Apparatus And Method For Intelligent Mixing And Kneading Of Dough Ball
Abstract: ABSTRACT APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR INTELLIGENT MIXING AND KNEADING OF DOUGH BALL Present invention provides an intelligent dough mixing and kneading apparatus and method thereof. The apparatus includes a mixing and kneading unit that is capable of making perfect dough balls, that can be used for making edible flat breads. Ingredients such as flour, water, and oil are stored in separate containers and are dispensed into a mixing jar in a pre-defined ratio. A mixing blade have a unique shape rotates and mixes the ingredients till a standard consistency is reached. Using a hall sensor, consistency of the dough ball is detected by determining vertical movement of the mixing blade due to force exerted on the mixing blade by the dough while mixing. Movement of the mixing blade can be controlled in vertical direction by a motor which enables the mixing blade to run freely or apply pressure on the dough to knead the mixed dough and produce the dough ball.
