Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an apparatus (100) for collecting undesired particles, the apparatus includes a suction unit (118) coupled to an elongated tube, the suction unit adapted to capture the undesired particles in a predefined area, an image acquisition unit captures one or more images of the undesired particles. A processor (122) coupled to the image acquisition unit, processor configured to receive, from the image acquisition unit, the one or more images of the undesired particles, compare, the received one or more images of the undesired particles with reference images to detect valuable items from the received one or more images; wherein, based on the detection of the valuable items from the received one or more images, the processor configured to operate the alert unit to generate an alert signal to notify the user, and operate the display unit to display the valuable items.
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present disclosure relates, in general, to vacuum cleaner, and more
specifically, relates to an apparatus to collect trash from any place/object.
BACKGROUND
[0002] Most people spend the main part of their life indoors, in production
industries, offices, public institution and private homes. Hence, poor indoor air quality can have a significant impact on people's life. Airborne dust particles often contain allergens and microorganism like bacteria, fungi and viruses as well as their toxic products. Inhalation of these biological contaminants may result in lung problems and other illness, like asthmatic and allergies.
[0003] The workload of today's generation is increasing with every passing
day. Safety is considered as the top priority for waste management and taken as the shared sole responsibility. Few existing vacuum cleaners have been developed and emerged in the market. The problem is that it is not easy to clean the trash so there should be the development of a manual vacuum cleaner, which will pick the trash with help of a suction mechanism. Cleaning of trash is important as it is the passage through which water flows from the sink.
[0004] Therefore, there is a need in the art to provide a means that can easily
collect the trash from any object/place.
OBJECTS OF THE PRESENT DISCLOSURE
[0005] An object of the present disclosure relates, in general, to vacuum
cleaner, and more specifically, relates to an apparatus to collect trash from any
place/obj ect.
[0006] Another obj ect of the present disclosure is to provide an apparatus that
can remove the undesired materials from any surface effectively using a simple
mechanism.
[0007] Another object of the present disclosure is to provide an apparatus that
can perform the work in less time.

can be constructed and maintained easily.

SUMMARY
[0011] The present disclosure relates, in general, to vacuum cleaner, and more
specifically, relates to an apparatus to collect trash from any place/object.
[0012] In an aspect, the present disclosure provides an apparatus for
collecting undesired particles, the apparatus including a suction unit coupled to an elongated tube, the suction unit adapted to capture the undesired particles in a predefined area, an image acquisition unit configured in the apparatus, the image acquisition unit captures one or more images of the undesired particles, a display unit configured in the apparatus to display the captured one or more images, an alert unit configured in the apparatus, the alert unit, upon detection of a valuable item, operable to notify a user; and a processor coupled to the image acquisition unit, the display unit and the alert unit, the processor configured to receive, from the image acquisition unit, the one or more images of the undesired particles, compare, the received one or more images of the undesired particles with reference images to detect valuable items from the received one or more images wherein, based on the detection of the valuable items from the received one or more images, the processor configured to operate the alert unit to generate an alert signal to notify the user, and wherein the processor is configured to operate the display unit to display the valuable items.

embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0031] Referring to FIG.1A, apparatus 100 can be configured to remove
undesired particles from any place/object. The apparatus 100 is in this example,
may be a smart vacuum cleaner with suction mechanism to remove undesired
particles, the undesired particles may include one or more contaminates, trash,
garbage and the like. The apparatus 100 may include an elongated tube 102, a piston
104, a connecting rod 106, a valve 110, a handle 108, one or more nozzles 112, one
or more flaps 116, a suction unit 118 also interchangeably referred to as suction
mechanism 118, a chamber 114, an image acquisition unit 120, a processor 122, a
memory 124, a display unit 126 and an alert unit 128. The apparatus 100 of the
present disclosure may have a compact and lightweight design, so that it may be
easily carried around for collecting undesired particles at various locations.
[0032] In an embodiment, the elongated tube 102 having an inner portion that
can be configured with the piston 104. The connecting rod 106 can be coupled to
the piston 104 to move the piston 104 in upward direction and downward direction.
The handle 108 can be coupled to the connecting rod 106, the handle 108 adapted
to operate the connecting rod 106. The valve 110 can be configured in the tube 102,
the valve 110 adapted to allow the passage of air from the tube 102. In an exemplary
embodiment, the valve 110 can be non-return valve (NRV).
[0033] In another embodiment, the one or more nozzles 112 can be coupled
to the valve 110, the one or more nozzles 112 adapted to eject the air from the tube 102. The one or more nozzles 112 may be of varying cross-sectional area, and it can be used to direct or modify the flow of any fluid and can be frequently used to control the rate of flow, speed, direction, mass, shape, and/or the pressure of the fluid. The suction unit 118 can be fitted at the end of the tube 102, the suction unit 118 adapted to capture the undesired particles. The one or more flaps 116 configured in the chamber 114, the one or more flaps, upon operation, is adapted to open and close the one or more flaps. The one or more flaps 116 can be made of a combination of acrylic fiber sheets.
[0034] In an implementation, the suction unit 118 may pull the undesired
particles e.g., garbage from a pre-defined area. The image acquisition unit 120 can capture one or more images of the undesired particles in the pre-defined area. A display unit 126 may display the captured one or more images of the undesired particles and an alert unit 128 may notify a user, upon detection of valuable articles/items from the captured one or more images. In an exemplary embodiment,
the alert unit 128 is a buzzer. The processor 122 is operatively coupled with the
image acquisition unit 120, the display unit 126, and alert unit. 128. The memory
124 is coupled with the processor 122, which stores images of valuable articles.

from the image acquisition unit 120, the one or more images of the undesired
particles. The processor 122 may compare, the received one or more images of the
undesired particles with reference images to detect valuable items from the received
one or more images, where based on the detection of the valuable items from the
received one or more images, the processor 122 configured to operate the alert unit
128 to generate an alert signal to notify the user, and the processor 122 is configured
to operate the display unit 126 to display the valuable items, where the valuable
items can be any or a combination of ornaments, jewellery and coins.

acquisition unit 120 captures images continuously, and transmits the images to the processor 122, which compares the images with pre-stored images in the memory 124, and if a similar image is found, a warning signal is transmitted on the display unit 126 and the alert unit 128. Further, upon receiving warning signals the alert unit 128 such as buzzer starts ringing, and the user is notified. The user can check the display unit 126, which displays the valuable articles, and the user can prevent the valuable article to be thrown in the garbage.

accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG. IB, the chamber 114 may include a filter 202, a container 204 and one or more flaps 116. The filter 202 can be configured inside the chamber 114, the filter 202 can be adapted to capture the undesired particles, while allowing the air to escape into the tube 102. The suction unit 118 adapted to capture the undesired particles and store it in the container 204. The container 204 configured in the filter 202, the container 204 adapted to collect the undesired particles received from the filter 202. The undesired particles may include any or a combination of solid waste and liquid waste.
[0038] The apparatus 100 may be equipped with a strong suction mechanism
also interchangeably referred to as suction unit 118 and the image acquisition unit 120. In an exemplary embodiment, the image acquisition unit 120 can be an endoscopy camera. The suction unit 118 can suck the dirt from the place and identify the ornaments from the floor with the endoscopy camera and sink to the filter 202 only the useless trash. All the trash from the sink hole can be equipped with tube 102, as the air is released out, the one or more flaps 116 and NRV 110 may open and all the trash may be embedded in the tube 102. The trash collected may be placed in the trash container 204. The undesired particles collected in the container 204 can be disposed in any waste receiving chamber, by moving the connecting rod 106 downward into the tube.
[0039] Thus, the apparatus 100 can be implemented in many different ways
to remove the undesired materials from any surface effectively using a simple mechanism. The apparatus 100 can be constructed and maintained easily by the user. The apparatus 100 has less weight and can be handled easily by the user to perform the work in less time. As the apparatus 100 require few hardware components it can be user friendly and additional cost can be reduced. Further, the apparatus 100 can be operated manually.

