“AN IMPROVED PROJECTOR LAMP”
MINDA RINDER PVT. LTD., an Indian company of Gat No 148, Mahalunge Ingale, Off Chakan Talegaon Road, Taluka – Khed, Dist.- Pune 410501 Maharashtra, India
The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed:

AN IMPROVED PROJECTOR LAMP
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present disclosure relates to the field of vehicles. Particularly, but not exclusively, the present disclosure relates to an improved projector lamp for vehicles. Further, embodiments of the present disclosure disclose the construction and mechanism of an improved projector lamp comprising two independent reflecting surfaces.
BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT DISCLOSURE
The information in this section merely provides background information related to the present disclosure and may not constitute prior art(s).
In recent years, automobile manufacturers have been equipping indicator lamps, such as, but not limited to, headlamps and tail lamps of vehicles with LED bulbs. Such lamps are used to provide illumination as well as indication about the presence of the vehicle to pedestrians and other vehicles.
Generally, the existing projector lamps are equipped with a single reflector for low beam as well as high beam projection. However, a major drawback associated with the existing lamps is distortion of reflecting surfaces during fitment of a light source. In other words, during assembling of the lamp, a disturbance may be caused in the high beam reflecting surface during optimization of the low beam reflecting surface and vice-versa. Consequently, even a minor dimensional variation in the reflecting surfaces can cause a high difference in the illumination of the lamp.
Another major shortcoming of existing projector lamps is that the light source and the reflecting surfaces are mounted separately on the housing. As a result, the positions of the light source and the reflecting surfaces may slightly vary with respect to each other. Therefore, the existing lamps do not provide optimum illumination.

Accordingly, there exists an immense need to develop an improved projector lamp for vehicles. Specifically, a projector lamp that overcomes the one or more shortcomings associated with existing lamps.
