The present invention relates to the innovative pack in which the oval tube is
attached by the designed oval disk top cap
According to US Plastic Corp. disk-top cap is known for easy use, even one
handed easy opening closure makes this cap perfect for shampoos, baby
products, and are made of polypropylene.
The smooth white polypropylene threaded disc top closures are a great closure
choice for dispensing product from squeezable containers. Disc top caps are
made with a slight indent in the plastic top, which is designed to have a light
amount of pressure applied to it in order to expose the orifice where the product
can be dispensed.
However the above mentioned known devices have certain inherent
disadvantages which are quite obvious.
The object of the present invention is to remove the obvious disadvantages and
provide aesthetic design of disk top cap and more particularly the present
invention relates to aesthetic design of oval disk-top cap and more particularly
pertains to any oval tube dispensing system shell to ensure better aesthetic look
of the pack to the consumer to create attraction and to have different experience
with the pack.
FIELD OF INVENTION & BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
The present invention relates to aesthetic design of oval disk-top cap and more
particularly pertains to any oval tube dispensing system shell to ensure better
aesthetic look of the pack to the consumer to create attraction and to have
different experience with the pack.
Aesthetic look of any pack depends on shape, size and printing. In Indian
market, there are several oval tubes with common Screw-on or Flip-top cap as
dispensing system for different brands available in market. Disk-top cap
available in market are used for bottle and even they are very simple in
operation and design/texture on the surface.
Hence a consumer may.not receive different feel and experience in it. The
different representation of designed oval disk top cap for oval tubes is

expected by consumer to get away from monotonous way of product
experience.
Accordingly it is an objective of the present invention to provide more aesthetic
look of the oval tube cap without compromising its basic function and product
safety. Designed oval disk top cap can meet consumer expectation of aesthetic
need and convenience of use.
According to present invention there is provided the innovative pack in which
the oval tube is attached with designed oval disk top cap, and can be any kind of
size and shape as per need comprising
a) oval tube containing the product,
b) cap body providing the cap shape & major design with requisite
functions
c) oval disk which is the platen to open the gate to dispense the
product.
Further according to present invention there is provided the innovative pack
wherein different texture effect on plastic cap is possible.
The innovative pack matt, gloss combination finish along with required profile
is possible on the same to enhance its aesthetic look
The dispensing products are squeezable in nature.
The oval disc top caps are made with a slight indent in the plastic top, which is
designed to have a light amount of pressure applied to it in order to expose the
orifice where the product can be dispensed.
The disc top closures are made of smooth white polypropylene threaded .
These are the other objects of the present invention by adopting the
teaching of the present invention

It is being focused in this invention to change the tube packaging which
enhance its cosmetic looks and increase the consumer insight.
According to present invention the innovative pack in which the oval tube
will be attached to the designed oval disk top cap can be any kind of size and
shape as per our need. The pack has following parts in it:-
1. Oval Tube: containing the product.
2. Cap Body: Providing the cap shape & major design with requisite
functions.
3. Oval Disk: The platen to open the gate to dispense the product.
Thus the unique features in the present invention can be put forwards as:
a) Different texture effect on plastic cap is possible. Matt, gloss combination
finish along with required profile is possible on the same to enhance its
aesthetic look.

1. The innovative pack in which the oval tube is attached by the designed
oval disk top cap can be any kind of size and shape as per need

2. The innovative pack as claimed in claim 1, wherein different texture
effect on plastic cap is possible.

to enhance its aesthetic look.
4. The innovative pack as claimed in any of claims 1 to 3, the dispensing
products are squeezable in nature.
