FIELD OF INVENTION-
The present invention relates to a QR code device enabled method to find out the missing person, wanted person, person with criminal records as well as unknown persons. Further the system provides a module adapted to access data regarding details of the missing person, wanted person, person with criminal records as well as unknown persons.

BACK GROUND OF INVENTION-

US 2004/0225681 A1 discloses an information system is pro Vided that is configured to permit a plurality of entities, Such as law enforcement agencies, to share information. In another embodiment, an information System is provided that is configured to alert a group of Subscribers of an alert issued by at least one entity, Such as a law enforcement agency.
US10796132B2 discloses a system and method for providing a public service using an autonomous smart car, wherein the apparatus and method are able to perform a public service using an autonomous smart car, and the system includes autonomous smart cars and an autonomous smart car managing server managing the autonomous smart cars.
US9721148B2 provides, in at least one aspect, methods and systems that detect at least one face in at least one digital image, determine and store area co-ordinates of a location of the at least one detected face in the at least one digital image, apply at least one transformation to the at least one detected face to create at least one portrait of the at least one detected face, rotate the at least one portrait at least until the at least one portrait is shown in a vertical orientation and a pair of eyes of the at least one face shown in the at least one portrait are positioned on a horizontal plane; and store the rotated at least one portrait.

CN110675301B discloses a missing population searching method and a missing population searching system based on a block chain, wherein the alliance chain comprises M non-profit organization nodes and N profit organization nodes, the N profit organization nodes are added into a first intelligent contract in advance, a missing population photo is received, after authentication is completed, the missing task information is broadcasted in the alliance chain, and a stored video after the missing time is compared with the missing population photo for identification. The missing population searching method based on the block chain establishes the missing population searching alliance chain which takes the non-profit organization node as the main part and takes the profit organization node as the auxiliary part, plays the public service function of the non-profit organization node, utilizes the profit organization node to adjust the social strength to search the missing population, distinguishes the authority of the non-profit organization node and the profit organization node, reduces the release of the incredible task and adjusts the enthusiasm of the profit organization node for task completion.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly the present invention depicts an efficient system to provide a QR code device enabled method to find out the missing person, wanted person, person with criminal records as well as unknown persons with the help of public and the law and enforcement agency. Further the system comprises a module adapted to access data regarding details of the missing persons as well as the wanted person with the help of application programming interface (APIS) of UIDAI and others governmental agencies. The instant invention also provides a system to check the details of the crime as well as the court case details of the missing person, wanted person, person with criminal records as well as unknown persons by any registered user with the required inputs. Further the instant invention provides a system to access data regarding details of wanted person and missing person as well as their present status regarding any crime and fraud. In addition to that the instant invention also provides a system to search the details of any unknown persons by using the system module with the help of different filters.
In addition to that the present invention further provides a system to search/check the details the missing person, wanted person, person with criminal records as well as unknown persons by using QR code scan in addition to its manual search.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION

The present invention has been developed in response to the present state of the art, and in particular, in response to the problems and needs in the art that have not yet been fully solved by currently available techniques and processes.
Accordingly, the present invention has an objective to provide a QR code device enabled method to find out the missing person, wanted person, person with criminal records as well as unknown persons with the help of public and the law and enforcement agency comprises the steps of registration and creation of ID by any persons or a social worker or by police station.
In addition to above, the invention has an objective to provide an user friendly module to search and get information about the general, missing, wanted, unknown and criminal persons.
It is yet another object of the present invention to provide a method to find out the general, missing, wanted ,unknown and criminal persons, wherein the updating the missing persons details through the module is done by any authorized nominee and any complainant.
In addition to that the instant invention also having an objective to provides a system to search the details of any unknown persons by using the system module with the help of different filters.
In addition to that the present invention further having an objective to provides a system to search/check the details the missing person, wanted person, person with criminal records as well as unknown persons by any user by using QR code scan in addition to its manual search.

The term “web-based system” is an application that is accessed via HTTP. The term web-based is usually used to describe applications that run in a web browser. It can, though, also be used to describe applications that have a very small component of the solution loaded on the client PC.

