Abstract: An IOT fan along with speed control mechanism aims at designing and implementing a fan which can be either a ceiling fan or table fan for that matter, whose speed can be controlled using the mobile phone of the user. The invention focuses on developing a fan whose operations can be controlled using mobile phone or any electronic gadget of the user and thus justifies the concept of IOT. The fan also aims to address the drawbacks that are associated with existing fans such has no timing can be set for switching it off adjusting the speed according to the room temperature etc. These can be achieved with the help of temperature sensor etc.
Claims:1. An IOT fan along with speed control mechanism comprises of
a timer;
a temperature sensor;
a light;
a speed control unit;
and an IOT unit.
2. An IOT fan along with speed control mechanism, according to claim 1, includes an IOT unit, wherein the IOT unit is used for establishing communication between smart fan 100 and mobile phone or any electronic gadget of the user.
3. An IOT fan along with speed control mechanism, according to claim 1, includes a timer, wherein the timer is used to set the time unit which fan should run and will automatically switched off after the timer reaches the set time.
4. An IOT fan along with speed control mechanism, according to claim 1, includes the speed control unit, wherein the speed control unit works by coordinating with the temperature sensor. The temperature sensor will send the read temperature to the speed control unit. The speed control unit will set the speed of the fan according to the room temperature.
5. An IOT fan along with speed control mechanism, according to claim 1, includes a light, wherein the light can be fixed with zero candle r high intensity bulb. The holder is a self-adjustable holder to hold bulb of any kind.
