DESCRIPTION
Title of Invention: ATM INFORMATION PROVISION SYSTEM AND ATM INFORMATION PROVISION METHOD
Technical Field [0001]
The present invention relates to an ATM information provision system and an ATM information provision method. Background Art [0002]
Terminals such as an ATM have evolved and an application range of the terminals is expanding, for the purpose of improving business efficiency, user satisfaction and the like in financial institutions. However, an electric power circumstance may be unstable depending on a country or region, and cases where these terminals cannot be used due to a power outage frequently occur. [0003]
The following technologies have been proposed as conventional technologies to cope with such a power outage. In other words, there is provided a power outage information notification system (see PTL 1) and the like in which a server device notifies a customer terminal of power outage information about an occurred power outage, the

Summary of Invention Technical Problem [0005]
However, in a country where the electric power circumstance is unstable, there are ATMs which include backup power supplies (storage batteries and the like) in order to cope with a power outage, in addition to the conventional ATMs. In addition, whether a power supply range of the backup power supply includes only an operating power supply for the ATM or also includes an operating power supply for air conditioning equipment varies depending on a model and the like. [0006]
Therefore, even if the power outage information about a certain area is notified, a user using the ATM cannot be sure whether the ATM is in operation and available until he/she actually visits the ATM. In this case, the ATM which a user visits is stopped in a type which cannot cope with a power outage, and the user often gives up the use of the ATM. On the other hand, another ATM in the same
district is operating even during a power outage, and a fortunate user may use the ATM without any problem. [0007]
As described above, it is uncertain whether the ATM can be efficiently used during a power outage, and the user satisfaction is likely to decrease. In addition, there are many cases where a business operator that provides services using such an ATM cannot obtain a service fee, which also leads to an economic loss. [0008]
In addition, from a viewpoint of a user, when service fees for ATMs are different depending on areas even in the same country, it is very difficult to determine the ATM which should be used during a power outage from a viewpoint of economic efficiency in addition to great variations in the use frequency of ATMs for each bank which are used for free. [0009]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a technology capable of distributing information about an ATM which is available during a power outage and which matches various conditions pertaining to each user.
Solution to Problem [0010]
In order to solve the above problems, an ATM information provision system according to the present invention includes: a storage device which stores information about an ATM located in a predetermined area; and a computing device which identifies, based on the information, an ATM satisfying predetermined conditions for each user and operable during a power outage, and distributes predetermined information pertaining to the identified ATM to a terminal of the corresponding user. [0011]
In addition, an ATM information provision method according to the present invention includes: identifying, by an information processing system including a storage device which stores information about an ATM located in a predetermined area, an ATM satisfying predetermined conditions for each user and operable during a power outage based on the information and distributing predetermined information pertaining to the identified ATM to a terminal of the corresponding user.
Advantageous Effects of Invention [0012]
According to the present invention, it is possible to distribute the information about the ATM which is available during a power outage and which matches various conditions
pertaining to each user.

