DETAILED DESCRIPTION
Referring to fig 1& 2 present invention is an anodizing fixture 6 used to
hold and position the work piece and adapted for use of anodizing process for
the work piece.
Fixture 6 for holding the work piece comprises a Base plate 1 having a
substantially flat Top plate. Base plate is made of titanium and this plate rest on
desired place.
Top plate 2 is rest on Base plate 1 with the help of four no of Spacer 4
through Thread holes. Spacer 4 made of Titanium with the four no of Screw 5
and eight no of Nut 6.
Work piece is on surface of Top plate 2 and Base plate 1 located in middle
place, by a Special screw 3, Spacer 4, Screw 5 and Nut 6 are fixed on surface of
Top plate 2 to position the work piece with reference to Base plate.
Surface of Base plate 1 and surface of Top plate 2 are made parallel
within 0.020 mm by grinding the both surface.
Screw 5 is used tied for the Base plate 1 and Top plate 2 with the eight
no. of Nut 6.
Special screw 3 is used as clamping screw to provide clamping force to
the Top plate 2.
Work piece is supported at Top plate in between Base plate 1 and Top
plate 2.
In this fixture fig.1 Spacer 4 is provide to distinguish two plate of Base
plate 1 and Top plate 2 with the same size of work piece because component is
held in between two plate of Base plate 1 and Top plate 2. On the Top plate 2,
forty Special screws 3 used to give the clamping force with the four no of spacer
4.
Spacer 4 is providing with Screw 5 to eliminate the possibility loosing the
Top plate 2 with Base plate 1.
