Claims
[Claim 1] An authenticity determination device comprising:
a communication unit to receive part information indicating information of a part constituting an inside of a determination target device whose authenticity is to be determined, device information indicating information specific to the determination target device, and signature information for a set of the device information of the determination target device and the part information of the determination target device;
a verification key storage unit to store a verification key corresponding to a generation key with which the signature information has been generated;
a signature verification unit to verify, with using the verification key, validity of a set of the part information, the device information, and the signature information which have been received by the communication unit; and
a determination unit to determine the authenticity of the determination target
device based on the validity verified by the signature verification unit.
[Claim 2] The authenticity determination device according to claim 1, further
comprising a determining information registration device including:
a signature key pair generation unit to generate a pair of the generation key and the verification key;
a signature generation unit to acquire the device information and the part information from the determination target device and generate the signature information for the set of the device information and the part information with using the generation key generated by the signature key pair generation unit; and
a determining information registration unit to register the verification key generated by the signature key pair generation unit with the verification key storage unit, and register the signature information generated by the signature generation unit with

the determination target device.
[Claim 3] The authenticity determination device according to claim 1, wherein
the device information and the signature information are indicated on a housing of the
determination target device.
[Claim 4] The authenticity determination device according to claim 1, further
comprising:
a part information acquisition unit to acquire the part information from the determination target device;
a device information acquisition unit to acquire the device information and the signature information from the determination target device; and
a determining information acquisition device to transmit the part information,
the device information, and the signature information to the communication unit.
[Claim 5] The authenticity determination device according to claim 4, further
comprising a received data verification unit to acquire the part information from the determination target device via a network, and to verify validity of a set of the device information, the signature information, and the acquired part information, the device information and the signature information having been received by the receiving unit from the determining information acquisition device,
wherein the signature verification unit verifies validity of the set of the part
information, the device information, and the signature information, validity of the set
having been verified by the received data verification unit.
[Claim 6] An authenticity determination system comprising:
a determination target device including a device information storage unit to store device information indicating information specific to the determination target device, a part information storage unit to store part information indicating information

of a part constituting an inside of the determination target device, and a signature storage unit to store signature information for a set of the device information and the part information;
a part information acquisition unit to acquire the part information from the determination target device, a device information acquisition unit to acquire the device information and the signature information from the determination target device, and a determining information acquisition device to transmit the part information, the device information, and the signature information to the communication unit;
a communication unit to receive the part information, the device information, and the signature information from the determining information acquisition device; and
an authenticity determination device including a verification key storage unit
to store a verification key corresponding to a generation key with which the signature
information has been generated, a signature verification unit to verify, with using the
verification key, validity of a set of the part information, the device information, and the
signature information which are received by the communication unit, and a
determination unit to determine authenticity of the determination target device based on
the validity verified by the signature verification unit.
[Claim 7] An authenticity determination method of an authenticity
determination device to determine authenticity of a determination target device, the method comprising:
a communication step of receiving, by a communication unit, device information indicating information specific to the determination target device, part information indicating information of a part constituting an inside of the determination target device, and signature information for a set of the device information and the part information;

a signature verification step of verifying, by a signature verification unit and with using a verification key corresponding to a generation key with which the signature information has been generated, validity of a set of the part information, the device information, and the signature information which are received by the communication unit; and
a determination step of determining, by a determination unit, authenticity of the determination target device based on the validity verified by the signature verification unit.