---Flow Example 1---
Hereinafter, an actual procedure of an ATM information provision method according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. Various operations corresponding to the ATM information provision method described below are realized by programs
that the ATM information provision system 100 reads into the memory 103 and executes. These programs consist of codes for performing various kinds of operations described below. [0041]
FIG. 12 is a diagram showing a flow example 1 of the ATM information provision method according to the present embodiment. Here, a main flow in the ATM information provision method according to the present embodiment will be described. [0042]
First, it is assumed that a user of a certain financial institution operates his/her user terminal 200 to access the ATM information provision system 100 when using the ATM 300 in future. In this case, the ATM information provision system 100 returns a screen 1000 (see FIG. 13), and acquires information about a user’s desired transaction content from the ATM 300 (s1). In the example of the screen 1000 of FIG. 13, the user’s desired transaction content relates to using a bank card of “A Bank” and performing “depositing” by the ATM 300, and a priority item at the time of the ATM selection is “proximity” from a current site. [0043]
The ATM information provision system 100 identifies
an ATM 300 which is capable of handling the transaction content identified in s1 and is capable of coping with the current or future power outage state (s2). Details of the processing of s2 will be described later. [0044]
Next, the ATM information provision system 100 performs scoring in accordance with a predetermined rule for each of the ATMs 300 identified in s2 (s3). Details of the processing of s3 will be described later. [0045]
In addition, the ATM information provision system 100 performs scoring in accordance with a predetermined rule based on information such as a location, priority items, and a transaction fee for the user (s4). Details of the processing of s4 will be described later. [0046]
Next, based on open data such as the weather information 131 and the power outage information 132 obtained from the public data server 400, the ATM information provision system 100 performs scoring in accordance with a predetermined rule for the ATM 300 identified in s2 (s5). Details of the processing of s5 will be described later. [0047]
In addition, the ATM information provision system 100
performs processing of appropriately adjusting a score value assigned to the ATM 300 based on the user’s desired priority item, predetermined adjustment processing when the ATM 300 identified and scored for the user overlaps with the ATM 300 identified and scored for other users, and the like (s6). Details of the processing of s6 will be described later. [0048]
Next, the ATM information provision system 100 distributes and displays the processing result obtained by executing the processing up to s6, that is, the information about the ATM 300 suitable for the user to the user terminal 200 (s7). [0049]
The above is a main flow of the ATM information provision method according to the present embodiment. Subsequently, details of each processing constituting the main flow will be described below. [0050]
---Flow Example 2---
FIG. 14 is a flowchart showing a procedure example 2 of the ATM information provision method according to the present embodiment. The flow shown here corresponds to the details of s2 in the main flow. [0051]
Here, the ATM information provision system 100 searches the ATM configuration management information 125 with “A Bank” and “depositing”, which are the transaction contents obtained from the user terminal 200 in s1, as keys, and identifies the ATM No. of which the corresponding bank name and the value of the provision function are included in the record (s120). [0052]
Next, the ATM information provision system 100 identifies the operation state of each of the corresponding ATMs with the ATM monitoring information 127 using the ATM No. identified in s120 as a key, and the operation state identifies the ATM 300 which is “in service”, that is, in operation (s121). [0053]
Further, the ATM information provision system 100 identifies the booth to which the ATM 300 identified in s121 belongs by using the booth management information 126, refers to the power outage information 132 based on the installation area (example: οο area) of the booth (s122), and identifies information on a possible (or already has occurred) power outage in the installation area of the ATM 300 identified in s121 (s123). [0054]
Subsequently, the ATM information provision system
100 checks the power outage information and the current date and time obtained for the corresponding ATM 300 in s123, for example, identifies the ATM 300 at which a power outage occurs within 30 minutes from now, and excludes those of the ATMs 300, which cannot operate during a power outage, from the ATMs 300 identified in s121, thereby performing narrowing-down of the ATMs 300 (s124). [0055]
It is to be noted that whether the ATM 300 can operate during a power outage can be determined to be operable if the value of “ATM operation during a power outage” of the booth management information 126 is “OK” and can be determined not to be operable if the value of “ATM operation during a power outage” of the booth management information 126 is “NG”. [0056]
Further, the ATM information provision system 100 sets a predetermined variable N used in the subsequent steps to be 1 (s125). [0057]
Next, the ATM information provision system 100 identifies the installation sites of each of the ATMs 300 narrowed down in s124, that is, the installation sites of the belonging booth by the booth management information 126, and extracts the ATM 300 within a range of a predetermined
distance (for example: 10 km) × N from a current position of the user, based on values of the installation sites and a current position (user terminal 200 has a GPS unit) obtained from the user terminal 200 of the user (s126). [0058]
Subsequently, when one or more ATMs 300 cannot be extracted as a result of s126 described above (s127: No), the ATM information provision system 100 increments the variable N described above (s128), and returns processing to s126. [0059]
On the other hand, if one or more ATMs 300 can be extracted as a result of the above-described s126 (s127: Yes), the ATM information provision system 100 can determine the extracted ATMs 300 as the ATM 300 which is available even during a power outage, in accordance with the user's desired transaction content (s129). Here, the information about the ATM 300 determined here is stored, for example, in the memory 103, and is made available for processing after s3. [0060]
---Flow Example 3---
FIG. 15 is a flowchart showing a procedure example 3 of the ATM information provision method according to the present embodiment. Next, details of s3 in the main flow
will be described. [0061]
Here, the ATM information provision system 100 identifies a bill balance, which is currently held in the ATM 300 determined in the above-described s129, based on a value of "the number of bills” of the ATM monitoring information 127, and checks a variation in the number of bills based on a predetermined standard to perform scoring (s130). [0062]
In this case, the ATM information provision system 100 performs scoring such as assigning 100 points if the bill balance is 1500 sheets or less, 80 points if the bill balance is 2000 sheets or less, 20 points if the bill balance is 4000 sheets or more, and 0 points if the bill balance is 4500 sheets or more, according to an algorithm held in advance, for example, when the user’s desired transaction content is “depositing”. [0063]
In addition, when the user’s desired transaction content is “withdrawal”, scoring such as assigning 0 points if the bill balance is 1500 sheets or less, 20 points if the bill balance is 2000 sheets or less, 80 points if the bill balance is 4000 sheets or more, and 100 points if the bill balance is 4500 or more is performed.
