3. PREAMBLE TO THE DESCRIPTION
The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed:

FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to controller .More particularly, the present invention relates to an improved controller with simplified layout/arrangement having thermal overload relay with 'NO' ADD-ON block adapted to easily remove or replace the cover of the controller .
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The single phase submersible controllers are mainly used for starting the submersible pumps (mainly in agricultural field). A controller is nothing but a starter with extra features like dual meter for voltage and current measurement and lamp for indication purpose.
In this controller, all the current carrying components and potentially live components are in the box and not on the cover. This gives customer flexibility of removing or replacing the cover as per desire.
The prior art observed for controller does not provide with all the components in the box. The prior art practice for the controller is all types of lamps and meters are mounted on cover of the controller unlike the above mentioned invention where lamp and dual meter are mounted on the box and cover can be removed.
Thus there is a need to solve the problem occurring in replacement or removal of cables and cover of the controller during maintenance or damage due to fault and to reduce the complexity in wiring.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
One object of the present invention is to overcome the disadvantages / drawbacks of the prior art.

A basic object of the present invention is to provide an improved controller with all the components mounted on the box which gives unique feature of ease maintenance.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an improved layout/arrangement in controller adapted to easily remove or replace the cover of the controller.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
According to one of aspect of the present invention there is provided an improved arrangement for a single phase submersible pump controller, said controller comprising
at least one contactor to carry, make and break the line current of said controller;
at least one relay mounted on said contactor for overload protection;
at least one start capacitor connected in the circuit of controller to achieve the
starting torque ;
at least one pair of run capacitors mounted on said start capacitor to achieve
phase displacement respectively;
at least one dual meter comprising current and voltage measuring means;
at least one indication means for indication purpose;
at least one terminal block provided in the controller for motor connection and
input connections facility;
a box means within which all the components are mounted ;
a bracket having click fit arrangement adapted to mount the dual meter along with
lamp;
a ADD-ON block mounted on said relay adapted to make break the starting
current, said ADD-ON block comprising a NO contact;

plurality of holes at the bottom as inlet for cables having grommets on it to avoid
the entry of foreign agents; and
a push button assembly operatively connected with said relay, said push button
assembly comprising ON push button placed on the cover adapted to switch ON
the controller and OFF push button placed on the cover adapted to switch OFF the
controller.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improved layout for controller.
With the present invention customer can easily remove or replace the cover of the controller as there is only push button assembly on the cover of the controller unlike all the other controllers which are having lamps and various meters (ammeter, voltmeter) on the cover.
The controller contains the thermal overload relay with additional ADD-ON block comprising 'NO' contact. This ADD-ON block will carry the starting current to start capacitor and can be easily removed or replaced with new one.
The function of additional 'NO'ADD-ON block is to carry make and break the starting current when start capacitor will be in circuit for initial period. This can be done by the push button assembly assembled on the cover shown in Fig 1.
Hence, the controller will be simple design with all the components in the box only so that cover can be removed easily making maintenance and servicing easy for customer. Also controller has a unique relay with 'NO' contact ADD-ON block mounted on it.
Following are the features of such a controller:

• The controller with all the components mounted on the box which gives
unique feature of ease maintenance.
• Unlike the normal relays, the relay in the controller has the ADD-ON
block mounted on it with an additional 'NO' contact which can be easily removed or replaced and can be actuate manually only.
• Snap on lugs are provided for the meter termination.
• Click fit provision is made for neon lamp so that it can be easily replaced
and removed.
• Reduced panel dimension as additional space for opening the hinged cover
is not required.
• Length of cables used is greatly reduced due to the simplified layout there
by reducing the cost of the controller.
• Ease of assembly because of simplified layout- all components are
mounted on the box.
• Improved aesthetics as there is no cable running between the box and the
cover,
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWING
Other features as well as the advantages of the invention will be clear from the following description.
In the appended drawing:
Figure 1 illustrates Isometric view of controller.
Figure 2 illustrates Isometric view of controller showing internal component lay out without cover.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWING
In the following detailed description, reference is made to the accompanying drawings that form a part hereof, and illustrate the best mode presently contemplated for carrying out the invention. Further functioning of the mechanism has been discussed below to describe the way the mechanism operates. However, such description should not be considered as any limitation of scope of the present unit. The structure thus conceived is susceptible of numerous modifications and variations, all the details may furthermore be replaced with elements having technical equivalence. In practice the materials and dimensions may be any according to the requirements, which will still be comprised within its true spirit.
The single phase submersible pump controller consists of a contactor 7 to carry, make and break the line current. The relay 6 is mounted on the contactor 7 for overload protection. The start capacitor 9 and two run capacitors 11 mounted on each other are connected in the circuit to achieve the starting torque and phase displacement respectively.
It also includes the dual meter 4 (comprising ammeter and voltmeter) for measurement of current through the circuit and voltage across the pole. The lamp 5 is included for indication purpose.
Also, for motor connection and input connections facility, the terminal block 8 is provided in the controller. All the components are mounted on the box 10. The dual meter along with lamp is mounted on the bracket 12 as shown in fig 2. The lamp is mounted on the bracket 12 with click fit arrangement.
The 'NO' ADD-ON block 13 is mounted on the relay 6 as shown in fig 2. Additional holes were given at the bottom as inlet for cables as shown in for 1. The holes will be having grommets on it to avoid the entry of foreign agents.

The controller can be switched 'ON1 by pressing push button 2 present on the cover 1 and the same can be switched 'OFF' by pressing push button 3 present on the cover 1 as shown in fig 1
