Description:FIELD OF INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates to an apparatus for preparing cooking recipe and, more particularly, to a dispensing device configured to dispense ingredients from at least one ingredient container of the apparatus.
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
[0002] Currently, in a marketplace there are number of cooking recipe apparatuses for preparing any type of food either solid or liquid. These apparatuses automate the process of making the recipe by taking an input for preparation. These apparatuses contain at least one solid ingredient container and at least one liquid ingredient container. According to the preparation parameters, the recipe is prepared and served to a user.
[0003] The conventionally available beverage apparatus is complex in structure and cumbersome to clean on day-to-day basis. The conventional apparatus is quite heavy, and it is not easy to replace the faulty part in case the apparatus or individual components are broken down.
[0004] Additionally, the conventional apparatus comprises of a dispensing device. The dispensing device dispenses beverage or recipe based on the requirement of the user. The dispensing device has an opening that allows dispensing, and this opening is also responsible for moisture or insects entering the apparatus. This opening needs to be closed and opened based on the requirement.
[0005] Another short coming of the currently available apparatus in the market is that it does not has any mechanism to replace the ingredients with an ease.
[0006] The current invention addresses the need of modularity for the various components of the beverage apparatus.
SUMMARY
[0007] An apparatus for preparing a cooking recipe is disclosed. The apparatus comprising a main body, at least one accommodation section configured with the main body, and at least one ingredient container configured to be removably accommodated inside the at least one accommodation section.
[0008] An apparatus for preparing a cooking recipe, the apparatus comprising: a main body, at least one accommodation section configured with the main body, at least one ingredient container configured to be removably accommodated inside the at least one accommodation section, and a dispensing device configured with the at least one ingredient container, wherein the dispensing device dispenses ingredients from the at least one ingredient container.
[0009] In an embodiment, the dispending device is configured with an auger to dispense a pre-determined quantity of ingredient while preparing the cooking recipe.
[00010] In an embodiment, the auger is specially designed with a threaded head. The current auger design is conically shaped. The conical shape helps auger to smoothly rotate in reverse direction even if the dispensing device is full of ingredients.
[00011] The threaded auger helps nozzle cap to move forward while it is rotating in a clockwise direction and move backwards while it is rotating in anticlockwise direction. Also, the threaded design of the auger allows to this as a plug and play type, and it is also easily removable or detachable.
[00012] In an embodiment, wherein the auger includes a rear end, and the rear end is coupled to a motor.
[00013] In an embodiment, the dispensing device is coupled at a rear end with a motor to rotate the auger in both clockwise and anti-clockwise directions for dispensing ingredient stored in the at least one ingredient container.
[00014] In an embodiment, a nozzle cap configured co-axially and freely at the threaded head, wherein the nozzle cap closes an opening provided in the dispensing device when the apparatus is not dispensing the ingredients.
[00015] In an embodiment, comprising a spring configured at the threaded head.
[00016] In an embodiment, the spring is configured to provide restoring force to the nozzle cap such that the nozzle cap is displaced to the opening provided in the dispensing device when the apparatus is not dispensing the ingredients or when the motor is not actuating.
[00017] In an embodiment, the auger is tapered at the threaded head.
[00018] A dispensing device configured to dispense ingredients from at least one ingredient container of an apparatus. The dispensing device comprising an auger to dispense a pre-determined quantity of ingredient, wherein the auger is specially designed with a threaded head, and wherein the auger includes a rear end, and the rear end is coupled to a motor. The present dispensing device is a plug and play type system.
[00019] In an embodiment, a spring configured at the threaded head, wherein the spring is configured to provide restoring force to a nozzle cap such that the nozzle cap is displaced to an opening provided in the dispensing device when the apparatus is not dispensing the ingredients or when the motor is not actuating. The present nozzle cap acts as an automatic locking system and it helps to keep dispensing device clean and dry. It is also protect ingredient from steam while dispensing is not underway.
[00020] The advantage of the present invention is of easy serviceability of the apparatus is accomplished via a modular or removable components of the apparatus. As most of the apparatus’ components are removable thus the serviceability of the apparatus is increased. The dispensing device is configured with a nozzle cap which helps keeps the moisture away when the apparatus is not in use. Thus, hygiene can be maintained with the apparatus while preparing the cooking recipe.
[00021] Another advantage of the present invention is that the storage box is removable with the dispensing device, thereby serviceability of the apparatus along with the dispensing device is quite easy. Especially, as the storage box is non-refillable, one needs to replace the entire storage box for replenishing the ingredients of the storage box. Thus, hygiene can be maintained with the apparatus while preparing the cooking recipe and when the ingredients are required to be replenished, technician just needs to replace the storage box with a new filled storage box. Moreover, the modular nature of the apparatus of the present invention is quite unique for maintaining hygiene and serviceability.

[00045] Referring to Figure 6b and Figure 6d, the nozzle cap (612) closes the opening (616) provided in the dispensing device (106) when the apparatus (100) is not dispensing the ingredients. Figure 6d depicts the nozzle cap (612) when the ingredients are not dispensed from the dispensing device (106) through the opening (616). During the dispensing of the ingredients the motor (602) is rotated in a clockwise direction (depicted by arrow direction) and the nozzle cap (612) is moved backwards closing the opening (616) and stopping the ingredients to be dispensed from the opening (616).
[00046] The threaded auger (606) helps the nozzle cap (612) to move forward while it is rotating in the anti-clockwise direction and move backwards while it is rotating in the clockwise direction. Also, the threaded design of the auger (606) allows to this as a plug and play type, and it is also easily removable or detachable.
[00047] The present invention provides advantage of easy of serviceability as the storage box (110) is removable with the dispensing device (106). The cleaning the apparatus along with the dispensing device (106) is quite easy. Especially, as the storage box (110) is non-refillable, one needs to replace the entire storage box (110) for replenishing the ingredients of the storage box (110). Thus, hygiene can be maintained with the apparatus (100) while preparing the cooking recipe.
[00048] While few embodiments of the present invention have been described above, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the above embodiments and modifications may be appropriately made thereto within the spirit and scope of the invention.
[00049] While considerable emphasis has been placed herein on the particular features of this invention, it will be appreciated that various modifications can be made, and that many changes can be made in the preferred embodiments without departing from the principles of the invention. These and other modifications in the nature of the invention or the preferred embodiments will be apparent to those skilled in the art from the disclosure herein, whereby it is to be distinctly understood that the foregoing descriptive matter is to be interpreted merely as illustrative of the invention and not as a limitation.
