Antibody Binding To Clostridium Difficile
Abstract: The present invention pertains to an antibody binding to an intestinal bacterium, an antigen-binding fragment thereof and use of the same. Further, the present invention discloses a nucleic acid encoding the antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, an expression vector containing the nucleic acid, a cell containing the nucleic acid or the expression vector, a medicinal composition containing the antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, a method for producing the antibody, and a method for treating an inflammatory disease by administering the antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof.
