A first embodiment of an anti-rumbling assembly according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to FIGS. 1-6. This embodiment is mainly applied to a water cup to prevent the cup from tumbling or being knocked over, and to avoid damage to surrounding documents or electronic devices.
As shown in FIG. 1, the present embodiment mainly includes a fixing member 100, a limiting member 200, a suction cup 300 and a connecting member 400. The fixing member 100 is used for fixing the anti-tumbling assembly to the bottom of the cup to be installed. The limiting member 200 is slidably connected below the fixing member 100. The suction cup 300 is fixed below the limiting member 200 through the connecting member 400. A suction surface of the suction cup 300 is adhered to a supporting plane where the anti-tumbling assembly is disposed. The connecting member is provided with a through hole 240 in an up-down manner. The suction cup 300 is provided with a positioning hole for facilitating the installation of the connecting member 400. Further, the anti-rumbling assembly is generally cylindrical in shape to be mated with the suction cup 300.
A bottom surface of the fixing member 100, the suction cup 300, the through hole 240 and the supporting plane where the anti-rumbling assembly is located together form a closed cavity. Thus, when a cup on which the anti-rumbling assembly is mounted is placed on a flat surface such as a table top, the cup
moves downward by its own gravity, so that the fixing member in the bottom wall of the cup presses the suction cup 300, and the suction cup 300 presses the supporting plane such as the table top, etc. The air in the cavity is excluded from the suction cup 300 under the pressure of the cup body, so that the air pressure outside the cavity is greater than the air pressure inside the cavity and thus the suction cup 300 is adsorbed on the table top and the cup is placed more stable, which avoids the cup from tumbling or being knocked over and also avoids damage to documents or electronic devices around the cup. When the cup needs to be moved, it is only necessary to pick up the cup vertically, so that the fixing member 100 in the bottom wall of the cup is separated from the limiting member 200 of the fixed suction cup 300, and the air enters the interior of the cavity from the gap between the limiting member 200 and the fixing member 100, such that the air pressure inside the cavity is the same as the air pressure outside the cavity and is equal to atmospheric pressure, thereby separating the suction cup 300 from the supporting plane where the anti-rumbling assembly is located, thereby moving the cup. Further, the suction cup 300 may be selected as a silica member because silica is prone to elastic deformation, high temperature resistance, and not easy to age.
In one embodiment, the limiting member 200 is slidably connected to the fixing member 100 through a sliding assembly. The sliding assembly includes a first
sliding member 110 and a second sliding member 210. The first sliding member 110 is fixedly connected to the fixing member 100. The second sliding member 210 is fixedly connected to the limiting member 200. The first sliding member 110 includes a first connecting portion and a first retaining portion. An upper end of the first connecting portion is fixedly connected to a lower surface of the fixing member 100, and a lower end is fixedly connected to one end of the first retaining portion. The first retaining portion extends toward the center of the fixing member 100. The second sliding member 210 includes a second connecting portion and a second retaining portion. A lower end of the second connecting portion is fixedly connected to an upper surface of the limiting member 200, and an upper end is fixedly connected to one end of the second retaining portion. The second retaining portion extends away from the center of the limiting member 200. The second retaining portion is located above the first retaining portion and slides along the first connecting portion to prevent the second sliding member 210 from being disengaged from the first sliding member 110, so that the limiting member 200 is slidably connected below the fixing member 10. The distance of sliding is decided by the length of the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion.
As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, in one embodiment, at least one slot 120 is disposed on an upper surface of the fixing member 100. The slot 120 includes
an engaging portion and an insertion portion. The width of the insertion portion along the radial direction of the fixing member 100 is greater than the width of the engaging portion. The engaging portion is provided with an engaging piece for engaging the fixing member 100 to the bottom of the cup. In the present application, three slots 120 are evenly disposed along the circumferential direction of the fixing member 100.
As shown in FIG. 4, in one embodiment, the suction cup 300 includes a connecting portion 310 and an adsorption portion 320. The connecting portion 310 is provided with at least one connecting hole 330. In the present application, six connecting holes 330 are evenly distributed along the circumference of the suction cup 300, and the horizontal cross section of the connecting hole 330 is a waist-type hole.