[0064]
Next, the ATM information provision system 100 identifies a congestion in the ATM 300 determined in the above-described s129 based on a value of a "transaction frequency” of the ATM monitoring information 127, and checks a variation in the value based on a predetermined standard to perform scoring (s131). [0065]
In this case, the ATM information provision system 100 performs scoring such as assigning 100 points if the value of the “transaction frequency” is 5 or less, 80 points if the value of the “transaction frequency” is 10 or less, 20 points if the value of the “transaction frequency” is 20 or more, and 0 points if the value of the “transaction frequency” is 30 or more, according to an algorithm held in advance. [0066]
---Flow Example 4---
FIG. 16 is a flowchart showing a procedure example 4 of the ATM information provision method according to the present embodiment. Next, details of s4 in the main flow will be described. [0067]
Here, the ATM information provision system 100 assigns a score to each of the ATMs 300 determined in s129
described above in an order of a closer distance from the current position of the user, based on the installation sites of each of the ATMs 300 and the current position of the user (all identified in s126) (s140). For example, scoring such as assigning 100 points to the closest position, 90 points to second ranking, 80 points to third ranking, 70 points to fourth ranking, 60 points to fifth ranking, 50 points to sixth ranking, 40 points to seventh ranking, 30 points to eighth ranking, 20 points to ninth ranking, 10 points to tenth ranking, and 0 points to eleventh or lower ranking is performed. [0068]
Next, the ATM information provision system 100 refers to the transaction history information 128 about the user, and assigns a score to each of the ATMs 300 determined in s129 described above in descending order of use frequency by the user (s141). For example, in the transaction history information 128 of the last six months, scoring such as assigning 100 points to the largest number of records, 90 points to second ranking, 80 points to third ranking, 70 points to fourth ranking, 60 points to fifth ranking, 50 points to sixth ranking, 40 points to seventh ranking, 30 points to eighth ranking, 20 points to ninth ranking, 10 points to tenth ranking, and 0 points to eleventh or lower ranking is performed.
[0069]
Further, the ATM information provision system 100 refers to the ATM fee establishment information 129, and calculates service fees for each of the ATMs 300 determined in s129 described above when the user uses the corresponding ATM 300 with the desired transaction content (s142). For example, in the case of using an own bank in “specific area” with the bank card of “A Bank” (that is, in the case of using the ATM 300 of the “A Bank"), the service fee is calculated as "¥5”, and the like). [0070]
Subsequently, the ATM information provision system 100 refers to the transaction frequency information 130 for the user to extract a value of the “transaction frequency” using the bank card of “A Bank” at each ATM of an own bank and other banks, identifies the ATM 300 for which the maximum number of free use does not reach “the transaction frequency” and the service fee is free based on the value and the ATM fee establishment information 129 when the ATM 300 determined in the s129 described above is used in the transaction content that the user wants at the present time, and assigns a predetermined score (for example, 100 points) to the ATM 300 (s143). [0071]
Further, the ATM information provision system 100
performs scoring in accordance with the variation in the service fee for the ATMs 300 other than the ATM 300 which is identified in s143 described above and for which the service fee is free, that is, the ATMs 300 for which the service fee is required (s144). For example, scoring such as assigning 90 points to the ATM 300 for which the service fee is a lowest value, 80 points to the ATM 300 for which the service fee is a second lowest value, 70 points to the ATM 300 for which the service fee is a third lowest value, 60 points to the ATM 300 for which the service fee is a fourth lowest value, 50 points to the ATM 300 for which the service fee is a fifth lowest value, 40 points to the ATM 300 for which the service fee is a sixth lowest value, 30 points to the ATM 300 for which the service fee is a seventh lowest value, 20 points to the ATM 300 for which the service fee is an eighth lowest value, 10 points to the ATM 300 for which the service fee is a ninth lowest value, and 0 points to the ATM 300 for which the service fee is a tenth lowest or less value. [0072]
---Flow Example 5---
FIG. 17 is a flowchart showing a procedure example 5 of the ATM information provision method according to the present embodiment. Next, details of s5 in the main flow will be described.
