Abstract: Anti-IL-12 antibodies are disclosed herein, including antigen-binding portions thereof. One or more methods for isolating and purifying anti-IL-12 antibodies from a sample matrix is presented. These isolated anti-IL-12 antibodies can be used in a clinical setting as well as in research and development. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising isolated anti-IL-12 antibodies are also described.
