A contribution degree calculation unit (26) synthesizes the asset values calculated regarding one or more task processes for realizing a business strategy that has been set in order to achieve an organization goal, and calculates the asset contribution degrees respectively indicating the degrees of which the assets to be evaluated contribute to the organization goal.