[0073]
Here, the ATM information provision system 100 refers to the weather information 131 (s150), acquires weather information at installation sites of each of the ATMs 300 determined in s129 described above, and further acquires facility information of each of the ATMs 300 from the booth management information 126 (s151). [0074]
Next, the ATM information provision system 100 assigns a predetermined score (for example, 100 points) to the ATM 300 in which the weather is “rain” and the facility where the ATM 300 is located is “offsite (in facility)” based on the weather information and the facility information obtained in s151 (s152). [0075]
In addition, the ATM information provision system 100 determines, for example, whether there is a power outage within 30 minutes and the air conditioner operates during a power outage based on the power outage information (acquired in s122) in the installation area of each of the ATMs 300 determined in s129 described above and information (identified in the booth management information 126) about whether the air conditioner operates during the power outage (s154). As a result of the determination described above, when the air conditioner does not operate during the
power outage at the booth of the corresponding ATM 300 (s154: n), the ATM information provision system 100 adds display information about “stopping of the air conditioner” to the corresponding ATM 300 and holds the display information in the memory 103 (s155). [0076]
On the other hand, as a result of the determination described above, when the air conditioner operates during the power outage at the booth of the ATM 300 (s154: y), the ATM information provision system 100 assigns a predetermined point (for example, 30 points) to the ATM 300 (s156). [0077]
In addition, the ATM information provision system 100 assigns a score to the ATM 300, at which a power outage occurs within, for example, 30 minutes to 60 minutes, among the ATMs 300 determined in s129 described above based on whether the air conditioner operates during the power outage (identified in the booth management information 126) (s157). For example, scoring such as assigning 04 points if the ATM operates but the air conditioner stops and 80 points if both the ATM and the air conditioner operate. [0078]
Next, the ATM information provision system 100 assigns a predetermined score (for example, 100 points), to
for example, the ATMs at which a power outage does not occur within 60 minutes among the ATMs 300 determined in s129 described above (s158). [0079]
---Flow Example 6---
FIG. 18 is a flowchart showing a procedure example 6 of the ATM information provision method according to the present embodiment. Next, details of s6 in the main flow will be described. [0080]
It is assumed that the ATM information provision system 100 generates points calculated for various items in each processing up to the above-described flow example 5 as a calculation table 1900 as shown in the upper part of FIG. 19. As shown in FIG. 19, the calculation table 1900 is a table in which “bill balance state” obtained in s130, “traffic congestion state” obtained in s131, “proximity to ATM” obtained in s140, and “frequently used ATM” obtained in s141, “free fee” obtained in s143 and s144, “weather state” obtained in s152, and “power outage state” obtained in s158 are listed for each of the ATMs 300 determined in s129 described above. [0081]
Here, the ATM information provision system 100 multiplies a predetermined constant (for example, 1.5) by
the score of the corresponding item among each item of the above-described calculation table 1900 based on a priority item (“proximity” in the case according to the present embodiment ) that the user identifies in s1 to recalculate the score (s160). [0082]
Subsequently, the ATM information provision system 100 sorts records in the calculation table 1900 in descending order of the score, based on the score changed by s160 (s161). The calculation table 1900 after this sort execution is exemplified as a calculation table 1901 in the lower part of FIG. 19. [0083]
Next, the ATM information provision system 100 obtains the same processing result as the above-described calculation table 1901 for one or a plurality of other users different from the user (target user) who is the processing target in the above flow. (s162). It is assumed that the processing result of another user is generated in advance by the ATM information provision system 100 and held in the storage device 101. [0084]
Subsequently, the ATM information provision system 100 checks the calculation table 1901 between the above-described target user and another user to allow the ATM 300
which is displayed in a first order determine whether the same number of users exceeds a predetermined threshold (for example, 5 persons) (s163). [0085]
As a result of the above-described determination, if the number of corresponding users does not exceed a threshold (s163: No), the ATM information provision system 100 determines the display order of the ATM 300 in the information to be distributed to a target user (and another user) (s164). [0086]
