Abstract: The present invention relates to an anode active material, an anode slurry and an anode each comprising same, and a secondary battery comprising the anode, wherein the anode active material contains silicon-based oxide particles, of which at least some contain Mg and Li, and when the contents of Mg and Li within 50% of the radius in a direction from the center to the surface of the particle are C(Mg) and C(Li), respectively, and the contents of Mg and Li within 50% of the radius in a direction from the surface to the center of the particle are S(Mg) and S(Li), respectively, the anode active material satisfies formulas (1) and (2).
