Apparatus For Micronizing Hydrogel Of Super Absorbent Polymer

Abstract: An apparatus for micronizing hydrogel of a super absorbent polymer is disclosed. The apparatus for micronizing hydrogel may comprise: a body having a hopper formed at one side thereof, and having a transfer space formed therein; a first rotary shaft rotatably arranged in the transfer space; a pre-cutter which is fixed to the body, and through which transferred hydrogel passes; a first cutter rotatably arranged at the other side of the pre-cutter so as to rotate together with the first rotary shaft and cut the hydrogel; a first hole plate which is fixed to the body, and through which the hydrogel cut by the first cutter passes; a second rotary shaft arranged to be coaxial with the first rotary shaft and independently rotatable with respect to the first rotary shaft; a second cutter rotatably arranged at the other side of the first hole plate so as to rotate together with the second rotary shaft and cut the hydrogel having passed through the first hole plate; and a second hole plate which is fixed to the body, and through which the hydrogel cut by the second cutter passes.
