Abstract: ABSTRACT ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE BLOCKCHAIN E-COMMERCE SYSTEM AND METHOD This method drives a process of Artificial intelligence Blockchain E-commerce system with the help of 5-G network with the help of following procedure; the mobile device read the consumer query and send it to the cloud computer through 5-G network; cloud computer receives the data and transfer it to the cloud storage for all possible result of query. Cloud storage send all possible result to the cloud computer and then consumer received all result. On the basis of result shows to the consumer, the consumer will inspect all the images related to his article. If the consumer confirms that the information of the article is accurate, the mobile device sends the data to the cloud computer through the 5G network, and if the consumer confirms that the data of article is inaccurate, the first step is returned until the data of the last article is sent to the cloud computer. With this method the business system can make the consumer simple and convenient. With this process and information, appropriate articles are selected and purchased, so that the shopping experience of consumers is greatly improved; meanwhile, the business system perfectly integrates the 5G network technology and the block chain technology, so that the business system is higher in efficiency and more intelligent, and the shopping experience of consumers is further improved. (Fig. 1 will be the conceptual model process of the method)

TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] This method relates to the field of E-commerce, more particularly with the
Artificial Intelligence and Block Chain based E-commerce system and method.
BACKGROUND
[0002] Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a wide-ranging branch of computer science
concerned with building a smart machine capable of performing tasks that typically require
human intelligence. In general, the Al system work by ingesting large amounts of labeled
training data, analyzing the data for correlations and patterns, and using these patterns to
make predictions about the future state.
[0003] The term electronic commerce (e-commerce) refers to a business model that
allows companies and individuals to buy and sell goods and services over the internet. It
involves more than one party along with the exchange of data to process the transaction.
[0004] Blockchain technology has laid a new foundation and direction for supply chain
governance. An efficient and reliable global information transmission system will
inevitably requires a matching efficient and reliable value transmission system. Blockchain
use cryptography to realize mutual distrust of distributed systems to reach a consensus
based on agreements without mutual intervention. Therefore, the present disclosure describes
the technology which includes MIS and blockchain technology used in e-commerce, any of
the above-mentioned technology can be used with the resource for developing the network.
[0005] The use of artificial intelligence in e-commerce is transforming the industry by
predicting shopping patterns based on the products that shoppers buy and when they buy
them. Artificial Intelligence has the potential to impact any number of business functions
across any organization. Over the past couple of years, Al technology has matured and
become a powerful tool to boost sales and optimize operations. Even many small ecommerce
businesses are using technology with some kinds of Al capability.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
[0007] Primary object of the invention to create a method and E-commerce System using
Artificial intelligence and block chain technology.
SUMMARY
[0008] The present concept is directed toward the use of Artificial Intelligence Block
Chain E-commerce systems and methods.
[0009] This invention mainly focused on solving consumer queries related to ecommerce with the help of Artificial intelligence block chain system.
[0010] The method starts with the query of the consumer. Let’s assume a consumer
have a query name AB of which he wants to find the solution on any e commerce plate form.
That e commerce plate will find the solution in background process. The process starts with
searching of query AB on any plate form with the help of any mobile 5G network. The cloud
computer of the plate form will receive the query AB.
[0011] After receiving the query AB of the consumer, the cloud computer will send the
data of the query AB to the cloud storage of the computer. Cloud storage of computer will
identify the nature and data of the query AB after scrutinizing its data and starts the process
of solution on the basis of parameters of the query.
[0012] After receiving N numbers of solution through different calculation of the
Query AB, cloud storage sends the solution to cloud computer. Cloud computer sends N
numbers of solution to the e – commerce plate form for consumer and e-commerce plate form
shows the solutions to the consumer.
[0013] Consumers inspects all the retrieved solution related to the query AB received
from cloud storage and abstract most reliable solution of the query and send back it to the
cloud computer for a specific solution of query. Cloud computer send that query again to the
cloud storage and it provide complete details for the particular data. After receiving the
complete details cloud computer send back solution to the consumer and consumer finds the
solution for his query.
[0014] If the consumer confirms that the information of the article is accurate, the
mobile device sends the data to the cloud computer through the 5G network, and if the
consumer confirms that the data of the PK article is inaccurate, the first step is returned until
the data of the last article is sent to the cloud computer;
[0015] This method also works in terms of image query. The consumer will upload a
image of particular thing on the search engine of the e-commerce plate form with the help of
mobile camera.
[0016] The mobile network will transfer the image to the cloud storage of the ecommerce plate form. The cloud storage will identify the image with help of of various
process in terms of size color width length and will differentiate same type of data from cloud
storage in respect of image query. Cloud computer will send back all the possible result in
terms of images to the consumer with the help of mobile network. This process will continue
until the last image is sent to cloud computer.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0017] The accompanying drawings are included to provide a further understanding of
the present method and are incorporated in and constitute a part of this specification. The
drawings illustrate exemplary block diagram of the present method disclosure and, together
with the description, serve to explain the principles of the present disclosure.
[0018] Fig. 1 illustrates an exemplary block diagram of Artificial Intelligence Block
Chain E-commerce system and method.

