Abstract: Accordingly, a system for an intelligent library system based on Internet of things (IOT) is disclosed. An intelligent library system based on Internet of things (IOT) comprising of; Embedding RFID tags on every book of library and information related to that particular tag is preloaded in database such as book title, book Id ;scanning book ID and information about the book that is book index, book abstract or book PDF copy will appear on computer screen; Creating the webpage for library information in which user is able to check the availability of book; Controlling all the activities with the help of microcontroller followed by alerting the librarian about theft of book if not entered; and Displaying the status of books and user followed by Sending the messages to user through GSM.

Claims:WE CLAIM:
1) An intelligent library system based on Internet of things (IOT) comprising of;
a. Embedding RFID tags on every book of library and information related to that particular tag is preloaded in database such as book title, book Id ;
b. scanning book ID and information about the book that is book index, book abstract or book PDF copy will appear on computer screen;
c. Creating the webpage for library information in which user is able to check the availability of book and in which shelf that particular book is placed;
d. Controlling all the activities with the help of microcontroller followed by alerting the librarian about theft of book if not entered;
e. Displaying the status of books and user followed by Sending the messages to user through GSM.
2)The intelligent library system based on Internet of things (IOT) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said system can scan so many books and compare which book is more preferable.
3) The intelligent library system based on Internet of things (IOT) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said User can access his/her account using any internet enable device and able to search for the book using book’s unique Id, its author.
4) The intelligent library system based on Internet of things (IOT) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said Librarian return the book using handheld reader and keep eye on calculating fines and update book information and its location also.
, Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention relates to a library system. The present invention more particularly relates to an intelligent library system based on Internet of things (IOT).
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:
Internet of Things is by information sensing equipment, any article and the Internet is coupled together, carries out information exchange and communicate, to realize weigh sensor. Intelligent library utilizes technology of Internet of things, comprise the multiple technologies such as RFID technique, sensor technology, WiFi wireless communication technology, computer networking technology, realize the books perception in library, environment sensing, person sensitive, form comprehensive, the intelligentized experience environment that integrates service and management.
Internet of Things is the key technology that intelligent library realizes, based on the intelligent library of Internet of Things, from the angle of service, can be comprehensive by technology of Internet of things, obtain books in real time, personnel, the information such as equipment, Library services place is no longer confined within library building, method of service is also undertaken from becoming face-to-face by network or other communication tools, the equipment that user accepts Library services then can be extended to all kinds of Intelligent mobile equipment, other smart machines such as Digital Television, service process is by reader, books. from the angle of environment, the house in library, by means of technology of Internet of things, can reach the level of intelligent building, realizes water control, light-operated, the function such as temperature and humidity regulation, safety and protection monitoring, electronic meeting system.
Existing Intelligent Library system and reader's interactive mode is single, function is simple. The major drawback of this system is that it is image dependent and without proper lighting and other such factors, it would put a load on the users. Further, the code markers can be set on the spines of the books only if the spines are broad enough. The readability of the barcode can be impaired by dirt, moisture, abrasion, packaging etc. A major difficulty in the present RFID based library system is that RFID technology finds its application only in the issuing and returning part of the library system. In exiting library system, when user try to find the book, which is useful for him/her, so he need to open each and every book to see its book content. Therefore, this will be time - consuming process sometime.
So there is a need for an intelligent library system based on Internet of things (IOT). The present system does not provide any assistance to the user to track the book right to its rack. The present barcode dependent Library management system uses various options like which captures the code markers set on the spine of the books arranged in the library.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION:
The main object of the present invention is to an intelligent library system based on Internet of things (IOT).
Another object of the present invention is to present barcode dependent Library management system uses various options like which captures the code markers set on the spine of the books arranged in the library.
Yet another object of the present invention is to save the time of the user to stand in long queue for issuing book and librarian’s work gets saved

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION WITH RESPECT TO DRAWINGS:
The present invention is an intelligent library system based on Internet of things (IOT). The present invention present barcode dependent Library management system uses various options like which captures the code markers set on the spine of the books arranged in the library.
The tags attached to each book so it would uniquely identify and Students ID cards are card so communication is done wirelessly. There are some computers allocate to user for use. In present system, user need to scan book ID and information about the book that is book index, book abstract or book PDF copy will appear on computer screen. Therefore, at a time they can scan so many books and compare which book is more preferable. After finding which book is best, user need to scan his/her ID and there is an option available for issue the book and on clicking that button, book is issued by user. Therefore, there is no need to stand in long queue for issuing book and librarian’s work gets saved. User can access his/her account using any internet enable device and able to search for the book using book’s unique Id, its author. The library data can be used while sitting from home via IOT. All e-books stored on the system are available for the study even when sitting at home. Librarian will return the book using handheld reader and keep eye on calculating fines. Librarian will update book information and its location also.
In one embodiment, RFID tags are embedded on every book of library and information related to that particular tag is preloaded in database such as book title, book Id and so forth. Webpage is created for library information in which user is able to check the availability of book and in which shelf that particular book is place. Database of the website also consist of student login and administration login page .This system also provide issuing ,returning of books by using RFID technology and update status is send to students by using SMS and if any student forget to entry the issued then it alert by buzzer this provide from antitheft of books. Microcontroller is used for controlling all activities which has operating voltage of 5V. Power supply circuit is used to convert AC voltage to constant DC voltage. RFID tags are placed on books and RFID reader is used to read the tags. Buzzer is used to alert the librarian about theft of book if not entered. LCD is used to display the status of books and user. GSM is used to send messages to user. Push button is used to give input to Arduino as issue, renewal and return.
In another embodiment, the system of the present invention is very efficient in terms of technology and easy to use, consumes less time and automate the library and reduce the workload of the librarian. The availability of the books is checked on the web server hence the users need not to go to library to check the availability of the book. The main advantage of this invention is that all the activities such as issue, renewal and return of the books are digitalized and all these actions are automatically updated in the database.
