Abstract: Provided is an artificial blood vessel made of fabric that enables the amount of blood leaking from gaps in fibers to be reduced. The artificial blood vessel comprises a cylindrical multiple woven fabric structure and uses a microfiber multifilament yarn having a single yarn fineness of 0.5 dtex or less as a warp yarn mainly constituting an inner layer that comes into contact with blood and a multifilament yarn having a single yarn fineness of 1.0 dtex or higher as a warp yarn mainly constituting an outer layer wherein the apparent cover factor of the inner layer is 2 000 or higher.
