Abstract: The present invention relates to novel azabicyclo derivatives as anti-inflammatory agents which are useful for inhibition and prevention of inflammation and associated pathologies including inflammatory and autoimmune diseases such as sepsis, rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, type-1 diabetes, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder, organ transplant rejection and psoriasis.
