DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
Referring now to the drawings, wherein like reference numerals designate corresponding or similar elements throughout the several views, according to the present invention as depicted in figure 15 In particular can be referred.
According to the first aspect of disclosed invention the casserole is designed to retain the heat using a Polymeric or non polymeric insulation. The insulating material can have thermal conductivity in the range of 0.020-0.100 W/mK. The insulation used in disclosed product is based on Polyurethane foam, Melamine Foam, Polystyrene foam, PP Foam but not limited to that.
According to another aspect of the disclosed invention the casserole is having thermally insulated walls, which also helps to retain the heat. The material used for the same could be melamine or others but not limited to melamine. Used melamine raw material is safe for food contact.
According to another aspect of disclosed invention the inner body and inner lid of Casserole is treated for better adhesion with insulation foam material. The treatment used for inner body and inner lid could be Chemical, Mechanical, mechanochemical , photochemical but not limited to the same. The treatment provided excellent adhesion with foam especially when using liquid PU filling process for insulation. The function of treatment allows to reduce the surface tension of surface to be adhered and improve adhesion.
According to an another aspect of disclosed invention the rib and depression area which came in contact which both walls are also treated for better adhesion when adhered using Adhesives. Similarly the treatment of surface could be Chemical, mechanical, mechanochemical, photochemical but

not limited to that.
The casserole is made of Melamine Formaldehyde resin. The main parts made of Melamine Formaldehyde resin are double wall body and double wall Lid .The final product can be said as melamine insulated Melamine casserole .The Melamine Insulated Melamine Casserole is mainly consisted of Melamine material except the knob made of ABS. Melamine based inner body, outer body, inner lid , outer lid is made using compression molding process. The compression molding process could be in two or three steps. In the first step melamine powder is compressed for defined period of time for curing and defined shape is given. Further the same product is over moulded with Glazing compound for excellent shine on the surface. If needed a melamine printed paper is also molded on first molding component.
A knob is fitted using self tapping screw in outer lid.
Inner part of Body and lid is treated for surface preparation. Similarly the contact area of double walls in Body and Lid are also treated for adhesion surface preparation. Treatment used for the same could be chemical, mechanical, Mechanochemical, photochemical etc.
Further the PU liquid is filled in outer body and inner body is inserted over that and kept under pressure. Prior to insert inner body and inner lid an adhesive is applied on contact area, which further cures and retain the PUF inside and seal the double wall to make body and lid leak-proof. The surface treatment of Inner body and Inner lid allows PUF foam to better adhere with the same, which provides excellent insulation behavior.
Other than PU Insulation inner body and Inner Lid does not requires surface treatment on full area. In such case the Foam is just filled without any treatment as it is foamed material and the treatment is done only where adhesive is to be applied.