On the other hand, as a result of the above-described determination, when the number of corresponding users exceeds the threshold (s163: Yes), the ATM information provision system 100 sets, for example, a record with second ranking of a display order in the calculation table 1901 in the target user to first ranking and lowers a record with first ranking till that time to second ranking (s165). A specific example of such processing outside the flow of FIG. 18 is described. [0087]
In addition, after the processing of s165, the ATM information provision system 100 determines again whether the same number of users of the ATM 300 with first ranking of a display order exceeds the predetermined threshold (for
example, 5) between the target user and another (s166). [0088]
As a result of the above-described determination, when the number of users does not exceed the threshold (s166: No), the ATM information provision system 100 shifts the processing to s164. On the other hand, as a result of the above-described determination, when the number of corresponding users exceeds the threshold (s166: Yes), the ATM information provision system 100 sets, for example, a record with third ranking of a display order in the calculation table 1901 in the target user to first ranking and lowers a record with first ranking till that time to second ranking (s167). A specific example of such processing outside the flow of FIG. 18 is described. [0089]
Further, the ATM information provision system 100 generates the ATM information to be distributed to the target user based on the information of the calculation table 1901 in which the display order is determined, and distributes the generated ATM information to the user terminal 200 (s168). FIG. 20 shows an example of a screen 2000 distributed and displayed on the user terminal 200. As shown in this screen 2000, when the target user gives priority to “proximity” as an ATM where a target user makes “depositing” with the bank card of the desired “A Bank”,
the information about the preferred ATM 300 which is available even during a power outage is indicated on a map 2010 by an icon 2020. [0090]
After performing such information distribution to the user terminal 200, the ATM information provision system 100 monitors based on the transaction history information 128 whether the corresponding user uses the information distribution target ATM 300 until a predetermined time elapses. [0091]
As a result of this monitoring, when the use of all the ATMs 300 cannot be detected even if the above-described time has elapsed, the ATM information provision system 100 executes s2 to s7 again. This is processing for effectively coping with the situation where the power outage state changes with time. [0092]
According to the present embodiment, it is possible to distribute the information about the ATM which is available during a power outage and which matches various conditions pertaining to each user. [0093]
At least the following matters will be made clear by the description of the present specification. That is, in
the ATM information provision system according to the present embodiment, when the ATM is identified, the computing device may determine, based on whether a location indicated by the information is a power outage target district and an operating level during a power outage, that the ATM satisfying the predetermined conditions are set to be higher ranking if the location is a non-power outage target district from a power outage target district and to be higher ranking as the operating level during the power outage is increased, thereby identifying a predetermined number of ATMs from top ranking. [0094]
According to this, ATMs which are not located in the original power outage target district sets to be top ranking, ATMs which are set to be higher ranking as even ATMs in the power outage target district can cope with a power outage and can provide the same functions as usual and are suitable in terms of function are appropriately identified and the use of the identified ATMs can be suggested to a user. [0095]
Further, in the ATM information provision system according to the present embodiment, the storage device further stores a use history of ATMs for each user, and when the ATM is identified, the computing device may
determine, based on the use history and a service fee definition of ATMs in each area indicated by the ATM information, that an ATM satisfying the predetermined conditions and operable during a power outage is set to be higher ranking when an ATM use frequency of the user is less than or equal to free fee criterion in the service fee definition and the ATM is set to be higher ranking as a service fee is lowered when the ATM use frequency exceeds the free fee criterion, thereby identifying a predetermined number of ATMs from top ranking. [0096]
According to this, ATMs which are originally free and are set to be top ranking, ATMs which are set to be higher ranking as even ATMs with service fee has a low service charge and are suitable in terms of economy are appropriately identified, and the use of the identified ATMs can be suggested to a user. [0097]
Further, in the ATM information provision system according to the present embodiment, when the ATM is identified, the computing device may further perform, based on whether a location indicated by the information is a power outage target district and an operating level during a power outage, processing of expanding a search range by a predetermined distance from a predetermined distance from
