Abstract: The present invention deals with an improvement in two-wheeler to make it comfortable, the structure (Si) shown in figure 1 is made of lightweight metal or polymer material. Two back rods (P), two top side rods (Q), two front rods (Z), two front bottom rods (R), two side support rods (S), two top rods (Y) are welded or screwed or both to from the basic structure. The angle between Incline support rods (6) and back roads (P) ranges from 90 °to 160°, angle 2 between back roads (P) and top side rods (Q) ranges from 70 °to 110°, angle 3 between top side rods (Q) and front rods (Z) ranges from 80° to 150 °, angle 4 between front rods (Z) and front bottom rods (R) ranges from 30 ° to 80 °., angle 5 between bottom rods (R) and side support rods (S) 70 ° to 100°
The present invention relates to an improvement in two-wlieeJer to make it more comfortable.
Background of the invention
Presently so many bikes, scooters, cycles and other two wheelers are available in market, but all these available products have problems, such as,
1. Do not provide protection from sun heat, rain, cold, strokes of wind, dust and polluted smoke.
2. While riding it is difficult to converse between driver and passenger sitting on rear seat because of wind creating disturbance.
To provide relief to the two-wheeler riders from above problems many invention are carried out.
Patent number JP2004210175 explains a motorcycle and motor three-wheeler vehicle with cover, which basically provides a motorcycle or a motor three-wheeler with a cover that is adequate to supporting a vehicle body in an easy attitude when the vehicle body is inclined.
Patent number JP2000225979 explains a motorcycle or motor-tricycle fitted with roof which provides provide a motorcycle or motor tricycle fitted with a roof capable of widening the field of view ahead over the rider obtained through a wind shield and lowering the position of the roof.
Patent number JP2088377 also explains motorcycle with roof in which the arrangement lower the height of a roof above the ground by providing a housing above a rear wheel and in the rear of a seat installed above a unit-swing type engine horizontally extending a cylinder, and supporting the rear part of a roof covering the seat by a stay fixed to the housing.
Similarly patent number JP5024566 also explains motorcycle with roof.
All the arrangements explained above are complex and expensive, however the present invention explains an improvement in motorcycle to make it comfortable, which is not at all complex and can be easily exercised In the industry. The expenses involved will be very less as compared to the arrangements explained in the prior art. The rider will remain safe from sun heat, rain, cold, strokes of wind, dust and polluted smoke and it will be easy to converse between driver and passenger sitting on rear seat because the wind will not create disturbance.
Summary of the Present Invention:
In terms of this invention, improvement is done in a bike or scooter or cycle or any two-wheeler; roof, windshield, side curtains and back cover are provided to protect the rider from sun heat, rain, cold, strokes of wind, dust and polluted smoke.
Light weigh metal or polymer structure is used to support the above-explained accessories. Rear view mirrors are fixed in both the sides of structure for better judgment of traffic while driving. In the front side the light weight metal structure is welded or screwed with the two-wheeler chassis pipe or led guard or both, while in the back side it is screwed with excel of rear wheel or welded or screwed with any other attaching means.
Combination of fiber sheet and industrial fabric is fixed on structure to make the roof. The fiber sheet is used beneath the industrial fabric to provide the proper support. Transparent plastic sheet or glass or any other transparent sheet is used as windshield in the front side. As the weight of two-wheeler may go in higher side the shock absorbers are used which can afford up to 300 kg weight
Statement of the Invention
Accordingly, the present invention provides An improvement in two-wheeler to make it more comfortable where in the structure (S) comprises:
Two back rods (P), two top side rods (Q), two front rods (Z), two front bottom rods (R), two side support rods (S), two top rods (Y) are welded or screwed or both to from tlie basic structure of two-wlieeler,
Front support rod (2), which is attached with front bottom rods (R), front support rod is welded or screwed with the two-wheeler chassis pipe or led guard or both,
Back support rod (5), which is attached with the rear portion of two- wheeler,
Two Incline support rods (6), which are provided on the both sides of back support rod (5), inclined support rods are screwed with excel of rear wheel or welded or screwed with any other attaching means (10),
Transparent sheet, which is fixed in the area (1) as windshield in the front side,
Combination of fiber sheet and industrial fabric (10), which is fixed to form the roof cover and the back cover.

Detailed Description of the invention:
The present invention deals with an improvement in two-wheeler to make it comfortable, the structure (Si) shown in figure 1 is made of lightweight metal or polymer material. Two back rods (P), two top side rods (Q), two front rods (Z), two front bottom rods (R), two side support rods (S), two top rods (Y) are welded or screwed or both to from the basic structure.
