Specification

[0001] The present invention relates generally to cold and hot storage. More particularly, the
present invention relates to an apparatus to control the temperature inside a casing in accordance
with the ambient temperature.
BACKGROUND
[0002] Background description includes information that may be useful in understanding the
present invention. It is not an admission that any of the information provided herein is prior art or
relevant to the presently claimed invention, or that any publication specifically or implicitly
referenced is prior art.
[0003] Conventionally, a refrigerator is used to cool an article and maintain its cold sate, while
warm storage rooms are used to heat the article and maintain its warm state depending on its
purpose. In addition, these refrigerators and warm storage rooms achieve their purpose mainly by
circulating refrigerant, hot water, etc., and for that purpose, they are equipped with large-scale
devices, and a large amount of various articles are simultaneously used. The purpose is to keep the
food items and non-food items in cool and warm state.
[0004] The existing containers for warming and cooling are typically configured as closed
boxes, having a construction of single walled or a double walled with insulation or air in between.
The conventional cooling and heating containers are typically constructed for use in permanent
installations, such as to cabinetry, an appliance, or some other generally stationary structure, and
in a case where an installation space is limited, it may be difficult to install the large-sized cold
and hot storage. In other applications, conventional warmer containers can be used in a location
independently, but are still typically built into a cabinet or some structural frame. This limits the
mobility of the warmer drawers from being used in a variety of desirable locations.
[0005] The other existing containers are disclosing use of cooling and hot get to cool and
warm the plurality of object retains inside the container. The cooling gel warming gel needs to be
replaced after a small interval of time, that increases the human efforts and decrease the efficiency
of container.
3
[0006] In general, a cooled or a heated towel or any other clothes is provided to the customer,
depending on the weather in order to improve service at, for example a hotel, and a restaurant.
Similarly accessories like wine opener, sanitizer, pen, scribbling pad, sanitized, serviette and
lighter are asked by the customer at any time from the waiter or service provider. Further, present
containers for warming and cooling the objects are not entirely portable, as size of container is not
small enough that service provide can carry the container with him always, when the service
provider is on duty.
[0007] There is, therefore a need in the art to provide an apparatus that is portable and capable
of maintaining the temperature inside a casing in accordance with the ambient temperature and
overcomes the above-mentioned and other limitations of the existing solutions and utilize
techniques.

[0008] Some of the objects of the present disclosure, which at least one embodiment herein
satisfies are as listed herein below.
[0009] It is an object of the present invention to provide an apparatus for changing the inside
temperature of a casing in accordance with the ambient temperature.
