An Optimized Ventilation Circuit With Arrangement Of Ventilation Fan
Abstract: The present invention relates to an optimized ventilation circuit (100) for fixed speed motor alternator set comprises an alternator rotor (002) and a motor rotor (003) assembled on a common shaft (001). Two identical backward curved profile fans (006,007) are placed between the alternator rotor (002) and the motor rotor (003). A plurality of louvers is configured at air inlet (016) and air outlet (018) to fulfill the requirement of ingress protection and allow for maximum airflow and an outlet cover (011) is assembled with unequal opening through an outlet splitter (012) to avoid mixing of air within outlet cover (011) and to allow less pressure drop to achieve optimization in the alternator rotor (002) and the motor rotor (003) section.