The given invention developed an QR code device enabled system to provide a method to find out the general, missing, wanted ,unknown and criminal persons with the help of public and the law and enforcement agency as well as the APIs of different government agencies. Further the system comprises a module adapted to access data regarding details of the general, missing, wanted, unknown and criminal persons. The instant invention also provides a system to check the crime as well as the court case details of the missing person or the wanted person by any registered user with the required inputs. Further the instant invention provides a system to access data regarding details of the general, missing, wanted, unknown and criminal persons their present status regarding any crime and fraud.
Further given invention developed QR code device enabled system to provide a method to find out the general, missing, wanted ,unknown and criminal persons comprising: a web site for making the user profiles of the interested persons, who are seeking to find the general, missing, wanted ,unknown and criminal persons details; a user interface which consist of enrolling means, account creation means, otp generation means, recording means; an uploading means adapted to receive the details from said user interface and further adapted to upload the details to the database; a data storing means which includes the profile data into different verticals like gender, location, profession, status ; a communication means adapted to receive the 'communication of interest' from the viewers in relation to said enquiry; a transferring means adapted to send the sorted 'communication of interest' to the interested user.
The embodiment of the present invention, Figure 1(a) discloses a QR code device enabled system to find out the general, missing, wanted, unknown and criminal persons. Further, the system characterized in that, includes i. Registration Module: wherein the registration and creation of ID by the concern persons or by police station or by commercial firm or by Social entity (NGO) is done by providing theirs details ii.Log-in module: wherein the entry of the login details of a registered user is initiated, iii. uploading Module: wherein the uploading of the general, missing, wanted ,unknown and criminal persons details is done by the registered user, IV. Data storage Module: wherein the details of the general, missing, wanted , unknown and criminal persons is stored in the system database. V. Verification and communication Module: wherein the checking, cross checking and updating of the general, missing, wanted ,unknown and criminal persons details are initiated
Further in this system the registration is completed after the submission of the otp received on the registered mobile number, wherein its own aadhar number becomes the user id.

In another embodiment of the present invention, Figure 1(b) discloses the user friendly interface to search and get information about the general, missing, wanted, unknown and criminal persons details by choosing appropriate options.
In addition to above embodiment, in the present invention, Figure 2(a) discloses the creation of account as well as log in id by any intrested person by providing the details like adhaar number and its registered mobile number which is verified through its UIDAI API after providing the otp. Thereafter the sytem will generate the user id of that person along with its adhar details; the login id is successfully created once the user submitting its email id with the received otp. Further the user having an option to provides others ids details(pan card, voter id and driving licenses) which will automatically verified through their respective APIs. In addition to that the user can have save his face match and finger prints for the future use by uploading his photo and finger prints and also have choice to upload his/her well wishers details by providing their names, aadhar numbers and mobile numbers with otp verification. Here the registered user is having option to make his entire details gets publically available either by choosing active mode or inactive mode.
Similar process is followed by the commercial firm as described in fig 2(b) in order to creation of its account & generate its login id, here the commercial firm has to provide the GSTIN details of his firm along with the registered mobile no, which will automatically verified through the GSTN APIs with otp verification in order to successful creation of its account by providing the email id and alternative mobile number with others documents.
In another embodiment of the present invention, Figure 3(a) describes the generation of log in Id by Social entity by providing the details like name of the Social entity , registration no, email id, adhar no of the founder with registered mobile no along with their address details like district, state, country, pin code. Further in this system the registration is completed after the submission of the otp received on the registered mobile number, wherein its registration number becomes the user id. Further the social entity has the option to provide the alternative mobile number with social entity documents which gets uploaded through otp verification.

In another embodiment the present invention, Figure 3(b) discloses the schematic diagram of making the user id by the police station (thana) by providing details like police station pincode, police station name, registered mobile number of the S.O(CUG no), police station email id along with the address details like country, state, district and the city,. Further in this process the registration is completed only after the submission of the otp received on the registered mobile number of the S.O, wherein the police station S.O mobile number (CUG No/User Name) becomes the user id. Further the police station has the option to provide the alternative mobile number and email id which gets uploaded through otp verification.
In another embodiment the present invention, Figure 4 discloses the schematic diagram of making the login by the registered user (any person, police station (thana) & commercial firms and social entity) by providing user id and registered mobile number which is verified through opt, here the registered user have the options of providing an alternative mobile number for its in order to make successfully login.

