Abstract: 2 Provided is an artificial blood vessel comprising a cylindrical 3D woven textile structure with minimal blood leakage and which combines antithrombotic properties and cellular affinity. This artificial blood cell is a cylindrical textile structure having positioned therein a cylindrical textile the inner surface of which comes into contact with blood the cylindrical textile being a textile obtained by interweaving a plurality of warp yarns and a plurality of weft yarns the warp yarns and weft yarns that constitute the cylindrical textile containing a multi filament yarn having a single filament fineness not exceeding 0.50dtex bonded with an antithrombotic material the antithrombotic material forming an antithrombotic material layer having a thickness of 1 600nm on the inside of the cylindrical textile and the water permeability when the inner surface is subjected to a pressure of 16kPa being less than 300mL/cm/min.
