Abstract: Discloses herein an IOT Enabled Dryer system for Minor Forest comprises dryer chamber (100) having a tray (400) attached with heater (30); and the drying chamber is supported with drying stand (120); wherein the chamber has an inlet fan (300), air filter (501), hot air collecting duct (500) and exhaust fan (302) in it; Wherein the drying chamber is attached with Small computing Unit (200); and a solar panel (700) are attached with battery (60) in heat exchanger (70) which is connected with AC input (50). This invention will help to dry the crude drug with the help of IOT enabled smart dryer to convert the course form into fine powdered form. It can be further used by community to assist their financial load or can be used by the researcher for extraction process.
Field of the Invention
This invention relates to IoT enabled smart dryer for minor forest produce (zanthoxylum armatum) to strengthen the tribal community.
Background of the Invention
US7748137B2 A method of drying comprises placing a moist material inside a substantially enclosed solar greenhouse. The greenhouse comprises at least one light transmission roof and/or wall panel that is substantially transparent to solar radiation, but resistant to convective and conductive heat transfer. The interior temperature and humidity of the greenhouse are maintained within their pre-determined ranges while the interior moisture of the greenhouse is effectively reduced to allow a controlled drying of the material. A solar greenhouse for the drying process is also disclosed.
Research Gap: 1. This invention the heater is assisted with solar panel used to raise the temperature of platform.
2. It will help to reduce the natural drying time of drug.
3. Will be ease for extraction method.
CN103673520A The invention discloses solar timber drying equipment, and relates to the technical field of mechanical equipment. An electrical box is arranged on the upper side of a drying oven of the solar timber drying equipment. The electrical box is connected with a solar panel assembly. A fan is arranged in the middle of the drying oven, a detecting device is arranged on one side of the fan, and an ultraviolet lamp is arranged on the other side of the fan. Spraying devices are both arranged on the two sides of the upper portion of the drying oven, the two side edges of the drying oven are respectively provided with a heating device, and a heat exchange device is arranged on the upper side of each heating device. A dust removal device is arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the drying oven, and a reinforcing plate is arranged on the upper side of the dust removal device.
Research Gap: 1. Solar panels are used along ith heater to dry the crude drug without effecting the chemical compounds present in it.
2. Digital display, along with sensor will helps us to know about elevated temparature with respect to time.
3.All the date will be managed throught app parallelly.
None of the prior art indicate above either alone or in combination with one another disclose what the present invention has disclosed.

Zanthozylum armatum plant is categorized under the category of Minor Forest Produce (MFP’s). It is also known as winged prickly ash or Timur. The various parts of plants: stem, bark, seeds, leaves, fruits are used for several medicinal purposes like as carminative, antipyretic, antiviral, antimicrobial, hepato-protective, anti-oxidants, protective in toothache, acts as an appetizer.
It contains wide array of chemical compounds including terpenoids, alkaloids, flavonoids, coumarins, lignins, phenols, which can be used for exploration of other medicinal properties. This invention will help to dry the crude drug with the help of IOT enabled smart dryer to convert the course form into fine powdered form. It can be further used by community to assist their financial load or can be used by the researcher for extraction process.

Minor Forest Produce (MFP’s) are the good source of income for tribal communities for their livelihood. The MFP’s are categorized in three parts i.e Forest (F), Agriculture (A) and Processed (P). The list of MFP’s include number of items which are centrally assisted by Government. In this invention, IoT and solar assisted Dryer for MFP’s is suggeted to reduce the workload for tribals and will strengthen their financial condition.
Best Method of working:
The smart IOT enabled solar assisted dryer is designed for Minor Forest Produce (MFP) to provide the assistance to the tribal community. The Fig. 1 reflects that the dryer chamber (100) having a tray (400) attached with heater (30). The drying chamber is supported with drying stand (120). The chamber have a inlet fan (300), air filter (501), hot air collecting duct (500) and exhaust fan (302) in it. The drying chamber is attached with Small computing Unit (200). The solar panel (700) are attached with battery (60) in heat exchanger(70) which is connected with AC input (50).
In Fig. 2, the smart computing unit (200), consist of heater (30) attached with heater controller (31) in it. The fan driver (300) is attached with Inlet-Fan (301) and Exhaust Fan (302). The solar panel (700) is attached with battery (60) in heat exchanger(70) which is connected with AC input (50). The sensor is attached inside in it to detect the temperature (600). The display (10) is attached to reflect the temperature. The smart computing unit (200) can be connected with Wi-fi and assisted with the help of App (650).
ADVANTAGES OF THE INVENTION
1. It will help to tribal community to reduce there natural drying time of drug for commercialization.
2. It will helps them to empower their economical status.
3. It can be used for research purpose to minimize the extraction time.
4. The Minor forest Produce can be easily dried without consuming to much time..
5. The temperature with respect to time can be monitored.
6. It can be applicable for all types of Minor Forest produce.
7. The chemical compounds remains as it and can be used for further investigation.
8. The exploration of other medicinal properties of MFP can be done.
9. Complete drying will increase the life of Minor Forest Produce and can be used for commercialization purpose for longer duration of time.
Claims:
1. An IOT Enabled Dryer system for Minor Forest comprises dryer chamber (100) having a tray (400) attached with heater (30); and the drying chamber is supported with drying stand (120); wherein the chamber has an inlet fan (300), air filter (501), hot air collecting duct (500) and exhaust fan (302) in it;
Wherein the drying chamber is attached with Small computing Unit (200); and a solar panel (700) are attached with battery (60) in heat exchanger (70) which is connected with AC input (50).

5. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the display (10) is attached to reflect the temperature.
6. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the smart computing unit (200) is connected with Wi-fi and assisted with the help of App (650).