In another embodiment the present invention, Figure 5 discloses the process of uploading the personal details by the registered user by uploading the latest photos with current address and providing personal extra details for filter like name, height, colour, religion, father name, mother name, birth mark , nick name, language, blood group, mental status. Further the registered user having the option of entering the personal marital status along with his registered spouse details like spouse name, spouse adhar number with otp verification. In addition to that the registered user can add his/her nominee details like nominee adhar no, nominee name, relationship and nominee mobile number with otp verification (the nominee must be registered and having the power of using the log in id of the registered user, further while addition/deletion of nominee as well as spouse details is done through the otp verification)
In another embodiment Figure 6, describes about the flow diagram of uploading the registered missing person details by providing the missing person details ,wherein the registered user will provides the id cards details of the missing person then the details of the missing person will be fetch automatically from the system database, If the missing person has chosen the registered user as a nominee/well-wisher then uploading/filing of missing complaints/FIR details like FIR state, district, police station, FIR number and date with FIR copy is optional else it is mandatory. Further the registered user having an option to provide others missing persons ids details (pan card, voter id and driving licenses) which will automatically verified through their respective APIs. In addition to that the user may upload the missing persons others details like face match photo, name, height, colour, religion, father name, mother name, spouse name, birth mark , nick name, language, blood group, mental status, state, district, city along with other photos with contact mobile no(max 3) ,others details and document with any message. At the end the user may have provide any reward amount with declaration thereafter he/she has to make payment either through online mode or QR code mode in order get an provisional application number& link(generate only after the verification of FIR) which can be share through the social media and status shows online .
In addition to the above embodiment Figure 7, describes about the flow diagram of uploading the unregistered missing person details by providing the missing person details ,wherein the registered user will provides the id cards details of the missing person then the details of the missing person will be fetch automatically from the government APIs, then the registered user has to upload/file the missing complaints/FIR details like FIR state, district, police station, FIR number and date with FIR copy . Further the registered user having an option to provide others missing persons ids details (pan card, voter id and driving licenses) which will automatically verified through their respective APIs. In addition to that the user may upload the missing persons others details like face match photo, name, height, colour, religion, father name, mother name, spouse name, birth mark , nick name, language, blood group, mental status, state, district, city along with other photo with contact mobile no(max 3) and document with any message. In another embodiment Figure 8(a), describes about the flow diagram of uploading the wanted person details by the registered police station by providing the wanted person details ,wherein the registered police station will provides the id cards details of the wanted person then the details of the wanted person will be fetch automatically from the government APIs, then the registered police station user has an option to provide others wanted persons ids details (pan card, voter id and driving licenses) which will automatically verified through their respective APIs. In addition to that the user may upload the wanted persons others details like face match photo, name, height, colour, religion, father name, mother name, spouse name, birth mark , nick name, language, blood group, mental status, state, district, city along with other photos with contact mobile no(max 3) , others details and document with any message. At the end the user may have provide any reward amount , thereafter the generation of provisional application number & link having wanted person details, which can be share through the social media.
In another embodiment Figure 8(b), describes about the flow diagram of uploading the criminal person details by the registered police station by providing the criminal person details ,wherein the registered police station will provides the id cards details of the criminal person then the details of the criminal person will be fetch automatically from the government APIs, then the registered police station user has an option to check criminal details like person name, gender, age and address before verifying him as a criminal and further the police station has option to provide others criminal persons ids details (pan card, voter id and driving licenses) which will automatically verified through their respective APIs. In addition to that the user may upload the criminal persons others details like photo and document with any message. At the end the user submit details of the criminal person by clicking save button.

Further In another embodiment Figure 9, describes about the flow diagram of uploading the unknown person details by the registered police station/social entity by providing face match photo of unknown person, age and gender along with others details like state, district, city height, religion, language, blood group, birth mark, mental status, person name, nick name, father name, mother name, spouse name, along with other photo with contact mobile no(max 3) of the registered police station/social entity and others document with any message , At the end the user submit details of the unknown person by clicking save button in order to generate an application no with link which can be share through social media.

In this embodiment, Figure 10, describes about the flow diagram of uploading the persons entry details in hotel and other places with registered id or without registered id, if the persons whom entry is being made is having a registered id/ID holder then the hotel personal will select the type of ID card with ID number, which will get verified through the system database, once verification is done the hotel person has to choose the save button in order to done the persons successful entry.
In the case where the persons whom entry is being made is not having a registered id/ID holder then the hotel personal will click the photo of the person there by select the type of ID card with ID number and registered mobile number with otp verification ,which will get verified through the government APIs, once verification is done the hotel person has to choose the save button in order to done the persons successful entry after checking the person name, ID, gender, date of birth and address details. In addition to that if the person entry is matched with any wanted/missing persons details of the system database then a sms as well as a link of the present details of the entry persons will automatically send to the nearest police station and fir registered police station and his relatives.