Where Y x Z is the front side of the structure, Q x Y is the top (4) of the structure and P X Y is the back side (8) of the structure. Front support rod (2) is attached
with front bottom rods (R), front support rod is welded or screwed with the two-wheeler chassis pipe or led guard or both.
Transparent plastic sheet or glass or any other transparent sheet is fixed in the area (1), as windshield in the front side to protect the driver and the passenger from the air and polluted smokes coming from the front direction.
Support rods (3) are used to strengthen the structure; combination of fiber sheet and industrial fabric (9) is fixed on support rods (3) to make the roof cover and the back cover. The roof cover protects the driver from sun heat and rain. Support rods also protect the combination of fiber sheet and industrial fabric from sagging. The fiber sheet is used beneath the industrial fabric to provide the proper support.
Provision of back support rod (5) is provided, which is attached with the rear portion of two-wheeler to provide support to the structure. Two Inclined support rods (6) are provided on the both sides of back support rod (5), inclined support rods are either screwed with excel of rear wheel or welded / screwed with any other attaching means, for providing firm support to the structure. Here any other attaching means may be slot (10) provided with footrest.
The angle 61 between Incline support rods (6) and back roads (P) ranges from 90 °to 160°, angle 62 between back roads (P) and top side rods (Q) ranges from 70 ° to 110°, angle 63 between top side rods (Q) and front rods (Z) ranges from 80° to 150 °, angle 64 between front rods (Z) and front bottom rods (R) ranges from 30 ° to 80 °, angle 65 between bottom rods (R) and side support rods (8) 70 ° to 100°
The width of structure which is actually the length of top rod (Y), is 5 inch to 9 inch more than the length of driving handle of two-wheeler.
After attaching the structure with the two-wheeler the weight of complete assembly increases, for this shock absorbers are used which can afford up to 300 kg weight.
Side covers on both the sides are also attached to provide with zipping arrangements for protection from both sides. These covers may be zip locked or locked with the help of any other locking means.
With the help of above invention the problems faced while driving two-wheeler are effectively overcome and driver can enjoy the ride without facing problems such as sun heat, rain, cold, strokes of wind, dust and polluted smoke, also he can converse easily with the passenger sitting on rear seat as the wind will not create disturbance.

1. An improvement in two-wheeler to make it more comfortable where in
the structure (S1) comprising:
Two back rods (P), two top side rods (Q), two front rods (Z), two front bottom rods (R), two side support rods (S), two top rods (Y), which are welded or screwed or both,
Front support rod (2), which is attached with front bottom rods (R), front support rod is welded or screwed with the two-wheeler chassis pipe or led guard or both,
Back support rod (5), which is attached with the rear portion of two-wheeler,
Two Incline support rods (6), which are provided on the both sides of back support rod (5), inclined support rods are either screwed with excel of rear wheel or welded / screwed with any other attaching means (10),
Transparent sheet, which is fixed in the area (1) as windshield in the front side.
Combination of fiber sheet and industrial fabric (10), which is fixed to form the roof cover and the back cover.
2. An improvement in two-wheeler to make it more comfortable as
claimed in claim 1 where in, the angle between Incline support rods
(6) and back roads (P) ranges from 90 ° to 160 °, angle between
back roads (P) and top side rods (Q) ranges from 70° to 110°, angle 83
between top side rods (Q) and front rods (Z) ranges from 80 ° to 150 °,
angle 64 between front rods (Z) and front bottom rods (R) ranges from
30 ° to 80 °., angle 65 between bottom rods (R) and side support rods
(S) 70° to 100°
3. An improvement in two-wheeler to make it more comfortable as claimed in claim 1 where in, roof and back cover is combination of fiber sheet and industrial fabric, which is fixed on support rods (3).
4. An improvement in two-wheeler to make it more comfortable as claimed in claim 1 where in length of top rod (Y) is 5 inch to 9 inch more than the length of driving handle of two-wheeler.
5. An improvement in two-wheeler to make it more comfortable as claimed in claim 1 where in the structure (S1) is made of lightweight metal or polymer material.
6. An improvement in two-wheeler to make it more comfortable as claimed in claim 1 where in the Transparent sheet is transparent plastic sheet or glass or any other transparent sheet.
7. An improvement in two-wheeler to make it more comfortable as claimed in claim 1 where in side covers on both the sides are also provided with zipping arrangements for better protection.
8. An improvement in two-wheeler to make it more comfortable .substantially as herein described with reference to the foregoing description and figures.
