A method for analysing the impact of social influencers on market competition using game theory, comprising: identifying a set of social influencers in a particular market; generating a game theory model based on said set of social influencers, said game theory model comprising a plurality of seller strategies and a set of outcomes associated with each combination of seller strategies and consumer behaviour influenced by said social influencers; solving said game theory model to determine a set of equilibrium seller strategies; analysing said set of equilibrium seller strategies to identify the impact of said social influencers on market competition; and outputting said impact analysis to a user.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein said set of social influencers are identified based on their level of influence in said particular market.