In addition to the above embodiment of the present invention, Figure 11(a) discloses the process of checking/searching the criminal/missing/wanted/general persons record details by any person with login id or without login, when a person without having any log in id is want to search then he/she has to provide his mobile no, which is verified through otp, thereafter the person has to select ID type & ID card no and once submitted it will shows the criminal/missing/wanted/general persons record details from the system database ,for further to know more about the details and its family contact number the user has to click the link provided in the given system. If the system is in Inactive mode than the user has to provide the face match as well as finger prints details of the search person for further communication the relatives. Similarly when a person is having log in id and wants to search then he/she has to follow the same process except the mobile verification step.
In another embodiment of the present invention, Figure 11(b), discloses the process of checking/searching the criminal/missing/wanted/general persons record details by using filters(using face match or using finger prints) by any person with login id or without login, when a person using face match as a filter without having any log in id is want to search then he/she has to provide his mobile no, which is verified through otp, thereafter the person has to take the photo of the search person for face match and providing the others details like filter date, state, district, city height, religion, language, blood group, birth mark, mental status, person name, nick name, father name, mother name, spouse name in order to filter out from the system data base, once the details match with the database its will shows some results thereafter the user has to pick the exact face-match result in order to see the family contact details for the communication.
Similarly when a person using finger prints as a filter without having any log in id, is want to search then he/she has to provide his mobile no, which is verified through otp, thereafter the person has to capture the finger prints of the search person for finger print match and providing the others details like filter date, state, district, city height, religion, language, blood group, birth mark, mental status, person name, nick name, father name, mother name, spouse name in order to filter out from the system data base, once the details match with the database its will exact results thereafter the user has to pick the exact finger-match result in order to see the family contact details for the communication. Similarly when a person is having log in id and wants to search either through face-match filter or finger print filter then he/she has to follow the same process except the mobile verification step.
In another embodiment of the present invention, Figure 12, illustrate about the process of checking/searching the criminal/missing/wanted/general persons record details through QR Code by any person with login id or without login. when a person using QR code without having any log in id is want to search then he/she has to provide his mobile no, which is verified through otp, thereafter the person has to scan QR code of the search person or by manually entering the QR code number, once the details match with the database its will shows the criminal/missing/wanted/general persons record details from the system database ,for further to know more about the details and its family contact number the user has to click the link provided in the given system. If the system is in Inactive mode than the user has to provide the face match as well as finger prints details of the search person for further communication the relatives. Similarly when a person is having log in id and wants to search through the QR code mode then he/she has to follow the same process except the mobile verification step.

In another embodiment the instant invention also discloses the QR code device enabled method, where in the registered user the user can have save his face match and finger prints for the future use by uploading his photo and finger prints and also have choice to upload his/her nominee/well wishers details by providing their names, aadhar numbers and mobile numbers with otp verification .
In another embodiment the instant invention also discloses the QR code device enabled method, where in the registered user have options to upload the spouse details as his/her nominee and personal extra details like name, height, colour, religion, father name, mother name, birth mark , nick name, language, blood group, mental status for its use in filter search and have option the uploading/filing of missing complaints/FIR details like FIR state, district, police station, FIR number and date with FIR copy is optional for nominee/well wishers else it is mandatory.
In another embodiment the instant invention also discloses the QR code device enabled method, wherein the registered police station have options to upload details of wanted ,unknown and criminal persons and verification of criminal/missing/wanted/general persons details is done either by using filters(using face match or using finger prints) or by using QR code scanner which can be share in social media.

1. A QR code device enabled method to find out the missing person, wanted person, person with criminal records as well as unknown persons and general person with the help of public and the law and enforcement agency characterized in that;
i. Registration Module: wherein the registration and creation of ID by the concern persons or by police station or by commercial firm or by Social entity (NGO) is done by providing theirs details,
ii. Log-in module: wherein the entry of the login details of a registered user is initiated ,
iii. uploading Module: wherein the uploading of the general, missing, wanted ,unknown and criminal persons details is done by the registered user either through QR code scanner or manually,
iv. Data storage Module: wherein the details of the general, missing, wanted , unknown and criminal persons is stored in the system database,
v. Verification and communication Module: wherein the checking, cross checking and searching by using filters of the general, missing, wanted ,unknown and criminal persons details are initiated with the help of APIs .

The QR code device enabled method as claimed in claim1,where in the registered user the user can have save his face match and finger prints for the future use by uploading his photo and finger prints and also have choice to upload his/her nominee/well wishers details by providing their names, aadhar numbers and mobile numbers with otp verification .

The QR code device enabled method as claimed in claim1,where in the registered user have options to upload the spouse details as his/her nominee and personal extra details like name, height, colour, religion, father name, mother name, birth mark , nick name, language, blood group, mental status for its use in filter search.
4. The QR code device enabled method as claimed in claim1, wherein the uploading/filing of missing complaints/FIR details like FIR state, district, police station, FIR number and date with FIR copy is optional for nominee/well wishers else it is mandatory.
5. The QR code device enabled method as claimed in claim1, wherein the registered police station have options to upload details of wanted ,unknown and criminal persons .
6. The QR code device enabled method as claimed in claim1, wherein verification of criminal/missing/wanted/general persons details is done either by using filters (using face match or using finger prints) or by using QR code scanner or through the id.
7. The QR code device enabled method as claimed in claim1, wherein the registered users have option to share the link of missing/wanted details in the social media.