The connecting member 400 is provided with the same number of connecting posts 410 as the connecting holes 330. The connecting post 410 may be sized to pass through the connecting hole 330. The connecting post 410 is inserted into the connecting hole 330 to fix the suction cup below the limiting member. Further, the opening diameter of the adsorption portion 320 is gradually increased from the top to the bottom, so that the adsorption and sealing properties of the suction cup 300 may be improved. The adsorption portion can have other shapes. In the present application, the diameter of the connecting portion 310 is smaller than the diameter of the adsorption portion 320, which
facilitates assembly. The adsorption portion 320 has a large contact area with the supporting plane where the anti-rumbling assembly is located, thereby enhancing the adsorption effect of the anti-tumbling assembly. Furthermore, the connecting portion 310 and the adsorption portion 320 are injection-molded together, which simplifies the production process and the assembly process of the suction cup 300.
As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, in one embodiment, the limiting member 200 is provided with at least one fixing hole 220. The number of the fixing holes 220 is the same as that of the connecting post 410. The connecting post 410 is mated with the fixing hole 220 in an insertion manner.
The fixing hole 220 is used for fixing the connecting member 400. The shape of the fixing hole 220 is the same as that of the connecting post 410. Six fixing holes 220 are evenly disposed along the circumference of the limiting member 200. The connecting post 410 and the fixing hole 220 are interference-fitted. Therefore, the suction cup 300 is fixedly connected to a lower surface of the limiting member 200.
Specifically, the connecting post 410 of the connecting member 400 is inserted into the fixing hole 220 of the limiting member 200 through the connecting hole 330 of the suction cup 300, thereby fixing the suction cup 300 to the lower surface of the limiting member 200. When the limiting member 200 slides up and down, the suction cup 300 is driven to move accordingly.
In one embodiment, the limiting member 200 is provided with at least one reinforcing rib 230. The reinforcing rib 230 is abutted against the lower surface of the fixing member 100 away from one end of the limiting member 200 when the suction cup 300 is in a pressed state, in order to increase the strength of the limiting member 200.
A first embodiment of an anti-rumbling water cup according to the present utility model will be described in detail below with reference to FIGS. 1-8. This embodiment is mainly applied to a water cup to prevent the cup from tumbling or being knocked over, and to avoid damage to surrounding documents or electronic devices.
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the present embodiment mainly includes a device described in the first embodiment of the anti-tumbling assembly, and a cup body 500, a cup cover 600, and a receiving chamber 510. The suction cup 300 is provided with a positioning hole for facilitating the installation of the connecting member
Thus, when a cup on which the anti-rumbling assembly is mounted is placed on a flat surface such as a table top, the cup moves downward by its own gravity, so that the fixing member in the bottom wall of the cup presses the suction cup 300, and the suction cup 300 presses the supporting plane such as the table top, etc. When the cup needs to be moved, it is only necessary to pick up the cup vertically, so that the fixing member 100 in the bottom wall of the cup is separated from the limiting member 200 of the fixed suction cup 300, and the air enters from the gap between the limiting member 200 and the fixing member 100 to the interior of the cavity, such that the air pressure inside the cavity is the same as the air pressure outside the cavity and is equal to atmospheric pressure, thereby separating the suction cup 300 from the
supporting plane where the anti-tumbling assembly is located, thereby moving
the cup.

the cup 500 by an engagement connection or a screw connection.
In one embodiment, a buckle 520 is disposed in the receiving cavity 510, and
the buckle 520 is engaged with the slot 120. In the present application, the
number of the buckles 520 is equal to the number of the slots 120. Three
buckles 520 are evenly disposed along the circumference of the
accommodation chamber 510.
In one embodiment, the cup 500 includes an inner cup and an outer cup. The
inner cup is fixedly connected to the outer cup. In the present application, the
inner cup may be made of a double-layer stainless steel material and the outer
cup may be made of a plastic material to prevent the water cup from being
bumped and deformed and to improve the hand feeling, and avoid freezing
hands in winter.
In one embodiment, the cup cover 600 is further provided with a lifting ring
610. The lifting ring 610 is provided with an anti-slip pattern 620 for increasing
friction to prevent slipping when a user holds the cup with his/her hand.
The limiting member 200 is slidably connected to the fixing member 100 through a sliding assembly. The sliding assembly includes a first sliding member 110 and a second sliding member 210. The first sliding member 110 is fixedly connected to the fixing member 100. The second sliding member 210 is fixedly connected to the limiting member 200. The upper surface of the fixing member 100 is provided with at least one slot 120.
The suction cup 300 includes a connecting portion 310 and a suction portion 320. The connecting portion 310 is provided with at least one connecting hole 330;
