push button with lever and outside handle as shown in figure 3.
4. An improved handle in automotive door of vehicle as claimed in any of the preceeding claims wherein the handle is associated with advantageous features of saving in space, reduced complexity due to less number of parts and cost effectiveness.
5. An improved handle in automotive door of vehicle to open back door from inside substantially as herein described with reference to the drawings.
