Specification

Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to an improved safety razor blade assembly
and more particularly to a new type of safety razor blade providing clamping
points on two plastic pieces without any application of external force.
Description of the prior art
As per statistics over fifty per cent shaving population in India is getting
their shave done through barber. The barber shops are available from road
platforms to first class super deluxe seven star saloons. However, all the barbers
whether from road side saloon to super deluxe saloons are using various double
edge brands available in the market for shaving by breaking the blade into half
and using in the available barber razors.
The Barbers are breaking currently available double edge bladed into two
halves by folding the double edge wrapper and applying the pressure at both
ends. During half blade loading barbers are taking out the slider from razor
The whole exercise right from breaking the blade and putting into the
slider it is awfully dangerous without any protection and there is every chances
of cutting the fingers and also damaging the blade which turns out to the rough
shave and harmful for the skin.
Moreover, the gripping point are punched and on this stage which is to be noted the
blade thickness is 0.1mm and no matter how the best the slider is made and there will be
always play and blade will not run smoothly on shaver and there will be every possibility for
getting cuts while shaving.
The main body of the barber razor in which slider slides and it is to be noted the
blade cannot be fitted unless slider totally taken out and while inserting
blade there is every possibility of damaging.
Summary of the Invention
It is, therefore, an important object of the present invention to provided an improved
safety razor cartilage unit for use by barber wherein barber razor (1) adopted is adopted to
take new type of blade which has been put into plastic cartridge made out of two plastic
components (P1& P2) for avoiding distortion of blade edges during shaving as compared to
normal barber razor, a box container (3) for holding blade cartilage unit in between
integrated locking system (L) on both ends of the container's wall in such a way that the
changing of the blade cartilage unit is possible for quick handling and for safety
Another object of the present invention is to provide a smooth shave with a proper
control of angle by which shave will get very smooth feeling and entire process becomes user
friendly for both barber and customer.
A still another object of the present invention is to provide a safety and protection
even currently available various types of shaving tools.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide location points
with proper clamping in our new invented blade, which is housed in two place
of plastic.
These and other objects have been achieved by the present invention
which provides an improved safety razor blade assembly comprising an
improved barber razor 1 designed to take new type of blade B which has been
put into two pieces of plastic PI, P2 so that no distortion takes place on the
blade edges, a box container 3 to hold the new type of blade in such a way that
blades when vertically loaded on this box bottom surface is so designed that
blade does not get damage by keeping the edge on bottom side, a slot S on this
box with intrigated locking system L on both ends.
Brief Description of the Accompanying Drawings
The above and other objects and features of the present invention will
become apparent from the following description of preferred embodiments
given in conjunction with the accompanying drawings in which:
Fi gure 1 of the accompanying drawing shows top plan view of new type
of blade B has been putted in two pieces of plastic PP.
Figure 2 of the accompanying drawing shows front view of box container
holding new type of blades with intrigated locking system L.
Figure 3 of the accompanying drawing shows top plan view box
container holding new type of blades with intrigated locking system L.
Fi gure 4 of the accompanying drawing shows new developed barber
razor designed to take our new blade.
Figure 5 of the accompanying drawing shows displaying the new
developed barber razor can easily slide on new developed barber blades.
Detailed Description of the Preferred Embodiments
Referring to the accompanying drawings of figure 5, the present
invention, thus provides a barber razor 1 and it is designed to take new
developed blade B, which has been putted in two pieces of plastic PI and P2
and is taken out from box container 3.
Referring to Figure 1 new type of blade B has been putted into two pieces
of plastics P1 and P2. The plastic pieces are so joined by joint portion J so that
no distortion takes place having a constant and consistent protrusion on the
blade edges CED.
Referring to Figures 2 and 3 illustrated the manner in which the box
container 3 to hold new types of blades B. The geometrical shape of bottom
surface is made accordingly to blade size so that blade does not get damage by
keeping the edge on bottom side. A slot S is also provided to every blade in the
box with integrated locking system L.
Referring to Figures 4 and 5 the barber razor 1 can easily slide on new
type of blades and the slider can be totally taken out and in this process the
geometrical angle do not changes which is important for good shaving and
smooth feeling and moreover it having user friendly.
The above described shaving implement offers the advantages of simple
and economic construction combined with parameters of shaving geometry
leading to efficient smooth safe and comfortable shaving. Among the other
features the novel feature is the constructional detail of new type of blades and
box container.
The invention having been described in details in connection with
preferred embodiments is to be taken as an example only, not to be restricted
thereto. It will be easily understood by those or ordinary scale in art that other
variations and modifications can be easily made within scope of this invention
as defined in the appended claims.
