Abstract: An integrated clamping structure (202) for clamping a hose is disclosed. The integrated clamping structure (202) comprises a protector structure (204). The protector structure (204) a first clamping structure (206) having at least first clamps (208) with a first end (208a) and a second end (208b). The protector structure (204) further comprises a second clamping structure (210) having at least two second clamps (212) with a top portion (212a) and a bottom portion (212b) permanently attached to the second end (208b) of the at least two first clamps (208) via the bottom portion (2112b. The top portion (212a) is received by the first end (208a) for clamping the hose passing through the integrated clamping structure (202). The integrated clamping structure (202) further comprises an integrated rubber (214) having a first portion (214a), a second portion (214b) and at least two legs (214c) connecting the first portion (214a) with the second portion (214b), permanently fixed to an inner surface of the integrated clamping structure (202) for holding the hose in the integrated clamping structure (202). Description:AN INTEGRATED CALMPING STRUCTURE FOR CLAMPING A HOSE

TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present disclosure, in general, relates to an integrated clamping structure, and more particularly to the integrated clamping structure for clamping a hose in a vehicle.
BACKGROUND

[0002] In current fuel hose clamping on air cleaner hose, protector may come out from air cleaner hose due to engine vibrations. Further, once the protector is out, the clamp may also come out and the fuel hose may not be held. Upon not being held, the fuel hose may be free to move.
[0003] Fig. 1 illustrates a clamping structure 100 and a protector 102 clamping a hose, in accordance with an existing art. Upon vibration, the protector may get free and move out of the clamping structure, that may trigger the hose to further get free to move within an engine of a vehicle.
[0004] Thus, there is a need for a solution to overcome above mentioned drawbacks.
OBJECTS OF THE DISCLOSURE
[0005] Some of the objects of the present disclosure, which at least one embodiment herein satisfy, are listed herein below.
[0006] It is a general or primary object of the present subject matter to provide an integrated clamping structure for clamping a hose.
[0007] It is another object of the present subject matter to prevent a moment of the hose while the hose is clamped by the integrated clamping structure.
[0008] These and other objects and advantages will become more apparent when reference is made to the following description and accompanying drawings.

SUMMARY
[0009] This summary is provided to introduce concepts related to an integrated clamping structure. The concepts are further described below in the detailed description. This summary is not intended to identify key features or essential features of the claimed subject matter, nor is it intended to be used to limit the scope of the claimed subject matter.
[0010] The present disclosure provides an integrated clamping structure for clamping a hose. The integrated clamping structure comprises a protector structure. The protector structure comprises a first clamping structure having at least two first clamps with a first end and a second end. The protector structure further comprises a second clamping structure having at least two second clamps with a top portion and a bottom portion permanently attached to the second end of the at least two first clamps via the bottom portion. The top portion is received by the first end for clamping the hose passing through the integrated clamping structure. The integrated clamping structure further comprises an integrated rubber having a first portion, a second portion and at least two legs connecting the first portion with the second portion, permanently fixed to an inner surface of the integrated clamping structure for holding the hose in the integrated clamping structure.
[0011] In an aspect of the present subject matter, first end of the at least two first clamps comprise an opening to receive the top portion of the at least two second clamps for clamping the hose passing through the integrated clamping structure.
[0012] In an aspect of the present subject matter, the integrated rubber is molded with inside the integrated clamping structure for permanently fixing the integrated rubber in the integrated clamping structure.
[0013] In an aspect of the present subject matter, the first portion of the integrated rubber is permanently fixed inside the first clamping structure and the second portion of the integrated rubber is permanently fixed inside the second clamping structure.
[0014] In an aspect of the present subject matter, the hose is an air cleaner hose inside a vehicle.
[0015] In an aspect of the present subject matter, the second end and the bottom portion of the at least two first clamps and the at least two second clamps are plane in shape and the first end and the top portion of the at least two first clamps and the at least two second clamps are curved in shape.
[0016] In an aspect of the present subject matter, the first clamping structure and the second clamping structure are semi-circular in shape.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0027] The following is a detailed description of embodiments of the disclosure depicted in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments are in such detail as to clearly communicate the disclosure. However, the amount of detail offered is not intended to limit the anticipated variations of embodiments; on the contrary, the intention is to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the scope of the present disclosure as defined by the appended claims.

[0029] Fig. 2 illustrates a diagram 200 depicting an integrated clamping structure 202, in accordance with an embodiment of the present subject matter. The integrated clamping structure 202 may be incorporated within a vehicle and may be configured to clamp a hose. The hose may be an air cleaner hose. The integrated clamping structure 202 may be configured to clamp the hose while allowing a passage to the hose for passing through the integrated clamping structure 202. The integrated clamping structure 202 may directly not be coming in contact with the hose while clamping the hose. The integrated clamping structure 202 may be configured to clamp the hose such that the hose is not free to move in a vicinity of an engine in the vehicle.
[0030] Continuing with the above embodiment, the integrated clamping structure 202 may include a protector structure 204 and an integrated rubber 214. The integrated rubber 214 may be permanently attached to an inner surface of the protector structure 204. The integrated rubber 214 may be permanently fixed by molding the integrated rubber 214 inside the protector structure 204. The integrated rubber 214 may be present inside the protector structure 204 such that when the hose is clamped by the integrated clamping structure 202, the protector structure 204 is not coming in a physical contact with the hose. The protector structure 204 may be configured to clamp the hose and the integrated rubber 214 may be configured to ensure that the hose is not moving when the hose is clamped, by providing a friction with the hose.
[0031] To that understanding, the protector structure 204 may include a first clamping structure 206, and second clamping structure 210. The first clamping structure 206 may be permanently attached to the second clamping structure 210 from one end and the first clamping structure 206 may be temporarily attached to the second clamping structure 210 from another end. The first clamping structure 206 and the second clamping structure 210 may be semi-circular in shape.
[0032] Subsequently, the first clamping structure 206 may include at least two first clamps 208 with a first end 208a and a second end 208b. The second clamping structure 210 may include at least two second clamps 212 with a top portion 212a and a bottom portion 212b. The bottom portion 212b may be permanently attached to the second end 208b of the at least two first clamps 208. Further, the top portion 212a of the least two second clamps 212 may be received by the first end 208a of the at least two first clamps 208 temporarily for clamping the hose passing through the integrated clamping structure 202.
[0033] In a preferred embodiment, the first end 208a of the at least two first clamps 208 may include an opening to receive the top portion 212a of the at least two second clamps 212 for clamping the hose passing through the integrated clamping structure 202. Further, the second end 208b and the bottom portion 212b of the at least two first clamps 208 and the at least two second clamps 212 may be plane in shape and the first end 208a and the top portion 212a of the at least two first clamps 208 and the at least two second clamps 212 may be curved in shape.
[0034] Continuing with the above embodiment, the integrated rubber 214 may include a first portion 214a, a first portion 214b, and at least two legs 214c c. The at least two legs 214c may be configured to connect the first portion 214a with the first portion 214b. In a preferred embodiment, the integrated rubber 214 may be a one-piece element. The integrated rubber 214 may be configured to hold the hose in the integrated clamping structure 202 while the hose is clamped such that the hose is unable to move. Subsequently, the first portion 214a of the integrated rubber 214 may be permanently fixed inside the first clamping structure 206 and the first portion 214b of the integrated rubber 214 may be permanently fixed inside the second clamping structure 210.
[0035] Fig. 3 illustrates a diagram 300 depicting the protector structure 204, in accordance with an embodiment of the present subject matter. The protector structure 204 may be configured to clamp a hose such that the hose is unable to move due to vibrations and stays locked at an intended location within an engine of a vehicle. The protector structure 204 may include the first clamping structure 206, and second clamping structure 210 as referred in the fig. 2. The first clamping structure 206 and the second clamping structure 210 may be semi-circular in shape.
[0036] Subsequently, the first clamping structure 206 may include the at least two first clamps 208 with a first end 208a and a second end 208b. The second clamping structure 210 may include the at least two second clamps 212 with a top portion 212a and a bottom portion 212b. The bottom portion 212b may be permanently attached to the second end 208b of the at least two first clamps 208. Further, the top portion 212a of the least two second clamps 212 may be received by the first end 208a of the at least two first clamps 208 temporarily for clamping the hose passing through the integrated clamping structure 202. In a preferred embodiment, the first end 208a of the at least two first clamps 208 may include an opening to receive the top portion 212a of the at least two second clamps 212 for clamping the hose passing through the integrated clamping structure 202. Further, the second end 208b and the bottom portion 212b of the at least two first clamps 208 and the at least two second clamps 212 may be plane in shape and the first end 208a and the top portion 212a of the at least two first clamps 208 and the at least two second clamps 212 may be curved in shape.
[0037] The hose may be clamped in a way that the protector structure 204 is providing a passage to the hose for passing through while restricting a movement of the hose. Fig. 3 illustrates the protector structure 204 in an open configuration when the hose is not clamped. The hose may be clamped when the protector structure 204 is in an open configuration.
[0038] In an embodiment, where the protector structure 204 is in the open configuration, the first end 208a and the top portion 212a of the at least two first clamps 208 and the at least two second clamps 212 may not be attached to one another and only the second end 208b and the bottom portion 212b of the at least two first clamps 208 and the at least two second clamps 212 may be attached to one another. In another embodiment, where the protector structure 204 is in the close configuration, the first end 208a and the top portion 212a of the at least two first clamps 208 and the at least two second clamps 212 may be attached to one another along with the second end 208b and the bottom portion 212b of the at least two first clamps 208 and the at least two second clamps 212 attached being attached with one another. Further, the protector structure 204 may be made up of a plastic material.
[0039] Continuing with the above embodiment, the protector structure 204 may be a number of points at which the molding is performed for permanently fixing an integrated rubber. The protector structure 204 may be receiving the integrated rubber for permanent attachment such that when the hose is clamped, the integrated rubber is in physical contact with the hose.
[0040] Fig. 4 illustrates a diagram 400 depicting the integrated rubber 214, in accordance with an embodiment of the present subject matter. The integrated rubber 214 may be permanently fixed inside a protector structure. The integrated rubber 214 may be fixed inside the protector structure via molding and may be configured to hold a hose tight being clamped by the integrated clamping structure 202 as referred in the fig. 2. The integrated rubber 214 may be fixed such that the protector structure is not in physical contact with the hose being clamped and the hose is restricted tightly within the integrated clamping structure 202 due to a friction generated between the integrated rubber 214 and the hose.
[0041] Continuing with the above embodiment, the integrated rubber 214 may include the first portion 214a, the first portion 214b, the at least two legs 214c c as referred in the fig. 2. The at least two legs 214c may be configured to connect the first portion 214a with the first portion 214b. In a preferred embodiment, the integrated rubber 214 may be a one-piece element.
[0042] Fig. 5 illustrates a diagram 500 depicting the integrated clamping structure 202 clamping a hose, in accordance with an embodiment of the present subject matter. The integrated clamping structure 202 may be incorporated within a vehicle for clamping the hose so as to ensure that the hose is in a stationary condition throughout. The hose may be clamped such that an opening within the integrated clamping structure 202 provides a passage to the hose for passing through. The hose may be an air cleaner hose. The protector structure 204 may be configured to clamp the hose and the integrated rubber 214 may be configured to create a friction so to ensure that the hose is not moving and the hose is held still within the integrated clamping structure 202.
[0043] Fig. 6a illustrates a diagram 600a depicting a side view of the integrated clamping structure 202 clamping a hose, in accordance with an embodiment of the present subject matter. The hose may be passing through a passage provided by the integrated clamping structure 202 while the hose is held in a stationary state within the integrated clamping structure 202.
[0044] Fig. 6b illustrates a diagram 600b depicting a top view of the integrated clamping structure 202 clamping the hose, in accordance with an embodiment of the present subject matter. A first side of the hose may be passing through the integrated clamping structure 202 while being clamped in the stationary state.

