Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an apparatus (100) for protecting user from impurities, the apparatus includes a frame (102) adapted to be worn on a mouth part of a user, the frame coupled with at least two loops (108) transversely extending from side edges of the frame, the at least two loops adapted to fit over ear part of the user. An aperture (104) configured in the frame, the aperture adapted to receive a delivering device, the delivering device adapted to supply fluids to the user, and a lid (106) coupled to the aperture, the lid adapted to open and close the aperture, wherein, the fluids are received by the user from the delivering device through the aperture, without the removal of the frame from the mouth part of the user.

Specification

Claims:1. An apparatus (100) for protecting user from impurities, the apparatus comprising:
a frame (102) adapted to be worn on a mouth part of a user, the frame coupled with at least two loops(108) transversely extending from side edges of the frame, the at least two loops adapted to fit over ear part of the user;
an aperture (104) configured in the frame, the aperture adapted to receive a delivering device, the delivering device adapted to supply fluids to the user; and
a lid(106) coupled to the aperture, the lid adapted to open and close the aperture,
wherein, the fluids are received by the user from the delivering device through the aperture, without the removal of the frame from the mouth part of the user.
2. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least two loops are made of flexible material.
3. The apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the flexible material is synthetic fibers.
4. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the frame (102) comprises a filtering media to protect the user from any or a combination of airborne particles, and microorganisms.
5. The apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the filtering media is made of fabric material.
6. The apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein the fabric material is polypropylene.
7. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, where in the lid (106) is made of polyester material.
8. The apparatus as claimed in claim 7, wherein the polyester material is polyethylene terephthalate.
9. The apparatus as claimed in claim, wherein the lid (106) is adapted to open and close the aperture (104) based on the requirement of the user.
10. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fluids is a combination of refreshments.

Description:TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present disclosure relates, in general, to sanitary mask, and more specifically, relates to an apparatus for protecting user from impurities in surrounding atmosphere.

BACKGROUND
[0002] In general, sanitary masks are used to protect a user from hazardous environmental materials. Recently, mask is often used in people's daily life, its function is very extensive, as it can protect the users from inhaling microbes, pollens, allergens and the like. The masks have been used to prevent infection by viruses such as influenza that are prevalent due to air infection and droplet infection in places where people are crowded. The mask can be used by the travellers who travel by airplane, ship, bus or train in a closed environment, during pandemic scenario, everyone needs to wear mask to prevent themselves from the spread of disease. Additionally, infectious persons can wear masks to protect other people in the vicinity from their pathogens.
[0003] In addition, since the air discharged from the human body contains a large amount of moisture, when the mask is worn for a long time, the inside of the mask becomes damp and moist, which causes discomfort to the wearer and the mask becomes unsanitary. A variety of masks can be known in the art, which have different configurations to provide different degrees of comfort for the user. Some of the features may include inhaling or exhausting valves, different types of seals around the mask, coating the mask with certain chemicals to make the mask more effective against air borne substances, and the like.
[0004] The conventional mask can be in contact with the face of the user and may provide different degrees of comfort for the user, however, the user needs to remove the mask every time when the wearer wishes to eat or drink, which may cause the spread of disease. Although multiple masks exist today, these mechanisms suffer from significant drawbacks.
[0005] Therefore, there is a need in the art to provide an apparatus that can enable user to allow intake of fluids without the removal of mask.
OBJECTS OF THE PRESENT DISCLOSURE
[0006] An object of the present disclosure relates, in general, to sanitary mask, and more specifically, relates to an apparatus for protecting user from impurities in the surrounding atmosphere.
[0007] Another object of the present disclosure is to provide an apparatus that can protect the user from impurities in the surrounding atmosphere.
[0008] Another object of the present disclosure is to provide an apparatus that can allow the user to receive devices into the mouth without removing the mask.
[0009] Another object of the present disclosure is to provide an apparatus that can be flexible as it can be adjusted based on the requirement of the user.
[0010] Another object of the present disclosure is to provide an apparatus that can be the simple in structure, which makes it possible to be easily assembled or disassembled, lowering the manufacturing cost.
[0011] Another object of the present disclosure is to provide an apparatus that has high heat tolerance, thereby can be worn by the user for extended periods of time.
[0012] Yet another object of the present disclosure is to provide an apparatus can be user-friendly.

SUMMARY
[0013] The present disclosure relates, in general, to sanitary mask, and more specifically, relates to an apparatus for protecting user from impurities in the surrounding atmosphere.
[0014] In an aspect, the present disclosure provides an apparatus for protecting user from impurities, the apparatus including a frame adapted to be worn on a mouth part of a user, the frame coupled with at least two loops transversely extending from side edges of the frame, the at least two loops adapted to fit over ear part of the user, an aperture configured in the frame, the aperture adapted to receive a delivering device, the delivering device adapted to supply fluids to the user, and a lid coupled to the aperture, the lid adapted to open and close the aperture, wherein, the fluids are received by the user from the delivering device through the aperture, without the removal of the frame from the mouth part of the user.

[0017] In another embodiment, the frame may include a filtering media to protect the user from any or a combination of airborne particles, and microorganisms.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0030] The present disclosure relates, in general, to sanitary mask, and more specifically, relates to an apparatus for protecting user from impurities in the surrounding atmosphere. The apparatus can hygienically protect others that can be conveniently re-used and has a simple structure, so as to surely achieve the purpose of the sanitary mask. The present disclosure can be described in enabling detail in the following examples, which may represent more than one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0031] FIG. 1A and FIG. 1B illustrate an exemplary representation of an apparatus to protect user from impurities, in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0032] Referring to FIG 1A, the apparatus 100 (also referred to as an sanitary mask, 100, herein) can be configured to protect the user from infection caused by a combination of microorganisms, and can allow the user to receive a delivering device into mouth part of the user without removing the mask from the mouth part of the user. The apparatus 100 may include a frame 102, an aperture 104 (also referred to as a hole 104, herein), a lid 106 and at least two loops 108. The frame 102 can be adapted to be worn on the mouth part of the user, the frame 102 can cover the oral and nasal areas of the user.
[0033] In an embodiment, the at least two loops 108 as illustrated in FIG. 1B can be extended from each side edges of the frame 102, the at least two loops 108 can be adjusted to any face shape of the user. The at least two loops 108 adapted to engage the frame 102 on both sides to be elastically supported by the ears, the at least two loops 108 are slidably adjustable to accommodate different ear sizes. In another embodiment, the at least two loops 108 can be made of synthetic fibers.
[0034] In another embodiment, the aperture 104 can be configured in the frame 102 around the mouth part of the user, the aperture 104 can allow different delivering devices to be inserted and taken from the mouth part of the user while the frame 102 is in place on the user. The delivering devices may include water bottle, straw, tube and the like. The aperture 104 can be opened and closed by using the lid 106, the lid 106 coupled to the aperture 104. The user can open the aperture 104 using the lid 106 to receive the delivering devices and can close the lid 106 once the need is performed by the user, thus, the apparatus 100 can provide the greatest degree of protection for the user.

[0036] For example, the user can open the lid 106 to drink water from the bottle, the bottle can be inserted into the area of the aperture 104 so that the user can ingest the water from the bottle, without removing the frame 102 from the mouth part of the user. Once the user had finished drinking the required quantity of water, the lid 106 can be closed so that the mouth part of the user is protected.
[0037] In another embodiment, the frame 102 can be made of any suitable filtering media to protect the user from airborne particles and the like, filtering media of the frame can be made of fabric material. In an exemplary embodiment, the fabric material can be the polypropylene. Outer layer and inner layer of the frame 102 can be made of polypropylene, in the inner layer, it can absorb moisture released from the mouth part of the user, preventing the apparatus 100 from containing moisture and reducing the function of the mask. The polypropylene material is an inexpensive raw material, and can be manufactured at low cost.

[0038] In another embodiment, the lid106 can be made of polyester material. In an exemplary embodiment, the polyester material can be polyethylene terephthalate. Polyethylene terephthalate (Pet1 plastic) is a general-purpose thermoplastic polymer which belongs to the polyester family of polymers. Polyester resins are known for their excellent combination of properties such as mechanical, thermal, chemical resistance as well as dimensional stability.

[0039] Thus, the simple structure of the mask makes it possible to be easily assembled or disassembled, lowering the manufacturing cost. The apparatus 100 can allow the user to insert devices into the mouth without removing the mask. As the frame made of fabric, it can be suitable to be worn by physicians and nurses, hospital staff, operators and the like. Due to high heat tolerance, the apparatus 100 can be worn by the user for extended periods of time. The apparatus 100 can be flexible and user-friendly that protects the user from impurities in the surrounding atmosphere.

[0041] Referring to FIG. 2, the aperture configuration of the apparatus 100 may include many of the same components introduced in FIG. 1A above. Those components that are unchanged in this embodiment retain their original element number and are not reintroduced. The apparatus 100 has the aperture 104 configured in the in frame 102 approximately in the location of the mouth part of the user to receive refreshments such as fluids, liquids and the like.
[0042] In an embodiment, the apparatus 100 covering the mouth and nose of the user may include the filtering media to protect the user from airborne particulates, microorganisms, and the like. The filtering media of the frame 102 may be formed of a variety of materials, such as a material which provides a moisture barrier. The filtering media of the mask of the present invention, can be made of any suitable material which can filter airborne pathogens and the like. The mask can be made of any of a combination of woven or nonwoven materials.
[0043] In another embodiment, the aperture 104 can be covered by the lid 106, the lid 106 can be made of any suitable material which can provide comfort for the user, without irritating the user. The lid106 may be of flexible, semi-rigid, or rigid material, although flexible material is preferred because it provides a closer fit over the aperture 104, thus better protecting the mouth part of the wearer.
[0044] The apparatus 100 of the present disclosure can perform multiple functions, while being economical to manufacture. The apparatus 100 can be used in airplanes, dance studios, subways, offices, schools, hospitals, post offices, governmental offices, homes or any other place where protection is needed without sacrificing hydration or sustenance for the user.
[0045] It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the apparatus 100 of the disclosure may be provided using some or all the mentioned features and components without departing from the scope of the present disclosure. While various embodiments of the present disclosure have been illustrated and described herein, it will be clear that the disclosure is not limited to these embodiments only. Numerous modifications, changes, variations, substitutions, and equivalents will be apparent to those skilled in the art, without departing from the spirit and scope of the disclosure, as described in the claims.