[0041] Referring to FIG. 2, the apparatus 100 can be equipped with a strong
suction mechanism so that it can capture the dirt from the surroundings and can sink to the dustbin. The apparatus 100 can collect the undesired particles from any place/obj ect by utilizing suction mechanism. The tube 102 may include many of the same components introduced in FIG. 1A and FIG. IB above. Those components that are unchanged in this embodiment retain their original element number and are not reintroduced.
[0042] Additionally, the valve 110 can be configured in the tube 102, which
provide assistance in collecting the trash. All the trash from the tube 102 hole can be collected with tube, as the air is released out, the one or more and the valve 110 can be opened and all the trash can be embedded in the tube 102. The trash collected
can be placed in the trash container. The apparatus 100 can be constructed and maintained easily to perform the work in less time.
[0043] The undesired particles may include liquid waste and solid waste, the
liquid waste may be hazardous or potentially harmful to human health or the environment. The liquid waste may include any or a combination of wastewater, fats, oils, grease and hazardous household liquids. Solid waste may include any garbage, refuse, sludge, and other discarded materials including solid, liquid, semi¬solid, or contained gaseous material, resulting from industrial, commercial, mining and agricultural operations.
[0044] For example, when the user pushes the connecting rod 106 of piston
104 downward, air is released from the tube 102 which opens the valve 110 and two or more flaps 116, and when the user pulls the connecting rod 106 upward, the valve 110 and two or more flaps 116 can be closed to collect the undesired material in the container 204 after filtration by attached filter 204. Similarly, by pushing the connecting rod 106 downward again, the undesired particles can be disposed in any trash container. The suction unit 118 can suck the dirt from the place and identify the ornaments from the floor with the endoscopy camera and sink to the filter 202 only the useless trash.

[0046] In an embodiment, inner portion of the elongated tube 102 can be
hollow, the piston 104 can be configured on the inner portion of the tube 102. The connecting rod 106 can be coupled to the piston 104, the connecting rod 106 can be adapted to move the piston 104 into and out of the tube 102. The handle 108 can be coupled to the connecting rod 106, the handle 108 adapted to hold the apparatus 100, and can be adapted to operate the connecting rod 106 to move the piston 104 into and out of the tube 100 in downward and upward directions. The requirement of electrical cables and batteries can be eliminated, and thereby reduce the additional cost.

We Claim:
1. An apparatus (100) for collecting undesired particles, the apparatus
comprising:
a suction unit (118) coupled to an elongated tube (102), the suction unit adapted to capture the undesired particles in a predefined area;
an image acquisition unit (120) configured in the apparatus, the image acquisition unit captures one or more images of the undesired particles;
a display unit (126) configured in the apparatus to display the captured one or more images;
an alert unit (128) configured in the apparatus, the alert unit, upon detection of a valuable item, operable to notify a user; and
a processor (122) coupled to the image acquisition unit, the display unit and the alert unit, the processor configured to:
receive, from the image acquisition unit, the one or more
images of the undesired particles; and
compare, the received one or more images of the undesired
particles with reference images to detect valuable items from the
received one or more images,
wherein, based on the detection of the valuable items from
the received one or more images, the processor configured to operate
the alert unit (128) to generate an alert signal to notify the user, and wherein the processor is configured to operate the display
unit (126) to display the valuable items.
2. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the alert unit is a buzzer.
3. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the valuable items are any or a combination of ornaments, jewellery, and coins.
4. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the elongated tube (102) having an inner portion configured with a piston (104), wherein the
connecting rod (106) is coupled to the piston (104) to move the piston in upward direction and downward direction.
5. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein a valve (110) configured in the tube (102), the valve adapted to allow the passage of air from the tube, one or more nozzles (112) coupled to the valve, the one or more nozzles adapted to eject the air from the tube.
6. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein a chamber (114) comprising a filter (202) adapted to restrict the passage of undesired particles into the tube.
7. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein a container (204) configured in the filter (202), the container adapted to collect the undesired particles received from the filter, wherein the captured undesired particles are received by the filter to restrict the passage of the undesired particles into the tube, the captured undesired particles are collected in the container to be disposed.
8. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein one or more flaps (116) configured in the chamber, the one or more flaps, upon operation, adapted to open and close the flaps to capture the undesired particles by the suction unit.
9. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the undesired particles is any or a combination of liquid waste and solid waste.
