Specification

This invention relates to artificial intelligence-based system for advocate assistance.
Background of the Invention
Legal professionals agree that the use of artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and other technology offers more efficient ways to help weed out privileged and sensitive documents during the discovery process. With the help of technology lawyers as well as client, both can save their time too. An IoT device for recommending a dialog act to a client in a conversation according to one embodiment includes a computer-readable storage medium having program instructions embodied therewith. The computer-readable storage medium is not a transitory signal per se, where the program instructions are executable by a processor to cause the processor to perform a method including receiving voice data associated with a real-time conversation between a client and a machine, utilizing the processor, receiving an objective of the client for the real-time conversation between the client and machine itself, utilizing the processor, determining, utilizing the processor, a dialog act to be entered by the client at a current point in the real-time conversation that meets the objective, utilizing a model, and returning the dialog act to the client, utilizing the processor. The present invention relates to voice data analysis, and more specifically, this invention relates to analysing voice communication and making recommendations based on the analysis.

The emergence of computers and technological advancements in the domain of information have marked a turning moment in the history of human civilization. While India experienced the Information Revolution a few years ago, automation has not altered other aspects of life in the same way. It has not permeated the Subordinate Judicial System, resulting in the ongoing use of ancient labor methods based on manual systems. The implementation of automation in subordinate courts can help to alleviate some of the significant challenges that the judiciary is experiencing as a result of arrears, backlogs, delays, client dealing, etc. Backlogs, delays, and costs are all well-known issues that courts, the judiciary, and the general public encounter while seeking justice. While there are numerous aspects to these issues, enhancements in operational efficiency, coordination, accessibility, and speed that emerging technologies of Industry 4. 0 may provide help to considerably enhance and ease difficulties.
The majority of the constraints identified by Judicial Commissions and Committees in terms of delays, arrears, and backlog can be partially resolved if India implements a competent judicial management information system. Using machine or automation to manage cases, files, and dockets will substantially improve case management, file management, and docket management. The following are some of the areas where the usage of machines will result in increased productivity and fewer delays. The addressed problem is: -
a) Availability of Legal Information Data Bases.
b) Streamlining judicial administration of courts in their day-to-day activities.
c) Assistance for judicial administration in reducing the pendency of cases.
Best Method of working:
