Aquamil

Abstract: The present invention refers to a portable swimming pool, for the convenience and safety of the swimmer. One can be perfectly trained in aqua mill rather than swimming in larger pools. It is basically a portable swimming pool for the requirement of space constraints; it takes only limited space with efficient swimming. This system has a water proof LCD kept inside the swimming tub where the swimmer itself can control the speed of the water flow according to his requirement. The present invention enables continuous observation of the swimmer and procuring real time guidance from a well-trained expert. Since the information are stored in a cloud gateway the swimmer can rectify his erroneous movement or gestures which contributes a self-awareness application that enables swimmers to recognize themselves swimming form in real time, and a coaching application which enables coaches on the pool side to give instructions to swimmers in real time.

CLIAMS:We Claim,
1. A portable swimming pool which can easily be shifted from one place to another with the inbuilt features like under water LCD for giving the necessary inputs, water current control, water temperature control, data display control, under water communication.

2. A portable swimming pool in which the velocity of water can be adjusted by the swimmer, so that user in the pool can maintain a proper speed inside the pool without any assistance.

3. A portable swimming pool with efficient heating and cooling system for setting the needed temperature as required by the swimmer.

4. A portable swimming pool with a controlling and monitoring system which can be adjusted by the swimmer with the needed parameters like temperature, water flow rate etc.

5. A portable swimming pool with user friendly environment with the technology comprises of real time monitoring for virtual guidance.
6. A portable swimming pool incorporate an advanced water communication system using hydrophones which can be held with the user and the trainer and also virtual monitoring by capturing the users movements inside the water through cameras and that will be send to the cloud gateway for the purpose of giving virtual guidance.
,TagSPECI:1. Field of invention

The present invention relates to an improved swim treadmill which may be deployed with many novel features through a novel structure within any pool structure. This is applicable for medical field, sports field etc. This is like a continuous treadmill in which the swimmer is kept stationary while the water in the pool is kept under motion.

2. Background of invention

Swimming and running on a treadmill are both excellent conditioning exercises. Swimming is much easier on your joints than running on a treadmill, which is beneficial for injury prevention. Swimming is sometimes called "the perfect form of exercise”. Because it provides an excellent cardiovascular workout while having a very low impact on the joints and muscles. Swimming is a great workout because you need to move your whole body against the resistance of the water. It has long been known that physical activities are important to promote and maintain good health, mainly if we consider the particularities of modern life associated with sedentary habits, inadequate nutrition, stress, and high competitiveness.
The present invention refers to a treadmill to be operated in user specified condition that can be controlled by the user and it allow a person to perform aquatic exercises, in order to maintain his/her physical condition, or for rehabilitation purposes.
U.S. Pat. No. 4,712,788 discloses a platform, onto which is mounted the treadmill and which only moves in the vertical direction, being displaced between a submerse operative position and an inoperative position, elevated above the water level, in order to make easy for a disabled person usually sitting on a wheelchair to enter the treadmill.
U.S. Pat. No. 4,938,469 describes an exercise device that comprises, basically, a tank or a swimming pool containing a certain level of water and housing a submersed treadmill. Pump means are further provided to produce forced circulation of water inside the tank. The treadmill is fixedly mounted in the interior of the tank or swimming pool. Thus, the tank or swimming pool operates exclusively and compulsorily with the treadmill.

3. Summary of the Invention
The present invention deals with a physical fitness and swimming training equipment that shows the swimming speed, water current velocity, hot/cold conditions and all the needed criterions can be displayed to the user and also to the virtual trainer. The necessary criterions can be controlled through the underwater LCD and accordingly if any changes needed the conditions can be altered easily through touch. The virtual trainer can give necessary suggestions and instructions to the swimmer through the highly equipped technology that this technology using and through this one can easily be trained without face to face monitoring.
Description of drawings:
Figure 1 is the cut sectional view of the aqua mill illustrating the entire system of this. 1 indicates the axial pump for providing the water to the water inlet by pumping the water from the lower chamber.
2 illustrate in the figure 1 is the LCD display that gives input for the system to be got activated. Using this various options that can be set for the aqua mill such as water flow rate, display system, temperature control.
3 illustrate in the figure 1 is the cooling coil for making the temperature of the water into too low. The adjustment for the cooling coil can be done in the LCD itself.
4 illustrate in the figure 1 is the heating coil to rise up the temperature of the water for the user convenience. In this also the LCD takes a major role in adjustment of temperature.
5 and 6 illustrate in the figure 1 is the Water inlet and water outlet respectively to allow the pumped water to the pool in order to make a constant and consistent flow over the pool. There will be a pressure variation in the both side of the pool to make the water flow much smoother.
7 in the figure 1 indicates the wheel for the system for the purpose of mobility. This system can be portable by the usage of this.
Detailed description of the invention:
AQUA MILL is a pioneering fitness equipment, which has the capability to change the water flow range by speed control of motor, under water LCD for giving input and output, camera for detecting the motion and the position of the swimmer, hydrophone for aquatic communication. All these are to be controlled through a single controlling unit. The main objective of this treadmill is to provide a healthier platform for the swimmers to be getting trained with the help of highly trained swimming legends.
The impelling unit illustrated in 1 of Figure 1 generates the water current is installed on one side of the pool. It is attached to the pool the same way pool stairs are attached, producing a very natural looking pool environment. Under water LCD illustrated in 2 of Figure 2 is fixed in the corner of the pool in order to give the input i.e. mainly for controlling the speed of the water current. When the swimmer starts swimming the camera get activated and starts recording video and the video is being stored and transferred to the cloud server through Eye-Fi. Swimming experts can see this video and instructs the swimmer if he made any erroneous movement through the hydrophone. By getting the instruction from the trainer the swimmer can change his way of swimming.
The novelty of Aquamill is the combination of all extraordinary features like real time video streaming, under water communication, virtual monitoring at the time of swimming and self-judging after the swimming and if any alterations in the body language that can also be rectified at the earliest.
