Abstract: ABSTRACT APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SEALING END OF A BAG 5 The invention discloses an apparatus and a method for sealing end of a fabric. The apparatus comprises an unwinding unit (1) for mounting fabric roll (2), a first driver roller (3) for unfolding said fabric roll (2), a punch assembly (4) having a floating mandrel (5), a perforation assembly, a separate second drive roller for pulling said tubular fabric (23), a pressure roller (10) provided to cool and press 10 the sealed fold after gripper retraction and preparing it to be cut after cooling, a cutting mechanism having a hot wire cutter with a suction device and a folding device (9) that is capable of carrying out three actions in series: extension, gripping, and rotating through required angles of rotation to create different types of folds. The method uses the apparatus of the invention to undergo a series of 15 activities in series i.e., Extension, Gripping, rotating to create Z- or E-folds.
