The present invention relates to an apparatus for charging a sintering raw
material to be used when a sintering raw material is charged onto a pallet in a Dwight
10 Lloyd type sintering machine, and particularly, to a charging apparatus having a scraper
for removing sintering raw material stuck on a raw material charging chute.

Background Art

In a sintered ore manufacturing process using a Dwight Lloyd type sintering
machine, a sintering raw material is cut down with a drum feeder from a raw material
20 hopper, and the sintering raw material is charged onto a pallet via a chute (also referred to
as a sloping chute).
In that case, a larger amount of fuel (carbon source) is charged into an upper
layer portion of a raw material layer as compared to a lower layer portion, and a raw
material is charged into the lower layer portion so that the particle size thereof becomes
25 larger as compared to the upper layer portion. For example, a classifier in which a

1. An apparatus for charging a sintering raw material, the apparatus
comprising:
5 a chute that charges a sintering raw material onto a pallet; and
a scraper that reciprocates on the chute and removes the sintering raw material
accumulated on the chute from the chute,
wherein the scraper includes an inclined plate that is provided so as to incline
with respect to a top surface of the chute; a scraper tool that is attached to a front end on
10 a bottom surface side of the inclined plate; a support frame that supports the inclined
plate; and a roller unit that is attached to the support frame and causes the inclined plate
and the support frame to travel on the top surface of the chute, and
wherein a width of the chute is at least substantially equal to a width of the
inclined plate.

2. The apparatus for charging a sintering raw material according to Claim 1,
wherein a space that is continuous in a width direction of the chute and
communicates with an outside of the scraper is formed behind the scraper tool.

wherein the support frame has a vertical reinforcing plate that extends to ae front
side of the inclined plate, a lateral reinforcing plate that extends in a width direction of