[0020] It should be noted that the block diagram in fig 1 is not drawn to scale. The
purpose of fig 1 is to shows working procedure of artificial intelligence block chain ecommerce method.

apparent from the following detailed description of the method when taken in conjunction
with the accompanying block diagram.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0022] In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to
provide a thorough understanding of working procedure of the method.
[0023] The conceptual block diagram in fig shows that a consumer sends his query to
the cloud computer from mobile device through 5g network (we are using 5g network for
better connectivity and speedy procedure) for review the data and the computer sends signal
that the query data has now been received which sends by the consumer and start identifying
the particulars of query data. Cloud storage generates N number of solution of query data and
sends it back to the cloud computer.
[0024] Cloud computer retrieve data from the storage and sends the information of the
query to the mobile equipment through a 5G network, and the mobile equipment displays the
information article sent by the cloud computer to a consumer
[0025] The consumer reads the classification data of the query to be detected through
the mobile device, and sends the read classification data signal of the query to the cloud
computer through the 5G network, then the cloud computer calculates information of the
article to be detected according to the classification data and returns information to the mobile
device, and finally the mobile device displays the information to the consumer.
[0026] E-commerce also helps the marketer to analyze consumer-buying behavior
because of which type of consumer needs, demand about the particular product a
manufacturer understood and produced. AI is an economical manner to attract customers to
buy a particular item for consumption. Consumers to buy a particular product according to
their needs, wants, and desires. Not only buy the product easily also to compare the one
particular product price to other company’s products. Now the company gets any feedback
from consumers to make efforts to improve the quality of products and through the
advertising convey the message about the product, and which types of testing go through by
the products (Figure 1, 2).
[0027] Recommendations Engines: AI fulfills every person’s desires, needs of every
human being. Producers produce the products, as a result of manufacturing the goods
employees need and finished goods to deliver the consumers’ door human being needs.
Therefore, as a result, employed a person like Amazon, snap deal, too many other companies
employed too many people to sell the products and attract customers day-by-day new
schemes launched and persuade the consumer to buy the particular things of the company.
Sometimes consumers ready to buy the goods, but he has no enough time to purchase the
goods; AI help those consumers. They are fully satisfied with their requirements and desires
[0028] Virtual Assistance: AI is also helpful to make a list of those students who buy
the products and place the order for delivering the goods to their homes. The consumer
buying behavior about to purchase the specified goods and services easily analyzed through
AI.
[0029] Particular Product: These are help full to predict the prospects who easily
convert customers. All reputed companies adopt that method and techniques to analyze
consumer behavior
[0030] Based Chatbots: AI in e-commerce not to be complete without a discussion
about chat boats. AI plays an important role in e-commerce because consumers easily visit
business websites or links to gather all information about products and company history.
Chatbots also a medium to provide comfort to consumers along with the quality product. So,
as a result, if consumers like the company product easily, companies’ goodwill make.

Claims: I/We Claim:
1. A method based on artificial intelligence and block chain electronic-commerce,
wherein the method includes the steps of:
submitting one or more queries words or sentence, using a consumer
computing device, over an E-commerce platform;
storing the submitted queries on a cloud storage;
identifying, at the Cloud storage, the nature and data of the query after
scrutinizing its data and starts the process of solution on the basis of parameters of
the query.
retrieving one or more solution through different combination of the Query,
and sending the solution to the consumer device.
Inspecting by the Consumer the solution related to the query received from
cloud storage, and abstract most reliable solution of the query, and send back it to the
cloud computer for a specific solution of query.
Storing the refined query again to the cloud storage and it provide complete
details for the particular data, after receiving the complete details cloud computer
send back solution to the consumer and consumer finds the solution for his query.
2. The method based on artificial intelligence and block chain electronic-commerce as
claimed in claim 1, wherein retrieving data from cloud storage in terms of information, and
the consumer will search his query in terms of images with following steps
(a) This method also works in terms of image query. The consumer will upload a
image of particular thing on the search engine of the e-commerce plate form with the
help of mobile camera.
(b) The mobile network will transfer the image to the cloud storage of the
e-commerce plate form. The cloud storage will identify the image with help of of
various process in terms of size color width length and will differentiate same type of
data from cloud storage in respect of image query. Cloud computer will send back all
the possible result in terms of images to the consumer with the help of mobile
network.
3. This method based on artificial intelligence and block chain electronic-commerce as
claimed in claim 1, use of blockchain technology in terms of classified data:
(a) On the basis of result shows to the consumer, the consumer will inspect all
the images related to his article.
(b) If the consumer confirms that the information of the article is accurate, the
mobile device sends the data to the cloud computer through the 5G network, and if
the consumer confirms that the data of article is inaccurate, the first step is returned
until the data of the last article is sent to the cloud computer
4. The method based on artificial intelligence and block chain electronic-commerce as
claimed in claim 1, where computing device is a mobile phone.