1. An integrated clamping structure (202) for clamping a hose, the integrated clamping structure (202) comprising:

a protector structure (204) comprising:
a first clamping structure (206) having at least two first clamps (208) with a first end (208a) and a second end (208b); and
a second clamping structure (210) having at least two second clamps (212) with a top portion (212a), and a bottom portion (212b) permanently attached to the second end (208b) of the at least two first clamps (208) via the bottom portion (212b), wherein the top portion (212a) is received by the first end (208a) for clamping the hose passing through the integrated clamping structure (202); and
an integrated rubber (214) having a first portion (214a), a second portion (214b) and at least two legs (214c) connecting the first portion (214a) with the second portion (214b), permanently fixed to an inner surface of the integrated clamping structure (202) for holding the hose in the integrated clamping structure (202).

2. The integrated clamping structure (202) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first end (208a) of the at least two first clamps (208) comprises an opening to receive the top portion (212a) of the at least two second clamps (212) for clamping the hose passing through the integrated clamping structure (202).

3. The integrated clamping structure (202) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the integrated rubber (214) is molded inside the integrated clamping structure (202) for permanently fixing the integrated rubber (214) in the integrated clamping structure (202).

The integrated clamping structure (202) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first portion (214a) of the integrated rubber (214) is permanently fixed inside the first clamping structure (206) and the second portion (214b) of the integrated rubber (214) is permanently fixed inside the second clamping structure (210).

5. The integrated clamping structure (202) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hose is an air cleaner hose inside a vehicle.

The integrated clamping structure (202) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second end (208b) and the bottom portion (212b) of the at least two first clamps (208) and the at least two second clamps (212) are plane in shape and the first end (208a) and the top portion (212a) of the at least two first clamps (208) and the at least two second clamps (212) are curved in shape.

7. The integrated clamping structure (202) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first clamping structure (206) and the second clamping structure (210) are semi-circular in shape.