the location of the user until a search succeeds when among the ATMs satisfying the predetermined condition, an ATM whose location is a non-power outage target district and which can be operated during the power outage is not searched from among ATMs within the predetermined distance from the location of the user. [0098]
According to this, it is possible to sequentially expand the search range to the far side from the area closest to the user to identify an ATM, although priority is given to an ATM closer to a user, the ATM is more reliably identified even if the search fails, and the use of the ATM can be suggested to the user. [0099]
Further, in the ATM information provision system according to the present embodiment, after the distribution, when the use of the ATM by the user is not detected even after a predetermined time elapses, the computing device may again perform, based on information about a power outage at the time, an identification of the ATM and may further perform processing of distributing predetermined information about the identified ATM to a terminal of the corresponding user. [0100]
According to this, it is possible to identify a
suitable ATM according to a time-varying power outage state
and suggest the identified ATM to the user.
[0101]
Further, in the ATM information provision system according to the present embodiment, the computing device may check ATMs identified for each user between users, and when it is determined that the same ATM group is identified between a predetermined number or more of users, further perform predetermined processing of making positioning of each ATM in an ATM group of each user different between the users, and distribute predetermined information about the ATM group subjected to the predetermined processing to the terminal of the corresponding user. [0102]
According to this, when many users try to use the same ATM at the same time, it is possible to appropriately avoid the situation where the utilization efficiency of the corresponding ATM, the user satisfaction or the like is lowered. [0103]
In addition, in the ATM information provision method according to the present embodiment, when the ATM is identified, the information processing system may determine, based on whether a location indicated by the information is a power outage target district and an operating level
during a power outage, that the ATM satisfying the predetermined conditions is set to be higher ranking if the location is a non-power outage target district from a power outage target district and to be higher ranking as the operating level during the power outage is increased, thereby identifying a predetermined number of ATMs from top ranking. [0104]
Further, in the ATM information provision method according to the present embodiment, the information processing system may further store a use history of ATMs for each user in the storage device, and when the ATM is identified, determine, based on the use history and a service fee definition of ATMs in each area indicated by the ATM information, that an ATM satisfying the predetermined conditions and operable during a power outage is set to be higher ranking when an ATM use frequency of the user is less than or equal to free fee criterion in the service fee definition and the ATM is set to be higher ranking as a service fee is lowered when the ATM use frequency exceeds the free fee criterion, thereby identifying a predetermined number of ATMs from top ranking. [0105]
Further, in the ATM information provision method according to the present embodiment, when the ATM is
identified, the information processing system may further perform, based on whether a location indicated by the information is a power outage target district and an operating level during a power outage, processing of expanding a search range by a predetermined distance from a predetermined distance from the location of the user until a search succeeds when among the ATMs satisfying the predetermined condition, an ATM whose location is a non-power outage target district and which can be operated during the power outage is not searched from ATMs within the predetermined distance from the location of the user. [0106]
Further, in the ATM information provision method according to the present embodiment, after the distribution, when the use of the ATM by the user is not detected even after a predetermined time elapses, the information processing system may again perform, based on information about a power outage at the time, an identification of the ATM and further perform processing of distributing predetermined information about the identified ATM to a terminal of the corresponding user. [0107]
Further, in the ATM information provision method according to the present embodiment, the information processing system may check ATMs identified for each user
between users, and when it is determined that the same ATM group is identified between a predetermined number or more of users, further perform predetermined processing of making positioning of each ATM in an ATM group of each user different between the users, and distribute predetermined information about the ATM group subjected to the predetermined processing to the terminal of the corresponding user.
