A Method For Providing A Decoded Audio Information On Basis Of An Encoded Audio Information
Abstract: An audio decoder (200; 400) for providing a decoded audio information (220; 412) on the basis of an encoded audio information (210; 410). The audio decoder comprises an error concealment (240; 480; 600) configured to provide an error concealment audio information (242; 482; 612) for concealing a loss of an audio frame wherein the error concealment is configured to modify a time domain excitation signal (452 456; 610) obtained for one or more audio frames preceding a lost audio frame in order to obtain the error concealment audio information.
