An integrated system for single step moulding and trimming of articles of natural material such as sal plates and the like comprising a base support structure (O) a bottom die plate (J) secured with respect to said base support structure and adapted to hold a selective lower die (I-t) depending on shape and size of the product; a top die plate (H) adapted for up and down reciprocating motion and holding a matching upper die (I-b) guide means (C&G) adapted to maintain proper alignment of said reciprocating top die plate with respect to said bottom die plate; said top die plate also provided with means to hold a cutter blade(CB) such that during downward motion of said top die plate, trimming of the article is effected by the cutter blade besides moulding of the article by said top and bottom die set ; means for uniform heating (N) of said bottom die plate for said moulding by providing heat exchanger (K).
