An Oil Separator For Blowby Gas Of An Internal Combustion Engine

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an oil separator (100) for blowby gas of an 5 internal combustion engine. The oil separator (100) includes a housing (1) disposed in an air cleaner (2) of the internal combustion engine. The housing (1) includes a first chamber (3) fluidly connected to the engine and is configured to receive blowby gases. The housing (1) further includes an intermediate chamber (4) fluidly connected to the first chamber (3). The housing (1) further includes a 10 second chamber (5) fluidly connected to the intermediate chamber (4). The second chamber (5) is configured to define a predetermined flow path configured to regulate flow of blowby gases and to separate oil from blowby gases and incoming from the intermediate chamber (4). The second chamber (5) is fluidly connected to a clean side of the air cleaner (2) configured to receive blowby 15 gases exiting the second chamber (5).
