Specification

FIELD OF INVENTION
This invention relates to an improved hydraulic system for in house fatigue
testing of hydraulic components of vehicle. This system reduces fuel
consumption and also maintains good and healthy working environment inside
the laboratory.
BACKGROUND/PRIOR ART OF THE INVENTION
Currently, in automotive hydraulic fatigue testing of component, the vehicle is
operated during the testing for a long period inside the laboratory. Reference
may be made to fig. 1 indicating conventional hydraulic system. This consumes
lot of diesel and produces a lot of noise and hazardous exhaust gases.
Therefore, it results in noise & air pollution and unhealthy environment.
Hence, there is requirement of a system for in house fatigue testing of vehicle
giving rise to safe working environment with cost effectiveness.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The primary object of the present invention is to provide an improved hydraulic
system for in house fatigue testing of hydraulic components of vehicle which is
cost effective.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an improved hydraulic
system for in house fatigue testing of hydraulic components of vehicle which
reduces fuel consumption.
Further object of the present invention is to provide an improved hydraulic
system for in house fatigue testing of hydraulic components of vehicle which
provides healthy and safe working environment by reducing noise and
eliminating exhaust gas inside the laboratory without operating the vehicle.

STATEMENT OF INVENTION
According to this invention, there is provided an improved hydraulic system for
in house fatigue testing of hydraulic components of vehicle comprising of an
external hydraulic pump provided between the hydraulic filter and hydraulic
valve to operate hydraulic system for in house fatigue testing of hydraulic
components without starting vehicle.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWINGS
Further objects and advantages of this invention will be more apparent from
the ensuing description when read in conjunction with the accompanying
drawings and wherein:
Fig. 1 shows: schematic flow chart for conventional hydraulic system for in
house fatigue testing of hydraulic components.
Fig. 2 shows: schematic flow chart for modified hydraulic system for in house
fatigue testing of hydraulic components according to the present invention.
DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF THE PRESENT INVENTION WITH REFERENCE
TO THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWINGS:
The present invention provides an improved hydraulic system for in house
fatigue testing of hydraulic components of vehicle. Reference may be made to
fig. 2, wherein the system comprising of an external hydraulic pump operated
by electric power provided between the hydraulic filter and hydraulic valve to
operate hydraulic system for in house fatigue testing of hydraulic components
without starting vehicle. Said hydraulic pump is provided in place of tractor
hydraulic pump for operating hydraulic system. Further, hydraulic oil from
reservoir is supplied to the pump through said hydraulic filter. Thus, the oil is
recycled from the oil reservoir to the valve through the filter and hydraulic
pump. The hydraulic valve is connected to hydraulic linkage.
Thus, the system of the present invention reduces the fuel consumption, noise
and exhaust gas to create a safety and healthy working environment inside the
test laboratory.

It is to be noted that the present invention is susceptible to modifications,
adaptations and changes by those skilled in the art. Such variant embodiments
employing the concepts and features of this invention are intended to be within
the scope of the present invention, which is further set forth under the
following claims:

WE CLAIM:
1. An improved hydraulic system for in house fatigue testing of hydraulic
components of vehicle comprising of an external hydraulic pump
provided between the hydraulic filter and hydraulic valve to operate
hydraulic system for in house fatigue testing of hydraulic components
without starting vehicle.
2. An improved hydraulic system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the
hydraulic pump is operated by electric power.
3. An improved hydraulic system as claimed in claim 1 or 2 wherein the
system reduces the fuel consumption, noise and exhaust gas to create a
safety and healthy working environment inside the test laboratory.
4. An improved hydraulic system as claimed in any of the preceding claims,
is associated with the advantageous features such as herein described.
5. An improved hydraulic system for in house fatigue testing of hydraulic
components of vehicle substantially as herein described with reference to
the accompanying drawings.
