FIELD OF INVENTION
This invention relates to an improved method of packaging and an improved package thereof. The package is particularly used for packing tea.
PRIOR ART
Currently known method of packaging requires heat sealing of pack. This makes it expensive.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The primary object of the present invention is to provide an improved method of packaging and an improved package thereof which overcomes disadvantage(s) associated with the known art.
Another object of.the present invention is to provide an improved method of packaging and an improved package thereof which is quite cost effective.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide an improved method of packaging and an improved package thereof which preserves flavour of contents such as tea.

STATEMENT OF INVENTION
According to this invention, there is provided an improved package for packing tea comprising of an outer poly bag accommodating a paper bag containing tea wherein the poly bag is tied/stitched by a thread.
DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
According to this invention, there is provided an improved method of packaging and an improved package thereof comprising of an outer poly bag accommodating a paper bag containing tea wherein the poly bag is tied/stitched by a thread. Inside paper bag is folded after incorporating contents such as tea therein.
The inside paper bag prevents the contents from coming into direct contact with the polythene, which affects the flavour of tea.
The thread used to tie the packet is processed so as to tighten the grip more effectively making the pack air tight. The cotton thread is dipped in water for approximately 2 hours before subjected to dying. The dying is carried out in colour and soda bi carb turning the thread guff and softer. This makes the thread felt gentle on fingers of person tying the pack, thereby making the speed of tying faster.

The thickness of outer poly bag is 40-42 micron so as to protect the flavour of contents, Further, length of the inner paper bag is 7.5"- 7.8" so as to facilitate easy twisting of upper end of the bag, thereby making the process of tying the packet more convenient.
It is to be noted that the present invention is susceptible to modifications, adaptations and changes by those skilled in the art. Such variant embodiments employing the concepts and features of this invention are intended to be within the scope of the present invention, which is further set forth under the following claims:-

I CLAIM:
1. An improved package for packing tea comprising of an outer poly bag accommodating a paper bag containing tea wherein the poly bag is tied/stitched by a thread.
2. An improved package as claimed in claim 1, wherein said thread is processed by dipping in water followed by dying in colour and soda bi carb.
3. An improved package as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein said outer poly bag is 40-42 micron in thickness and said inner paper bag is 7.5" - 7.8" in length.
4. An improved package for packing tea substantially as herein described.
