FIELD OF INVENTION
[001] The present invention relates to a merriment apparatus. More particularly, the present invention relates to a standalone assemblage merriment apparatus.
BACKGROUND
[002] Merriment apparatuses have been prevalent in the market since decades. Such apparatuses involve mental, strategical, or logical abilities, depending on their operational method.
[003] These apparatuses may be for children as well as for adults, based on the level of intellectual ability to be applied thereon. These can be classified under two broad categories, educational and entertainment apparatuses.
[004] There are many known types of educational merriment apparatuses, one of which is standalone educational merriment apparatuses, comprising a printed matter placed on top of a hardware. The main disadvantage of this type of educational apparatuses, however, is that they are not suitable and/or convenient for beginners, young children and adolescents. Another disadvantage of this type of educational apparatuses is that they are expensive.
OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION
[005] Objects of the present invention involve overcoming the above-mentioned problem associated with the existing type of educational merriment apparatuses.
[006] Primary object of the present invention is to provide an educational merriment apparatus that is standalone in nature.
[007] Another object of the present invention is to provide an educational merriment apparatus that is easily operated by beginners, young children and adolescents.
[008] Yet another object of the present invention is to provide an educational merriment apparatus that is cost effective.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[009] An assemblage merriment apparatus as per the present invention comprises a spinner device, a hardboard, plurality of tokens, plurality of items, plurality of cards, and plurality of movable devices. The plurality of tokens is used to transact the plurality of items and inculcate users about assemblage. The assemblage merriment apparatus is operated by dispersing equal number of items and tokens to a plurality of users, allotting a card from the plurality of cards to each user as per a selected level, rolling and tumbling spinner device to move their movable devices on hardboard, transacting the plurality of items using the plurality of tokens, and assembling the plurality of items to match the same with the number of items embossed on the allotted card.

[0015] The present invention discloses a merriment apparatus for teaching assemblage or collection, along with monetary transactions.
[0016] The apparatus as per the present invention comprises, but is not limited to, a spinner device, a hardboard, plurality of tokens, plurality of items, plurality of cards and plurality of movable devices.
[0017] A plurality of users operate the merriment apparatus of present invention. Each user is initially provided with an equal number of tokens and items from the plurality of tokens and plurality of items, wherein each item is allotted a pre-determined token value, common for all the users.
[0018] Thereafter, the plurality of users mutually select a level, pursuant to which each user is dispersed with one card each from the plurality of cards corresponding the selected level. The cards have unique and exclusive number of items mentioned thereon for the users to assemble accordingly.
[0019] The plurality of users then take turns to roll and tumble the spinner device. Pursuant to this, the user moves the movable device allotted to them on the hardboard, per the rolled spinner device.
[0020] Various cells are embossed on the hardboard thereon having instructions for tasks to be completed when the movable devices land on particular cells.
[0021] The users transact for the plurality of items using the plurality of tokens as per the instructions on the particular cells on hardboard, and as per the pre-determined token values allotted to each item.

[0022] The plurality of users transact and assemble the plurality of items with the aim of matching the number of items illustrated on the card drawn by the user thereon.
[0023] As per a specific embodiment of the present invention, the number of users is limited to a minimum of two and a maximum of four. The number of users is mentioned not to limit the scope of invention, but only to further enhance the understanding of the invention to a person skilled in the art.
[0024] As per an alternate embodiment, the present invention can also be optionally realized through an electronically connected means.
[0025] The present invention also discloses a method for operation of such standalone assemblage merriment apparatus.

WE CLAIM

1.An assemblage merriment apparatus comprising:
i. a spinner device,
ii. a hardboard,
iii. plurality of tokens,
iv. plurality of items,
v. plurality of cards, and
vi. plurality of movable devices,
wherein the plurality of tokens is used to transact the plurality of items and inculcate users about assemblage.
2. The assemblage merriment apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plurality of movable devices are moved on the hardboard as per the spinner device rolled by plurality of users.
3. The assemblage merriment apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plurality of items are allotted a unique and pre-determined token value.
4. The assemblage merriment apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plurality of cards have a unique number of items embossed thereon.
5. A method of operation of the assemblage merriment apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the method comprises the steps of:
a. dispersing equal number of items and tokens to the plurality of users;
b. allotting a card from the plurality of cards to each user as per a selected level;
c. rolling and tumbling spinner device to move their movable devices on
hardboard;
d. transacting the plurality of items using the plurality of tokens; and

e. assembling the plurality of items to match the same with the number of items embossed on the allotted card.
