Antibiofilm Composition And Preparation Thereof
Abstract: ABSTRACT ANTIBIOFILM COMPOSITION AND PREPARATION THEREOF The present disclosure discloses a composition comprising 0.002% to 0.008% (w/w) of coumarin and 0.002% to 0.005% (w/w) of umbelliferone, wherein coumarin and umbelliferone is in a weight ratio range of 1:0.25 – 1:2.5. The present disclosure also discloses a method for preparing the composition. The composition of the present disclosure is safe and effective in exhibiting synergistic antibiofilm activity.
