Specification

FIELD OF INVENTION
[001] The present invention relates to a merriment apparatus. More particularly, the present invention relates to a standalone arrangement merriment apparatus.
BACKGROUND
[002] Merriment apparatuses have been prevalent in the market since decades. Such apparatuses involve mental, strategical, or logical abilities, depending on their operational method.
[003] These apparatuses may be for children as well as for adults, based on the level of intellectual ability to be applied thereon. These can be classified under two broad categories, educational and entertainment apparatuses.
[004] There are many known types of educational merriment apparatuses, one of which is standalone educational merriment apparatuses, comprising a printed matter placed on top of a hardware. The main disadvantage of this type of educational apparatuses, however, is that they are not suitable and/or convenient for beginners, young children and adolescents. Another disadvantage of this type of educational apparatuses is that they are expensive.
OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION
[005] Objects of the present invention involve overcoming the above-mentioned problem associated with the existing type of educational merriment apparatuses.
[006] Primary object of the present invention is to provide an educational merriment apparatus that is standalone in nature.
[007] Another object of the present invention is to provide an educational merriment apparatus that is easily operated by beginners, young children and adolescents.

[008] Yet another object of the present invention is to provide an educational merriment apparatus that is cost effective.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[009] An arrangement merriment apparatus as per the present invention comprises a pointer device, plurality of spinner devices, plurality of frames, plurality of objects or pieces and plurality of cards. The plurality of objects is arranged on the plurality of frames as per patterns embossed on the plurality of cards. The arrangement merriment apparatus is operated by dispersing a pre-determined number of objects and cards as per a selected level, flicking the pointer device on the spinner device to indicate the position the plurality of objects can be shifted on the frames and arranging the plurality of objects in order on all frames as per the patterns embossed on the plurality of cards.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
[0010] The following description describes various features and functions of the disclosed apparatus and system. The illustrative aspects described herein are not meant to be limiting. It may be readily understood that certain aspects of the disclosed apparatus and system can be arranged and combined in a wide variety of different configurations, all of which are contemplated herein.
[0011] These and other features, including the advantages of the present invention may be incorporated into certain embodiments of the invention and will become more fully apparent from the following description, or may be learned by the practice of the invention as set forth hereinafter.
[0012] Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope of the invention. In addition, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted for clarity and conciseness.

[0013] It is to be understood that the singular forms "a", "an", and "the" include plural reference, unless the context clearly dictates otherwise.
[0014] It should be emphasized that the term "comprises/comprising" when used in this specification is taken to specify the presence of stated features, integers, steps or components, but does not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, integers, steps, components or groups thereof.
[0015] The present invention discloses a merriment apparatus for teaching arrangement of items in an orderly manner.
[0016] The apparatus as per the present invention comprises, but is not limited to, a pointer device, plurality of spinner devices, plurality of frames, plurality of objects or pieces and plurality of cards.
[0017] There are multiple levels for operation of the apparatus in present invention. Each level is allotted with a pre-determined spinner device, a pre-determined number of cards out of the plurality of cards and a pre-determined number of objects or pieces out of the plurality of objects or pieces.
[0018] First a plurality of users mutually select a level, pursuant to which equal number of cards, out of the pre-determined number of cards for the selected level, are dispersed to each user.
[0019] The plurality of cards have a unique and distinct arrangement of pattern of objects embossed thereon. The same also indicate both the initial position as well as the final position intended for the objects.
[0020] To begin with, the plurality of objects are placed in the frames as depicted in the dispersed cards as per the initial position by the plurality of users.
[0021] Pursuant to this, the plurality of users take turn to flick the pointer device on the pre-determined spinner device for the selected level.

[0022] The pointer device indicates at each turn, the position the plurality of objects can be shifted on the frames and the particular row on the frame.
[0023] It is pertinent to note that for each arrangement pattern, there exists one vacant slot. This vacant slot is used for the purpose of rearranging or repositioning the plurality of objects.
[0024] The users aim to arrange the plurality of objects in order on all frames as per the patterns embossed on the plurality of cards dispersed to them quicker than the counterpart users.
[0025] As per a specific embodiment of the present invention, the number of users is limited to a minimum of one and a maximum of four. The number of users is mentioned not to limit the scope of invention, but only to further enhance the understanding of invention to a person skilled in the art.
[0026] As per an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, there are three levels in the apparatus and two users. Each level has been allotted ten cards each. Level one is allotted 50 objects, level two is allotted 70 objects and level three is allotted 90 objects. The two users first mutually select a level out of the three levels, pursuant to which they are dispersed with five cards each of the selected level. The two users then flick the pointing device on spinning device of the selected level and arrange the objects on frames as per the number indicated on the spinning device. The two users aim to arrange quicker the objects in all frames as per the patterns embossed on the five cards dispersed to them.
[0027] As per an alternate embodiment, the present invention can also be optionally realized through an electronically connected means.
[0028] The present invention also discloses a method for operation of such standalone arrangement merriment apparatus.
[0029] While the present invention has been described with reference to one or more preferred aspects, which aspects have been set forth in considerable detail for

the purposes of making a complete disclosure of the invention, such aspects are merely exemplary and are not intended to be limiting or represent an exhaustive enumeration of all aspects of the invention. The scope of the invention, therefore, shall be defined solely by the following claims. Further, it will be apparent to those of skill in the art that numerous changes may be made in such details without departing from the principles of the invention.
